- ALEXIS (1/5): Awful - Location Property was dirty, dusty and the bathroom was appalling. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. Overall experience was awful
- Arik (7/5): The house is comfortable and location is good, but it’s definitely in my opinion, over priced. - On the positive side, the house was comfortable and spacious, the location is good, close to a major public transportation station 3 bedrooms with beds that were very comfortable. The house is old and rundown, needs a major lift and renovation, many things are broken including in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner is taping it instead of fixing it and it leave you with a very uncomfortable feeling.
- Eric (7/5): Good value, location was fine. All bedrooms are upstairs. Functional. - Key are in a lockbox that is awkward to access but worked fine otherwise. We did not use the kitchen facilities, or the clothes washer but they appeared functional. The bedrooms and shower area are relatively spacious. Beds were comfortable. The place seemed clean. They were very sparing with towels (one towel and hand towel for each person), with none found in the kitchen. The dishes are placed high up in the shelving, difficult for a shorter person to reach. The upstairs toilet is functional but the cubicle is VERY small. Access to upstairs bedrooms by a narrow staircase led us to leave our luggage downstairs (we stayed only one night).
- Nattanicha (8/5): Very good - There have so many trash in front the door was too much when look from outside doesn't look much good but inside clean and have washing machine inside lacation good close to 7 eleven mart and close to subway amd not far from Shinjuku. Great located
