• Radoslaw (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic experience at Luxury Pacifico Beach! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the hosts was smooth and quick. The location is also a big plus — just a short distance from both the airport and the beach. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

• Suvalija (7/5): Good - Good location. Newer building, a safe place. Beautifully decorated outside environment... Good communication with the boss via messages... Equipment of the apartment could ne better. There is no shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, not enough toilet paper, considering the length of the toilet and the number of guests. Frequent problems with tripping of the current fuse. Entering the apartment could be a problem if you don't have internet and you have a weak phone to load the given link for entering the courtyard of the building.,.

• Gina (10/5): Perfect! - Everything - Sarah was super helpful. The apartment was well equipped and immaculately clean. It's very safe and right near the beach.
• Aurora (7/5): Reasonable accommodation at sea side - The flat is well situated , very close to the sea. The building is well maintained and secured. Nearby there are restaurants and stores. The worst part was the check in and check-out procedure The host was very nice but she send more that 20 explanatory pictures in random order to help us finding the keys and she cannot speak English very well so she asked me to write her instead of speaking at the phone. This delayed a lot our communication.. The problem was to access the keys which were in a box at the apartment door. First you has a gate form the complex for which you had top use an app which did not work. In the end I was lucky that someone exist and I managed to get in. After that you had another door at the building secured with the same not working app. After some waiting someone wanted to enter and again I was lucky that that lady allowed me to enter in the building. After collecting the keys I was able to open the flat and collect the remote control for the garage. Consider that meanwhile the car had to stay in the middle of the main road on a very circulated boulevard because I could not get the garage remote sooner than 30 minutes. At departure again, the same story. To access the garage from the building you need a key and to exist from the garage you need the remote. So one of us had to stay in the car in the middle of the road again while the other closed everything and left the keys and the remote in the flat. Honestly I think a better way to do this has to be found, maybe with the help of the complex doorman since there is one. If I would arrive later when nobody would enter or exist from the complex or the building I would have no way to access the keys and enter in the flat. The flat itself is ok, clean but it needs some updates since the furniture in some parts is broken. Also a garbage bin in the bathroom would be more than useful.

• Katri (9/5): Marvelous Malaga - I travelled with my kids, 14 and 16. Apartment was in really good place, near sea, restaurants and the pool was excelent. Aircondition was really good. Host was really helpful with everything. Kitcen was quite small to make dinner, but we management.
• Katherine (9/5): Superb - Location great. Apartment clean and comfortable. Before we arrived we weren’t made aware of the process needed to obtain keys. We had to phone and ask, then it was momentarily confusing. The email explaining that we would have to make contact to gain entry arrived during the second night of our stay.
• Bethany (10/5): Wonderful. - It was super clean, it was a 3 km walk into centre of Malaga but we had lots of great options for food and shopping here and were close to public transport and the beach. The property felt very safe and secure. Getting in was tricky. The video showed using keys to enter the external buildings however you need to use the fob. It would also be helpful to know the pool was shut in winter as we hadn’t been aware.
• Mats (4/5): Very hard bed. Horrible check in. Cold water. - Nice clean apartment close to the beach. If you like a really hard bed you are gonna like. If you like view over a building you are also gonna like it because its not any view over the water. If you prefer not to take a bath its also good (not so much hot water). Advise: call the host in good time and provide picture of passport. To hard bed and i usually like hard beds. Not enough warm water to the bath tub. Called up 3pm for check in outside the apartment. Woman told me to send picture of passport in whatsapp but i dont have whatsapp. Talked 42min with booking.com agent. I sent pic of passport to Booking com and they forward to the host. Problem solved.

• Molloy (9/5): Great location - Spotless clean and location. Pool was only open for 1 and a half days.
• Marija (9/5): Superb - Everything is great, the location is perfect, just across the beach.. and the building seems new and clean. The apartment has everything you need, including the swimming pool located in the building shade so you can swim in the middle of the day when it's too hot on the beach 😊 Also the AC works perfectly so you can really relax when the nights are too hot. The connection to the city center is great via bus but you have to know where to buy tickets and also to signal the driver to stop when the bus comes close to the station, something some of us that are not from Spain didn't know. The TV doesn't have a USB port or Netflix, which may be a problem for someone who doesn't speak Spanish. If we knew that we would bring a laptop and everything would be fine. The bed also could've been bigger but it's not a big deal.

• Ana (8/5): Comfortable small flat - The building is new and modern, the beach is right over the street. The host is very nice and helping! The flat is small, but inspite of this, it has all the amenities.
• Tracey (7/5): Fine. - Very clean, nicely decorated, very secure. The bed was very narrow for two people (one of whom has shoulders like an olympic swimmer....), which meant we did not sleep well at all. It would have been great if extra bedding (blanket, duvet) had been provided, then one of us could have slept on the sofa. The entry instructions were sent very late - we had to wait late at night for 30 minutes at the property for these to come through.
