• Melih (9/5): Konum harika. Kahvaltı ve yemekler lezzetli. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü - Tesisin konumu ve olanakları gayet iyiydi. Özellikle kayak odasındaki personeller çok ilgiliydi. Saat kaç olursa olsun kayak merkezine gidiş ve gelişte araba yönlendirdiler. Kahvaltı özellikle çok lezzetliydi Odada hafif bir pis koku vardı.

• Johan (9/5): Balsoy Mountain Hotel, Great Ski and Sauna experience. - The location to the Ski lift is just over 100 meters an easy walk even in Ski Boots. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional and the staff super helpful and friendly. Loved ending a long day Skiing in the Sauna. Would have like a place to hang up wet Ski gear. Struggled a little with communication but when I sent it in Turkish all was good. Thanks Google Translate.

Chef Emrah was especially helpful and spoke good English which made everything from ski hire to special requests much smoother. Staff went above and beyond to help, offering rides to/from the hotel to the ski lifts (which is usually just a 2 minute walk), took on suggestions for breakfast/dinner options, and accommodated late checkout. Staying at Balsoy was like staying at a second home, highly recommend. Ski hiring was expensive and staff there were a bit difficult to deal with. There is not much to do apres ski and it would have been nice if the hotel did events or parties to entertain guests more often.

• Mauro in moto (10/5): - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo albergo e non posso che dare il massimo dei voti. Lo staff è stato superlativo, con un ragazzo in particolare che ci ha seguito con grande attenzione, soddisfacendo ogni nostra esigenza. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, tutto sempre in ordine e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un capitolo a parte merita il buffet: sia a colazione che a cena, ho trovato una varietà incredibile di piatti, tutti abbondanti e gustosi. Non avevo mai visto un buffet così ricco e ben curato. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza di soggiorno straordinaria. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

• Rostislav (7/5): A good place for a short ski vacation in Paladoken - - Great location for skiing in Palandoken Mountain Ski Centre, only 200 m from the ski lift, about 25 minutes' drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the city centre. - Palandoken Ski Centre has trails for skiers with any skill level, but is particularly great for beginners. The place gets a bit crowded only at weekends. The weather was also great during our week's stay in February. - Large family room, clean and non-smoking - Nice and helpfull staff. Reception and restaurant staff speak some English and / or Russian. - Excellent buffet dinners at 500 TL per person - Ski eqipment rental at the hotel - Free shuttle to / from Erzurum airport and to / from the ski lift - The city of Erzurum is worth a visit for historical landmarks and good food (Cağ kebap is highly recommended) - Poor room design: only 3 power sockets in the room (apart from bathroom), of which only one is located next to bed. You need to be really resourceful to charge all your mobile gadgets at night. There is a long extension cord used to power the mini bar and the TV set, which we had to drag around the room to plug in our gadgets. - Even though the family room is large, it does not have sufficient storage for clothes for three people. - We, a family of three, stayed in the family room which has a main room and a nook with a single bed. That nook has no heating and is cold at night. - Sewage smell in the bathroom - Price. I do understand this is a popular place in high season, but normally you do not expect the things mentioned above for ~$300 / day.
• Barbara (10/5): Tolle empfehlenswerte Erfahrung im Balsoy Hotel Palandöken. - Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Skiurlaub. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war von Beginn an sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wünsche und Herausforderungen wurden aktiv angegangen und schnell gelöst. Das Personal Vorort ( Rezeption und Restaurant) war überaus freundlich und höflich. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen entsprach sehr guten regionalen Standards.Man kann direkt am Hotel gute und sehr günstige Skiausrüstung leihen. Zugang zu den Liftanlagen wurde geshuttled, war aber auch zu Fuß in Skischuhen leicht erreichbar. -

• yael (10/5): נהננו מאוד! - ארוחת הבוקר היתה אחלה, מגוונת השירות של הצוות היה מעולה, ענה על כל הציפיות שלנו המיטה היתה הכי נוחה שיש!! ויש גם בידוד בחלונות כך שהמלון מאוד שקט וזה היה נפלא מאוד נוח. ישנו מצוין. נקי מאוד המקלחת דלפה והציפה את רצפת השירותים. לא נורא, אבל כדאי לתקן

• Ivan Ushakov (10/5): - Хороший горнолыжный курорт, рядом с отелем работает один обзорный подъемник, обратно спускались пешком, также прокатились по дороге на зиплайне, причем туда-обратно за каких-то 5 евро. В отеле всё отлично, заселили на последний в номер отделанный деревом. Спали как дети! Утром завтрак в ресторане, есть достаточно всего, дополнительно попросили омлет. Парень Эмра был очень любезен, также у нас в машине портились кабачки и Эмра договорился с кухней, чтобы их бесплатно приготовили и подали на завтрак! Спасибо! Отлично провели сутки!

• D-Max (9/5): - Отель прямо на горе, недалеко от подъемника. Территория и здание чистые и ухоженные. Персонал очень дружелюбный и профессиональный. Завтраки вкусные, и ресторан в целом неплох. В номере очень чисто. Покрытие пола - ковролин, так что можно ходить босиком без дискомфорта. Достаточно тепло. Кровать очень широкая. Матрац и подушки очень приличные. Есть мини бар и чайник. Отдельно отмечу хорошую звукоизоляцию, что нечасто встречается. Красивый вид из окна на гору и Эрзурум. В номере мало розеток. Сантехника, как мне кажется, несколько подустала.
• Ksenia (5/5): - Останавливались на 1 ночь. Почитав хвалебные отзывы,решила выбрать этот отель. Горы, инфраструктура. Забронировала. Приехали. На месте очень вежливый молодой человек сказал,что нужно доплатить 67 лир и номер оплачивать завтра. Утром пришла. С меня попросили не 67 лир, а 480! При этом посчитали 3 завтрака, ребенок не заходил даже в ресторан. Он спал. Но мужчина на ресепшене посчитал и его Потом был цирк с обменов валюты. Номер посчитал за 1480 лир. Сдачу со 100$ дал 400 лир. Я что? Он тут же пересчитал и выдал ещё 100 лир. Честно, не приятно. Обманули 3-ды. Больше ни ногой. Совет: уточняйте сумму за номер сразу. Сантехника в ванной просто убила. Ванна вся течет. Выходишь,а у тебя бассейн. Сантехника в разводах.

• Nigel (10/5): I could not have asked to be better looked after. - From the moment I was picked up at the airport I was realy well looked after. The hotel is at the foot of the slopes of Palandoken (Ejder 3200) ski area and just a couple of minutes walk from the gondola station. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with plenty to offer from pamerping yourself downstairs in the spa or having a meal. The staff were hugely helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They even gave me a lift into town to an excellent restaurant they recommended so I could try Erzurum's local speciality 'Cag Kebab', which was delicious. The food during the stay was excellent and the rooms clean. There was nothing I didn't like

• Natalia (6/5): Общее впечатление от отеля - цена за номер абсолютно не соответствует качеству сервиса и уровню самого отеля. Да, отель - Приехали на горнолыжный курорт Паландокен. Этот отель выбрали по отличным отзывам. Но, плюсов для нас в итоге было немного. + большой размер номера. + вода, чайник, чай в номере. + рядом с отелем хороший ски-сервис. Быстро подобрали все оборудование и очень приятные цены. + трансфер до подъёмника. Хоть отель и находится в 7 минутах ходьбы от подъёмника, но, если совсем лень идти, вас за 3 минуты докинут на трансферте. Не понравилось очень много чего: 1. Персонал практически не говорит по-английски. Объясняться приходилось на пальцах. В общении с ресепшном помогал официант, неплохо говорящий по-русски. 2. В ванной номера все время работал какой-то насос, который каждые 5 минут издавал шум. 3. Душевая кабина при использовании протекала и на полу в ванной образовывалась огромная лужа. 4. В отеле заявлен хамам и сауна. Время посещения разное для мужчин и женщин. Причём для женщин до 17.00. В это время мы только возвращались с горы. Муж воспользовался 1 раз сауной. После сауны помыться не удалось, тк из душа в зоне СПА текла только холодная вода. Хамам так и не нагрелся. 3. Очень дорогие ужины. Тк пойти на курорте особо некуда, мы первый день ужинали в отеле. Цена нам была объявлена 16 долларов на человека. Уровень шведского стола - наша российская столовая. Цена ужина абсолютно не соответствовала качеству.
• soner (10/5): - Öncelikle beklentilerimin çok üzerinde bir tesis olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Havaalanı transfer konusunda hemen yardımcı oldular. Çocuklarımla kaldığım sürece çocuklarımın ihtiyaçlarına ilgi alaka gösterdiler. Kayak pistine iki dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kaldı ki burada bile araçla transfer sağladılar. Restoran hizmet ve lezzet konusunda çok başarılıydı. Yemek konusunda seçici olan küçük kızımın her türlü isteğini yerine getirdiler. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Özellikle Emrah Bey her konuda yardımcı oldu. Bunun dışında restoranda, lobide, kat hizmetlerinde yardımcı olan tüm personele ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Bir daha Palandöken'e geldiğimizde hiç tereddüt etmeden kalacağımız, aile sıcaklığında bir tesisimiz oldu.
