• Agathe (8/5): - Personnel professionnel et cool. Sauf le bruit environnent, le reste me semble bien, bonne nourriture, proproté exceptionnelle. J'ai eu un très séjour magnifique. Je donne 4.5/5 et bonne continuation. Au centre du marché trop mouvementé et personne pourrait-être responsabilisée.

• Ndjiba (6/5): Eigentlich ganz gut. - Die Räume sind groß und wirklich schön (Deluxe) es ist ein tolles Konzept. Außen die Zimmer und in der Mitte eine Art Piazza. Hier kann man essen und trinken, dass essen schmeckt auch super. Die Preise sind teilweise zu hoch, aber nicht höher als in London oder New York. Das Personal. Die Dame am Schalter war mega unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam. Fast schon desinteressiert. Keine Verantwortung für Fehler, sodass der Kollege es am nächsten Tag ausbaden musste. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugesagt, und am nächsten Tag lag es wohl an uns, wir haben die wohl falsch verstanden. Ich finde Aufrichtigkeit und Problemlösung ist das Wichtigste, das hat der Kollege am nächsten Tag gemacht.

They also arange driver for me, on my request and I visited amazing Lola Ya Bonobo 🦧🦧🦧 Sanctuary outside Kinshasa and I enjoyed.

My friends and I have been in all your hotels but the Victoire hotel it is the only applied that rule. It is really embarrassing to refuse visitors entry in the room front of your client.

Vous serez servi. ☺️ - Ce qui m’a beaucoup plu dans mon séjour, c’est que dans cet hôtel vous vous sentiez comme un Roi(Reine) le moindre de vos mouvements sont assister et votre présence très respecté, le supermarché est juste à côté et un restaurant standard pour les amoureux de la nourriture, tout est parfait et je vous le recommande à 100%, le prix est très abordable, la qualité est bien au delà même du prix qu’ils proposent. ❤️❤️🥰 Cet hôtel est devenu mon coup de cœur à Kinshasa… Mon seul regret dans mon séjour c’est que ça prit trop tôt, je n’avais presque plus envie de partir de l’endroit 😊😊😊.

• DAVID ERIC kazadi (10/5): Not satisfied with Breakfast - The breakfast should not be what they decide what to offer to clients, they should make selections for clients to choose what they want. For two weeks I stayed there, they are bringing breakfast already made and wrap for me, things I dont even eat or not on my choice. They should have a menu in the room each day to let the client tick what they will like to have for breakfast or simply prepare a space where clients can go have breakfast on their own choice

• Kabamba David (8/5): Un excellent séjour. - Hôtel très propre et cadre très calme et sécuritaire. La qualité des chambres est bien meilleure que dans certains grands hôtels de la ville. Les lits sont très bon et doux. La qualité des images des télévisions est très bonne. Les lunettes de toilettes sont non adaptées et les chambres sans chaises ou juste avec une chaise, il serait important d'avoir deux chaises dans chaque chambre.

The breakfast service needs major improvements from the staff to the food they offer… The bins in the toilets need changing!

All the staff from reception, porters, catering and housekeeping were friendly and professional. The room had a fridge and a kettle which came in very handy. The location was buzzing with easy access to all parts of Kinshasa either by public transport or Yango taxi app. Would definitely recommend. Very minor detail, however we could have been informed of the hotel's shuttle/taxi availability more in advance. In the end this did not impact us badly because we were able to use Yango taxi app very smoothly.

• Anil (10/5): If you visit Kinshasa for the first time, Ixoras is the place stay. - The staff was highly cooperative and helpful. It was my first visit to Kinshasa, and the moment the booking was confirmed, the manager, Nikhil, contacted me and arranged everything I needed. The hotel car was at the airport well before my flight arrival, and they cleared me from the airport without any hassles. I should say hospitality was great and with high-speed WiFi. Nikhil was always with me inquiring about my comforts and so on. The rooms are well organized and cleaned. The stay was worth the money. Everything was good. Nothing to complain about.

They worse thing is the fact that they didn't inform me that my room was given to another client . I get there around 4: 30 pm. Very tired and it was horrible...l was obliged to stay there, sitting at their reception room till my time to go to the airport for my flight to Toronto...

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Ixoras Hotel Victoire is an oasis of peace and calm in Kinshasa. Clean, comfortable, electricity working and water running, the aircon a lifesaver. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, too. But most of all it is the staff and security people that makes this place; very friendly, helpful. Especially the Indian manager goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and is always available for any questions or help. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks everybody!
