La cocina amplia y la habitación a parte es un 10 de 10, sin duda repetiremos, los dueños del apartamento nos dejaron botellas de agua gratuitas y lo que más le encantó a mi marido como buen consumidor de café fue la cafetera y que además haxan dejado un par de cápsulas de café para poder disfrutar de un buen café mañanero 🤗

Man könnte auch Brandmelder zum Schutz der Übernachtenden einbauen, wenn dies von der Feuerschutzbehörde nicht gefordert ist.

Obwohl per Telefon, E-Mail und WhatsApp kurzzeitig sehr nett mit Mirco kommuniziert, meldet sich der Vermieter nicht mehr. Auf ein Wort kann man sich leider nicht verlassen. Dem Vermieter wurden mehrere Möglichkeiten gegeben, sich zu melden, aber leider geht er weder an Telefon, noch erfolgt eine Reaktion auf Email oder WhatsApp. Im Nachhinein leider sehr unprofessionell und nicht empfehlenswert.

- Daniela (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt . - Die Lage war sehr gut . Die Innenstadt ist gut zu erreichen mit Bus oder auch zu Fuss . Funktional,alles vorhanden. Eine ruhige Umgebung . Das Gepäck konnten wir problemlos vorgängig abgeben. Das Studio für zwei Personen relativ klein.

C est très impersonnel: tout va par mail, on trouve via mail un code pour ouvrir une boîte aux lettres où se trouve la clé, on reçoit un mail pour l heure à laquelle il faut quitter les lieux et où laisser la clé. Les lits sont étroits, les duvets sont minimalistes , le rideau est coupé au millimètre , bref c est tout du bon marché. L année prochaine on s y prendra à l avance et on ira dans un hôtel au centre ville.

- Violeta (8/5): Una estancia muy acogedora - El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario para tener una estancia más que cómoda. La comunicación con los propietarios fue excelente. Llevábamos un perro y no hubo ningún inconveniente con que estuviera con nosotros. Estaba muy cerca del centro. Repetiría. Algo para mejorar sería la pintura de las paredes y la hornilla de la cocina, pero esto no impidió que hiciéramos de comer o estar en el apartamento.

- Gabriele (7/5): Immer angenehm für einen Kurzaufenthalt. - Das Studio-Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig, wir hatten viel Platz für all unsere Sachen. Die Betten sind sehr gut und alles ist sehr sauber. Gute Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher, ausreichend bestückt. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war durchwegs herzlich und speditiv. Sehr gute Lage in Gehentfernung von der Altstadt und man findet immer einen Parkplatz in der ruhigen Nachbarschaft. WiFi war gut. Das Bad ist klein und es fehlt an Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Ablagen für grössere Dinge als in den Spiegelschrank passen. Der Durchgang zwischen Bad und Bett ist recht eng. Unser Zimmer roch nach altem Zigarettenrauch und die Decke ist sehr ringhörig. Wir hatten leider während zwei Nächten Gäste über uns, die mitten in der Nacht stundenlang umherliefen und Möbel rückten... Die dritte Nacht war dann ruhig, sie sind wohl vor uns abgereist. Nächstes Mal werden wir definitiv ein Zimmer im oberen Stock buchen.

Elle est fonctionnelle, il y a une machine à café, une bouilloire et un micro-onde avec de la vaisselle, très pratique pour manger sur place! C'est calme et on peut facilement aller en ville à pieds ou en bus.

Die Busse die in der Strasse fahren sind recht laut. Der Laminatboden hatte ein Loch. Der WC Deckel war so schief befestigt, so dass man fast abrutscht. Das Bild entsprach nicht der Realität

Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch wunderschön eingerichtet – man hat sofort gemerkt, dass hier auf Details geachtet wird. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden, und die gesamte Ausstattung war top. Der Online-Check-in und die Schlüsselabholung verliefen problemlos und schnell, was den Aufenthalt noch unkomplizierter gemacht hat. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und werde Casa Maria Apartments auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Solothurn bin. Sehr empfehlenswert!

- Traudl (8/5): - Die kleine, ruhige Wohnung ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Einen Supermarkt erreicht man in ca 350 m. . Zur Altstadt ist es ca 1 km. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt sehr bequem durch einen Schlüsselsafe.

- Sophie (10/5): Très calme et proche du centre-ville - Très joli appartement, très propre, dans un quartier calme. Accès rapide à pied au centre-ville. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hébergement! -

- Breezy (9/5): It’s a good stay for overnight. Few minutes walk to Solothurn downtown. Checking in and out was easy, code will sent to - Location, Value for money, helpfulness of staff and cleanliness. No elevator but the landlord helped us carry our luggages to second floor😃.
- Caren (9/5): Adresse à recommander ! - L’emplacement, la proximité des choses à découvrir et à visiter à pieds sans devoir prendre la voiture ou les transports publics, la disponibilité de la propriétaire, la kitchinette Manque de place de rangement. Une armoire fermée pour les habits et un meuble de rangement sous le lavabo de la salle de bains aurait été un plus.

- Nadja (8/5): Es war gut - Wir waren legedlich zu Schlafen dort. Bequemes Bett. Es ist sehr ringhörig. Mehrmaös erwacht wegen des „getrammpels“ oberhalb des Zimmers.

- Ivan (9/5): Un caro saluto dal Ticino: siamo un gruppo musicale che ha suonato al club Kofmehl. Grazie mille. - Appartamento confortevole, pulito e in ottima posizione. Ringrazio molto i Signori Maltauro della disponibilità e della pronta comunicazione. Ideale per un breve soggiorno, dovessimo tornare a Soletta sappiamo a chi rivolgerci per dormire. Nulla di particolare, peccato che non ci sia un ascensore!
