- Eleonore (8/5): Clean, modern, compact with access to heated outdoor pool. - It was clean, with a comfortable sofa, TV and an en suite toilet in the main bedroom as well as a family bathroom. There were some clever storage solutions which optimised the small space. We loved the heated pool only a few steps from the property. The park was well maintained, smart and felt safe. Our stay was certainly cost efficient for a family of 5. There were 4 different bins which took up a lot of space in the kitchen. I fully support recycling so suggest that some shelves for clean recycling in the cupboard with the cleaning equipment would be more space efficient. We could have done with a frying pan, but otherwise found what we needed or could make do! There were only 4 chairs around the table, but I appreciate it’s a tight space. We used a stool from one of the bedrooms for our fifth person.

- christine (8/5): - Peaceful friendly and clean Laundrette dryers didn't work and with no line at the caravan we had trouble drying as heavy downpours most days. Went to office about Laundrette but no one there to help and no refund given.

- Tina (7/5): We enjoyed our mini break. - Really good value for money. Quiet and well situated for travelling around The mattresses in the twin room need replacing as you can feel the springs. I was there with my elderly parents and the path to the van was quite unsafe and needs attention. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

- Michelle (8/5): Beauport Holiday Park - Both vans suited our needs. As we we are a close family, the location of the vans was really good. They were about a 2 minute walk away from each other. The pool closed at 5 pm. We had very disappointed young grandchildren as we got there just as it closed.

- Amanda (2/5): The location was handy - But would use another host - The location was handy for what we needed. 85 Bluebell, was very difficult to locate as this van is not numbered. Upon arrival and entering the caravan, there was a horrendous smell of dog! Luckily the cleaning products we brought with us, soon masked it. This property also has no Wifi, yet was advertised with full internet. The light in the bathroom would come on at first, then would go off after about a minute or two. This was a total nightmare once returning back to the van after a full day out and showering in the dark. We informed 1066 Holidays & were told to use a torch!! What amazing customer service.
- Helen (9/5): Great few days away. Hastings is a beautiful place - Caravan was great, comfy with plenty of space. Some games and DVDs available which we enjoyed. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open on our stay. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant, staff were lovely and friendly. The meal was reasonably priced and great quality. We really enjoyed it. Dog friendly too. Not a lot of outdoor space for children to play. The onsite play park is tiny.
- Tina (1/5): If you like waiting hours for dirty accommodation this is the place for you! - The night warden went above and beyond to help us with the situation we found ourselves in due to poor management of the agency that deals with checking in Not being able to gain entry to our caravan for 3 hours due to poor communication from management leading to my children 3 under 5’s not being able to have dinner until 10pm and the state we found our accommodation in on arrival disgusting by anyone’s standards!

- Deléne (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, enough space, worked for our purpose. Very loud until after 12 am on Saturday night coming from the Country club. Although there was wifi, we could not cast any programs on the TV. It's probably a faulty cable - it could not connect.The batteries in the remotes were done, and we could not work the TV.
- Snary (10/5): Perfect for work and family. - Lovely caravan. I only came for work but will be bringing my family down in the summer. Lovely little private garden. I honestly can’t think of anything. It had everything I needed.

- Phil (8/5): Comfy, cosy lounge. The rest as we expected. Slight shame about the boiler breaking. - Arrived in the dark. Took a little while to find the property but the whatthreewords was very useful, so no complaints. Boiler broke in the early hours so the morning was pretty chilly and there was no hot water for the shower, which was annoying, but we were checking out at 10am so the cold was no big deal. No hot water more of an issue. Noted boiler last serviced Dec 22 so two years ago - thought it was supposed to be an annual service?

- Mary (5/5): 50/ 50 - The lounge was spacious . The sofas are big enough to sleep in. The Netflix was a great idea because during the rainy day, the children were able to watch some movies and programmes to keep happy. The staff we met were not very pleasant when we asked for direction to the caravan. The small room was very hot at night for the children, so they ended up with me in the lounge, on the sofa. The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold so I had to finally use a container for mixing the water for showering. We dreaded having showers.

- Shirley (4/5): Had a much better stay in a different caravan on same site. - Nothing comes to mind it felt unloved The caravan was very small, it smelt like a dog had been in it. It was clean but very basic, it said that it had decking but that was only a ramp to get to the caravan door. The bathroom door opened directly into the kitchen which was unpleasant. Also a barrier came down at night into the camp which nobody had explained how to get it to open.

Weather was lovely so we made the most of the little pool too. - It was a nice clean caravan inside, and I was geateful for the bin liners/tea towels/washing up liquid and soap that was provided. We couldn’t watch the telly as it was a wireless display smart tv. I had no idea how to log in as I don’t have a smart telly, so that made the evening a bit boring for me , although I did pop up to the country club but it was when we got back and the mornings it would have been nice to use it. But first world problems and all that.

- Aaron (4/5): wasn’t bad but slightly fault advertisement - Good location and staff where friendly and helpful the advertisement of the caravan looked nicer in pictures with a nice balcony but when we arrived we had no balcony and the rooms were tiny and not when we thought we had booked
- Ella (8/5): Place lovely Booking.com lacked in every area!!! - The property it’s self was beautiful and comfortable I wasn’t contacted swiftly enough with information surrounding attaining keys to the property. When I called I was met with a huge amount of unnecessary questions and left unable to get into the property extremely late which caused us to miss our event! Absolutely fuming and I think a compensation should be offered for that! Terrible management on your end.
- Michelle (7/5): Great value for money. - Beautiful surroundings, nice clean white linen. No washing up liquid or spare toilet roll. I struggled to get the right temp on the shower. Freezer was a little mouldy.
