• AIGERIM AKIMBEKOVA, (10/5): Если хозяин решит вопрос с геолокацией никаких проблем нет. Очень рекомендую, но цена немного завышена для этого района. - Очень классная большая огромная вилла, комфортные большие номера и очень комфортные санузлы. Единственное в одной из верхних спален с туалета шел запах канализации. Временами утихал но временами сильно поднимался запах, что то с трубами надо прочистить. Попросили хозяина хотя бы освежитель принести, сказал да но не принес, но это было не сильно критично, так как в общей гостиной зоне тоже есть туалет и в остальных комнатах с запахом проблем не было вообще. Очень уютная кухонная зона и классный бассейн, вилла шикарная, большой комфортный холл, для 6/7 человек в самый раз. Со 2-го этажа открывается классный вид на рисовые террасы, хозяин виллы живет рядом в соседней вилле, поэтому было легко и быстро коммуницировать. Вилла понравилась очень рекомендую. До центра 15-20 минут но это не проблема, на грабе или если вы со своим байком даже приятно прокатиться, но в пешой доступности нет кафе ресторанов и магазинов, это тоже нужно учитывать, мы заказывали еду с доставкой проблем не было. Виллы нет в грабе, поэтому отмечали соседнюю, единственное приходилось каждый раз выходить и встречать доставку , пару раз курьеры не могли и этот адрес в точности найти. Есть 2 виллы с таким названием. Поэтому будьте внимательны когда указываете адрес, этот момент немного усложнил пребывание, в остальном все было шикарно.

• Sargunavathy (10/5): Mesmerising villa in the padi field - We made excellent choice by choosing this villa. Breathtaking view of the padi field was just the medication we needed to forget our stressful life. The villa itself was huge and sparkling clean and the dining area facing the pool is simply fantastic. I would definately give 5 stars for the villa and the peaceful surrounding. The only downside is the rainy weather in the evening and early morning that prevented us from fully utilising the swimming pool and poolside area.
• Erin (7/5): Good - Great PowerPoints so you could use your nz chargers which was awesome. The kitchen could do with a good clean and same with the bedrooms and the area around the pool could be cleaned also.
• Krista (10/5): Relaxing - Breakfast, pool, rooms, host - everything was super! I would highly recommend - nearest restaurant is 1min walk. You can book everything through the host. Masseurs, scooters etc
• Karen (8/5): Very good - The property is outside of Ubud center, away from the bustling, but just a 30-minute car ride to the center. There are a few nice hotel restaurants in waking distance with nice jungle and rice field views were lovely. The property is right on the rice field, and the view is outstanding. We admired the workers to harvest the rice from the beginning through the end, which was delightful. It's nice to have a own private pool. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Living next to rice fields in Bali is an awesome experience, but the downside is that you'll have all kinds of bugs and ants, regardless of how many time they clean the place. We stayed for 15 days, were expecting to be five star guests and penalized for faint stains on three pillows cases for $18, which seemed exorbitant since things are generally cheap in Bali and one of the stains we don't believe was caused by us. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were mentioned but not addressed (burnt out celling lights and a leak in the downstairs bathroom celling).Since it's rainy season, and it rains daily. the pool was not properly clean and shocked during the stay. We felt that overcharging for pillow cases was not really appropriate when the place was not a perfect five-star place.
