Janusz K. (9/5): Very nice apartment in a great location - we will come back! - Great location, very close to Corso street. A comfortable living room and a nice bedroom. We will likely choose this apartment during our next visit to Rome.
Megan (6/5): Great location, meh hotel - Good location We did not have any toilet paper and had to wait several hours to receive it. The AC cuts off at night and it got rather warm. Shower is super small and slippery.
Valery (4/5): Not really pleasant and met expectaition - Location only Despite the fact that in the booking pictures the apartment looked very beautiful, the street was very cozy and quiet, and the owner of the apartment was very pleasant when we met and accommodated us by checking in 2 hours earlier, I would like to leave my feedback on the unpleasant stay. To be honest, I travel very often and to many countries, but I have never received such service. In addition to the fact that the apartment has an excellent location, which I rate as 10 points, I would note the following: - noisy street and noisy bar below. Because of the noise, we practically did not sleep all 5 nights. You could close the windows and turn on the air conditioning, but the air conditioning did not cool - the utility yard of the Bulgari Hotel across the street opposite, which operates 24/7 with delivery and garbage trucks - air conditioning for 1 room and does not cool. We simply turned it off because it seemed to us that the air conditioner was heating the air rather than cooling it - the shower stall allows water to flow out onto the floor, so that after each shower a puddle forms on the floor - one door in the shower cabinet is broken and lying around - the toilet lid was broken. True, the owner of the apartment quickly fixed this problem and we had to let a specialist into the apartment and wait until he fixed the toilet, but he did it quickly, and this was rather our problem, since the owner of the apartment kindly agreed for us to check in 2 hours earlier - the coffee machine is faulty and makes coffee by spoiling one capsule, you simply throw away one capsule, and you throw away your own capsule bought with your own money, because the contract states that there is only a coffee machine - one key per number, which makes it impossible to divide the group into several interest groups. - refrigerator purely symbolic cooling - the overall cleanliness of the apartment leaves much to be desired: hair in the toilet, dust on the walls
Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and responsive staff! Was driving to Rome and I arrived way earlier than supposed at 09:00 and the planned check in was at 15:00, I messaged the property and got a reply almost instantly to check in at 11:00. Other than that, perfect location and everything is short walk distance, very clean and air conditioned room. Would really recommend!
