• Bruno (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing was positive Location is terrible, traffic is a nightmare, The room was covered with cockroaches, and no running water in the bathroom. The staff charged me for drinks that I never ordered Breakfast was very limited

• Riley (4/5): Good food and service, poor on the hygiene side of things when it comes to the actual toilet and shower, it needs to imp - The staff and the food were absolutely on point, nothing to say. Very good service from the staff and they were very prompt. The fact that the toilets stank of piss. We had to move rooms because the first toilet wasn’t clean, we moved to a second room but it was the exact same over there and we didn’t ask again to not seem annoying. The water pressure is something that needs to be sorted asap, it took 45 minutes to shower because the water was literally trickling down . When I say it was bad, it was bad it’s almost impossible to shower.

Besides that, staff is always friendly while service is good and quick. Breakfast with the raisin bread is worth it. It s a personal touch when after 6 months staff recognizes you. Wifi in the rooms itself is to improve but is ok in the restaurant

• Kindi (8/5): Breakfast is great! - It is at the heart of Ratoma Restaurant. The food is not that good. The service is sociable but lazy and less efficient.
• Mohamed (6/5): It was a bad experience for me. - It’s calm and breakfast was good. The towels provided were not okay. Had black dots and seem not clean. And no lift, you have to struggle with your suitcase or bag to climb the stairs as there was no help provider or available.

• Andrew (7/5): There is no gym so beware. small pool so more a 'convenient' stay than a destination. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating No gym making it not a good choice for me for a longer stay.

• Sofack (5/5): Nothing to say I am just disappointed - The breakfast was correct not extra but correct. Same thing every morning The wifi in the hotel didn't work at all and the first room I stayed in smelled musty. When I complained, they changed my room the next day. The toilet in the new room was not clean. And the shower sink had water running down it. I told the manager about it and he said he would send someone to fix it but it didn't happen. However he told me he had technicians come to fix the wifi but it was worse. At reception they invited me to go down around the pool or to my balcony for a better connection. I had to go into town every day to work. And when I come home in the evening, there is a pool party every night. It's not easy to sleep with all the noise. I still wanted to extend my stay by two days because I had to move far into the city and they refused my extension and only after explaining that I was out of town did they agree. But unfortunately I was already on my way home when I saw their message. And when I left that morning, as usual, there is no one at the reception until 7am, I left my clothes at linger instructing the lady serving breakfast to give this to the receptionist when she arrived, but I found my laundry where I left it in the morning. He explained to me that I had not put in the card which I recall was not in the room. Anyway, for the price they charge, they should increase the quality of the service. I am still in Conakry for a week but I had to go to another hotel
