- Khalid K Osman (9/5): A gem of a place if you intend to stay in central Kampala. - Location was very central which is very convenient with Kampala's traffic. Staff are proffessional and polite. Food is outstanding good. The Asian cuisine and was exceptional. Breakfast was hearty and you can tell the chef to customize your eggs the way you like it. All in all a lovey spot in Kampala.

- Khalid (10/5): After staying in many corporate hotels this small boutique hotel was a breath of fresh area and will certainly be stayin - Love this property. Rooms are good size. Beds are huge abd very comfortable. The food is delicious and the chef came several times to check on us. Love the lounge area and they have live bands several nights a week. The Persian rugs and wooden shutters on the windows in the rooms add a nice touch. The staff are wonderful. Special thx to Shivan at the front desk, the chef, kitchen staff and the waiters. Keep up the great work! Nothing really. Maybe just the staircase leading up to the rooms is a bit on the tight side. Also the area can be a bit noisy as it’s a central location with many live bands playing in the bars and restaurants around the hotel. Not a problem for me at all but might be a bit too noisy for those who sleep light.

- Pradeep (9/5): Perfect place to stay - One if the most beautiful property in Kampala, must plan your stat here. The only thing which they’d have is some more food option for breakfast, as they offer only Chinese one Room , bed ans cottage style hotel

- Callum (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable room. Polite and helpful staff. Very pretty set up for the restaurant. If you're looking to have a short stay in this area, I would recommend this hotel. It can be quite a noisy area at night. Had an issue with the shower water pressure which took a while to be resolved.

- Joni28 (9/5): You Kololo Homespot - The staff has doubled the great atmosphere and quality of the hotel. It is located perfectly in Kololo. While we had some questions or we needed to organise something it was the staff to find solutions with us. You get welcomed every day freshly by the staff. Every day they take care you'll get some fresh water at your room and you have a healthy breakfast. Some people might have doubt before booking because of the noise from the several Clubs, Bars and Lounges around but Yushili has a solution and provides helpful sound proof for the windows. Nothing to complain about.

Please note it's Chinese Taiwanese kitchen same like the owners. It's open for 2 years though it's already quite rundown. There were short power breaks in the room itself, not in the comon areas though.

- Olivia (5/5): Nice hotel but in terrible location opposite a noisy club that plays music all night - This was a lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, rooms are very nice and clean. There is a bar / club opposite which played extremely loud music from midnight to 7am and prevented from sleeping. Apparently this happens on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. I wouldn't recommend staying in Yushili on those nights, unless you want a convenient location for the club opposite.
- Robert (9/5): Beautiful boutique hotel providing good value for money and a charming delicious restaurant. - Beautiful boutique 10 room hotel well located in a hopping part of Kampala. The staff were always available, efficient, providing great service and were also great to talk to. Finally, the restaurant serves delicious food in an elegant way in a charming covered area with a starlit area and little niches if you want to have a private convo. The sound of clubs sometimes comes through the windows. They have designed dampeners to put in the windows which makes a huge difference.
- Gomez (10/5): If I ever find myself in Uganda, I know exactly where I will stay. 😊 - The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s small but comfortable and I felt safe. It’s definitely a hidden gem in Kampala. The staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with fresh squeezed fruit juice of either pineapple or watermelon (both are exceptional) and were helped with our luggage to our rooms. They offered complimentary breakfast which was delicious and we had the privilege of meeting the owner which really took the time to thank us and address any issues.

I booked a room with a terrace with views to the city but none of the rooms has terrace. The rooms are very noisy, they say they are soundproofed but it is not true, they have a wooden pane they can place on the windows but it makes no difference whatsoever.

- Daniel (9/5): A nice and human place to return when I am in Kampala - Excellent small hotel with 10 rooms. The personnel was very lovely and did everything to serve me well. The breakfast was also good and you can be serve from 7am to 11am which is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the message from Jovia were great before a good night sleep. The bed was a bit hard for me and the music from the backpackers's hostel might be a problem for light sleepers.

They provided sound proofing boards over night which helped, but meant there was no natural light, and still could hear the outside. Also the front restaurant is literally in the carpark of the hotel.

- Sergio.reloaded (9/5): Beautiful oasis is central Kampala - The hotel is not very big and offers a quiet and beutiful environment in central Kololo, Kampala. Within walking distance from Acacia mall and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has also a Taiwanese restaurant that is very good and the restaurant area is also very green and gorgeous. The rooms at the back of the hotel are facing a youth hostel so it can be noisy some evenings, however very quiet after midnight, so it didn't bother me at all.

- Davis (10/5): A luxury haven of relaxation and culinary delights. - Yushili is a absolute haven within the bustling city of Kampala. I was able to totally relax and have delicious muzungu delights. They have delectable Asian food , great coffees and such attentive staff. The room was luxurious. I was also blown away by the services they had. Full beautician with nails, massage and facials. Yushili also offered airport pick up from Entebbe airport with a very kind and accommodating driver.

The food and wine is really delicious with a broad menu with tawainese and local delicacy. The vibe in the hotel is very hip and cool and you feel like you could be nestled anywhere in the world. As a girl travelling to Kampala for the first time it was a haven for me where the staff were so helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend coming here when you come to Kampala for a beautiful and enriching experience.
