• Natalia (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Che dire,struttura bellissima con un host semplicemente squisito.L’appartamento tutto ristrutturato,ed proprio in centro.Al interno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo e sereno.Abbiamo anche avuto a pochi passi dalla struttura un posto (gestito dalla struttura) per parcheggiare la macchina (che a Riva è quasi impossibile a trovare nei luoghi vicino al centro ). Struttura assolutamente consigliata,e da 10 stelle 🌟 meritatissimi

The location in Riva del Garda was perfect — beautiful surroundings, close to the lake, and easy access to explore the area. The host was wonderful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Highly recommend Mutti Stay Apartment to anyone visiting Lake Garda — we would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

• Giorgio Albini (9/5): Ottimo appartamento - Bellissimo e ampio appartamento in una posizione centrale di Riva del Garda. Comodo per qualsiasi necessità, ottima pulizia e arredo stupendo. Cucina ben fornita di sale e condimento, caffè e elettrodomestici. L'unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è stato in cucina: non abbiamo trovato dei canovacci per poter asciugare le stoviglie lavate e dello scottex, che avrebbe potuto essere utile in qualsiasi caso. Una piccolezza comunque, il resto è tutto perfetto!

• Finsekina (7/5): Bella Riva - Appartamento molto ampio, luminoso, ben riscaldato. Il soggiorno e le camere sono curate, letti comodi e lenzuola che profumano (cosa abbastanza rara di solito). Purtroppo siamo rimasti un po' delusi da lacune piccolezze che però fanno la differenza... In cucina non abbiamo trovato una spugna, c'è la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde ma 0 cialde (almeno due per le due mattine potevano lasciarle), tovaglia che non copre i tavoli completamente e zero tovaglioli ne di carta ne di stoffa... all'ingresso c'è una pila per le emergenze ma è distrutta inutilizzabile, i bicchieri in salone macchiati e inutilizzabili perchè le macchie blu non vengono via, la tv salta per fortuna avevamo l'account di neflix. Non dormite in salone, la mattina il bar di sotto alle 7:30 mette la musica in diffusione e anche al secondo piano si sente, in generale cmq si sentono le persone negli appartamenti vicini anche quando tossiscono. Infine, prima del ns arrivo avevamo chiesto la possibilità di avere la Card del Garda (teoricamente disponibile per chi soggiorna a Riva) volevamo salire sul Bastione senza spendere altri 40€, ci è stata mandata a nome di un Hotel in cui NON abbiamo soggiornato e arrivati alla biglietteria siamo stati respinti perchè non adatta... peccato, ci siamo sentiti un po' presi in giro. • Andreas (10/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen in der Fußgängerzone. Außerdem nur ein paar Schritte vom See entfernt. Die Chefin des Hauses war persönlich da, spricht gut deutsch und war sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen auch noch eine Garage für unsere Motorräder direkt am Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. 👍
• Hans (7/5): Unser Aufenthalt war alles in Allem sehr angenehm. - Die Lage ist super. Direkt im Zentrum und der See ist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, bekommt eine Parkkarte fü ein sehr geräumiges und sicheres Parkhaus für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Würde ich wieder Buchen. Das Klimagerät ist etwas laut, bei Außentemperaturen von 35° sehr angenehm und man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt.

Daniela is a very welcoming host, we felt very comfortable.As we went by car, all arrangements were taken care for, so we have parking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary things, there was even oil, salt,coffee etc., that us usually an issue when traveling and you need to buy all in bulk to cook. We were 6 adults and all beds were quite comfy.

• Piotrek (10/5): Big, comfortable apartment right in the old town - The apartment is an old Italian flat inside one of the historical buildings on the main promanade in the old town, it's very nicely finished with lovely pieces of old furniture, full of books, albums and vinyls. The apartment is stretching all the way to the other side of the building, so while living room windows go out onto the promenade, the two bedrooms are located on the other side, with windows overlooking a much smaller and quieter back street, so there's no problem with restaurant noises disturbing your sleep. Also all restaurants close around 10PM, so we had no problems sleeping comfortably, but you will hear the bells of the local church each morning. The bathroom is roomy has a big shower and a washing machine plus dryer, so you can refresh your clothes conveniently. The kitchen is reasonably equipped with a full size cooker and a fridge, toaster, capsule coffee machine (although there are cafe's literally downstairs) and a set of pots and cutlery. Living room also has a big flat TV. There is no AC but there are big fans in each bedroom. For your car you get a parking card for a nearby underground parking lot on the corner of via Pilati and via Roma, which is less than 200m on from the apartment and you also get a permit to drive onto the promenade to unload your luggage right under the door. There is also a supermarket next to the parking lot. Overall location is great - close to the beach, close to the restaurants, close to the historical harbour - ideal if you want to have a dinner with wine and a casual walk through the old town afterwards without worrying about driving or getting taxi back home.

No air con and 31 degrees was uncomfortable overnight. The host provided a fan, but it wasn’t really enough. A few more kitchen essentials - salt, pepper etc - would have been appreciated
