• Pretty (6/5): It was good but I’d like to be placed at the room outside, I told the friendly owner😇 - Very safe - the owner personally came to see me and showed me around explaining all the processes and the work in progress💐 I felt better when he explained the reason why I was put in that room though it didn’t answer why there’s no desk and chair. No desk/chair, I had to work in bed for 2 days while I specified that I was there for work. The receptionist who received me was not friendly, I wasn’t shown the kitchen and tea/coffee ingredients (I assumed they are payable for but I was willing to pay), I’m a coffee person but didn’t have it for both days. I wasn’t told that the wifi password was sticked on the passage wall so I used my data to work for day 1 and out of curiosity when I sneaked to the kitchen to warm my food because there was no one to ask for permission as I was not told if I am free to use. But nonetheless the place was peaceful👌

• Mgwatyu (5/5): A bad experience of my life - The room is at the back, if the house is locked you have no access to live the house. No keys were issued to me. No room keys, no main house keys and no gate keys. I felt like I'm in prison. It took me 5min to knock for someone to open the door when I had to go to work. Water was ice cold in the morning and I ended up living without washing. Towels and sheets were just looking horribly brown from white colour. Blankets were worse than those of prisoners. • Leon (1/5): Bad - The staff was grate I wrote n request to bring my medical traind dog with. The room must be wheelchair friendly. Time 16H00 to 20H00 When we got there, the staff showed the rooms to my husband. He took a room that is wheelchair frendly, but very small. All the rooms were small. The staff asked us to please wait in the car for 20 to 30 min so she could clean the room, That after 1150 kilometers drive ??? @ 19h30. At night?? Pressure sore af terkilometers driving??? Then the fun started My medical dog was not allowed at first.😢 I showed the staff my e-mail to the owner, and she phoned the owner. The calls were backed and forth. She asked the owner what about the e-mail,? His answers were. I was" I DID NOT look at the mail'S again. I was angry but held back, what now it is 19h30 and we are not sorted. must sleep outside, then iT was on the floor, then on the bed, and all the time, it was a back and forth calles to the owner who was it JOHANESBURG to arrange everything and get sorted. The calls were endless time went by fast. With all this, We said that we would find another place to sleep. We weren't happy, and there were ons Staf member, so the Room was not cleaned yet, I spoke to the owner and told him to pay back our MONY, then the owner said that he DONT have the money. BOOKING.com GET THE MONY . Then they give the money to him AVTER 9 DAYS. WE CAN GET OUR MONEY AFTER THE 9 DAYS WE DID NOT GET ANY MONEY, NOT ANY CALL BACK. THIS IS N FERRY BAD EXSPERIANS AMD WE DONT WANT OTHER GEST TO GO TRU THE SAME. CAN WE PLEAS GET OUR MONEY BACK 083 493 2988 Leon 076 848 8587 Inette

They must start with the entrance - Area was ok, the guy who open for me was friendly I was disapointed with the entrance, I had to pass via sitting room to get to my room at the back. Just imagine, there was a family wathing TV in front, I had to greet the family trip in their legs before getting to my room

We got a room that we did not book emigine as a couple given a small room with 3/4 bed yet we booked for standard room. The sharing of a bathroom also was a bad experience. They don't show inside pictures even on bookings.com

Wifi We are pensioners and called previously and emailed to book in early as this property shows their booking out time is 10:00 am.Had to walk around from 10:00 until 16:00 which was when they aloud us in our room we paid for. Staff stated that we need to give a R200 extra just to book in early even though we paid already for our room also racist because we are Colored that he was told our race should not be allowed on the property as staff looked at us in a discriminating way when we arrived.Could not see the neighborhood or the facilities available as the time we were allowed to enter our room we were exhausted and frustrated. Hospitality disgusting if your not white or black. Room was hot no fan or aircon.

• Hassan (3/5): Dissatisfied & disappointing - We was given a room in a private resident flat shared with their family or friends in an entirely different location & address which was not set up as a guesthouse. The room had no TV, no fridge, no stove, no microwave, no toilet paper, no soap. Only reason we stayed was because it was to late late to look another room and I paid upfront via eft. They should removed of guesthouse listing on Booking. Com as the accommodation standards is way down. H.adams
