- Teresa (8/5): Comfortable property in the heart of Carvoeiro. - It was updated and very comfortable! Had all of the amenities we needed. The entry to the apt was VERY dark and not having parking made it very difficult with a rental car. Also, the espresso machine didn’t work well.

- Marlee (8/5): Overall we had a great stay, the location is great, the apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a few - Location was 10/10, the beds were super comfortable. The amenities were great, with a washing machine, hair dryer, ample closet space and towels. The bottle of wine and snacks were a nice touch. Always found parking right outside the apartment. The light in the entrance (between street door and apartment door) was not working or burnt out so at night it was pitch dark when trying to find your key and get into the apartment. We ran out of toilet paper and the office was closed so they could not replace it. The apartment should’ve been stocked with more than enough so this doesn’t happen. The bathroom in the living room had a slight sewer smell. Check out instructions included removing all garbage however we were not told where to take the garbage. No problem taking the garbage with us but would be helpful to know where to put it. We found it odd that we couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the management team after 6pm, unless an ‘emergency’. Problems arise all times of day/evening and we need to be able to get ahold of someone later than 6pm. 8-9pm is more reasonable in my opinion. Overall the stay was pretty good, these things were minor.
