Martin (10/5): Die wunderschöne Lodge entschädigt die lange Anfahrt. - Die Lodge war ein Traum, das Chalet umwerfend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr, sehr gut. Konnten bei der Löwenfütterung dabei sein . Die Anfahrt war sehr abgelegen, wir mussten viele Kilometer auf der Schotterstrasse fahren. Aber man kann sich auch abholen lassen.

Willem (6/5): It was a good experience - Nice big room with a huge bathroom. Roar of lions during the night made a good rememberable experience. On arrival someone else was booked to our room. Not enough towels. Maintenance is lacking with e.g. light bulbs blown.
Sylvia (10/5): It was exceptional. - The breakfast good and loved that it was set closer to the pool as requested. The roar of the lions in the morning and evening was exceptional. The flies fortunately it was resolved quickly.

The resort used to be “5 star” but it is now barely “2 Star” The property have great potential but it shows serious signs lack of investment for modernisation and upkeep from owners

Mmakoma (3/5): Poor - Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I'm very disappointed 😞 with Booking.com for false advertisement. You advertise this establishment as a 5star lodge when it is actually a 3star lodge. Please do your work properly. The place has no TV, No wifi in the room, no security personnel, you must open gates yourself, there's no buffet brake fast and dinner, you get served in a plate with one choice to eat from, nothing else, there's no chef's, the mother and son are doing the cooking, it was my husband birthday and we were very disappointed. The picture on Booking.com are a lie of what that place use to be.

R (9/5): Superb - Our 2nd visit. Some areas 3* and some 4*. Overall I will rate as 4*. Maggie's food was excellent and Friday night's dinner reminded me of Sunday lunch at my mom's place Loved it. Older and do need some upgrading in certain areas but overall a good weekend to relax and enjoy nature around you. It does not disappoint and the staff was great.

Princess our waitress was a credit to the establishment. Not a criticism but access was difficult to the property after all the recent storms.

Sizwekazi (7/5): Good value for money but due for some updates. - I liked how intimate, quiet this small lodge was. Very personal service with an enthusiast team. The food was good and wholesome with large portions and fresh produce. The rooms were very large and spacious. Overall good value for money. The WiFi was not good and the facilities and decor a little outdated. I wished there was a spa on the property. It would definitely enhance the experience.
Sharmila (10/5): Great hospitality, ambiance and food - a perfect restful getaway! - The entire staff made all of us very welcomed and were willing to do anything to please us. Very friendly and very accommodating. Jan prepared all the meals with love. Tsitsi served us with so much care and attention. James was always smiling and happy to help in any way, standing in the middle of the road to make sure we got closest to our rooms. Henk is humble and also stayed up late to honour his guests! I loved waking up to the roaring of lions. Being in the bush means travelling on unpaved roads for a few kilometers. The game drive was great but were didn't get to see as much of the wild life as we'd like. The weather was a bit cold for this time of the year but loved sitting around the fire at night to stay warm

The lady attending to us Tsitsi was more than attentive the chef Jack attention to detail when it comes to food. The cleanliness of the room the serene surroundings and nature around impacable structure of the chalets how the pool area is positioned. It was my partners birthday so he was amazed beyond measure the bathroom ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️, the bed I slept so peacefully it's not funny.
