The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Staff attentive and friendly. The beach front bar offers good food. It’s a $10 /25min tuc-tuc to the ferry ports and the busier areas, but only a short beach walk or even swim from a number of other beach restaurants/bars such as Palm Beach and Dara(with its excellent pizzas). Perfect for a chill few days. Highly recommended. Nothing.

Estuvimos 5 dias, alquilamos moto con ellos a muy buen precio para recorrer la isla por 3 dias. El último dia disfrutamos del lugar. Особое уважение вызывают люди, которые там работают: деликатность, не навязчивое внимание, забота и доброта! Прекрасная кухня! Место уединенное, и очень напоминает атмосферу острова лет 12-15 назад, без толп туристов, шума, асфальтированных дорог и т.д. Остались самые теплые впечатления, спасибо огромное!!!

• Anna (10/5): - Csendes környezetben saját kis partszakasz nagyon szép kilátással. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, mosolygós, segítőkész. Az ételek finomak, a bungalók tiszták. A viharos szél miatt alig tudtunk úszni, de így is nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
• Pavel (10/5): Příjemný relax - Moc příjemné místo na odpočinek po náročném cestování, jen tak s knihou, lenošení pod palmami a plavání v moři skoro o samotě. Velice příjemný a milý personál v čele s paní majitelkou, který se o vás postará i po několik dní. Nabídka v restauraci dostačující, jak jídlo tak i nápoje, káva dobrá. Bungalovy jsou čisté a voňavé a i když jsou poměrně malé tak jsou útulné. Tím, že jsou v mírném svahu, tak mají všechny alespoň částečný výhled na moře - přímo z postele. Samotná pláž je při přílivu minimální, při odlivu klidně i 20m široká, na opalování a lenošení je k dispozici menší písčitý plácek s lehátky vedle restaurace. Praní prádla je k dispozici na místě, pro poznání ostrova jsou k dispozici skútry, doporučuji také u majitelky objednat odpolední výlet lodí - šnorchlování, lov ryb, grilování a svítící plankton. Pobyt jsme si užili. Tím, že je resort izolovaný, není velká možnost na pěší procházky do okolí, ale po pláži se dá krásně projít do sousedního resortu a do vesnice.
• Cia (10/5): Séjour digne d’une carte postale sur une plage magnifique de l’île de Kho rong - Mon chéri et moi avons adorés ce ressort sur cette magnifique plage éloignée du bruit et du tourisme. Cette plage nous as permis de nous reposer tout en profitant d’un cadre idyllique! La plage était magnifique avec une balançoire sur l’eau et des transats. Ils ont même un service de location de deux roues pour simplifier les déplacements sur l’île ce qui est très pratique pour cette plage reculée. De plus le restaurant du ressort est délicieux des plats authentiques et savoureux. Le bungalow était très propre avec vue sur la mer, le rêve. rien tout était parfait

• Rachele (10/5): - Esperienza unica. Abbiamo soggiornato nel bungalow di fronte alla spiaggia, con una vista mozzafiato. Da lì si vede l'alba, aprendo semplicemente le finestre e rimanendo a letto. :) Abbiamo anche sempre fatto colazione e cenato lì, servizio ottimo, personale cortese, ma soprattutto abbiamo provato tante pietanze e tutte erano OTTIME. È un po' lontano dal "centro" dell'isola, ma credo sia la sua particolarità e che questo lo rende una piccola chicca isolata. Ad ogni modo, abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter direttamente in loco per girare un po' l'isola in autonomia ad un prezzo ragionevolissimo. Ci tornerei sicuramente. ❤️ Niente.

• Pacetti (8/5): - Struttura carina e carina vicino alla spiaggia. Il personale è super gentile e la cucina molto buona. Con 10 dollari al giorno si può noleggiare il motorino, fondamentale per spostarsi nell’isola dato che la struttura è isolata. Essendo abbastanza in mezzo alla natura è comune che nella stanza ci siano insetti vari e gechi. Fondamentale portare il repellente anti zanzare!!
• JEAN CLAUDE (10/5): Un peu décevant pour la plage - Les bungalow sont comme neufs et très bien agencés. Le personnel est très gentil. On peut louer des scooter. La plage qui n’a pas été nettoyée. Elle n’est pourtant pas très grande (les détritus en plastique qui arrivent certes chaque jour mais qui néanmoins devraient être enlevés chaque jour. Du coup, ça enlève bien du charme à l’endroit. Le deuxième jour, il y a eu un fort laisser aller au niveau des horaires du petit déjeuner. C’est un employé qui a essayé de compenser mais ça été désagréable de devoir attendre 8h30 pour finalement se faire servir par le personnel qui devait être de service.

L'emplacement, loin des zones touristiques et des longues et belles plages cependant L'établissement propose la location de scooters, ce qui est très pratique pour explorer l'île car il est un peu excentré et les tuk-tuks sont chers. Conduire un scooter est sûr ici. Nous recommandons vivement ! NB: le pick up est pris en charge et non le retour au port, prévoir 10$ pour le trajet. Les prix sont fixes sur l’ile.

• Alessandra (9/5): Sehr schön, etwas abseits - Die Container-Bungalows sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin und das Personal sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben dort mehrmals gegessen, war sehr lecker. Tuktuk können problemlos via Unterkunft gebucht und Roller gemietet werden. Ich empfehle es Leuten, die gerne abseits vom Trubel sind. Der Strand ist oke. Eine Nachttischlampe oder einfach ein zweite weniger starke Lichtquelle wäre praktisch gewesen (zum lesen).

Ils prêtent gratuitement masques et tubas ainsi qu'un kayak pour aller sur la mer (à faire +++) La cuisine proposée est très bonne et abordable. La localisation est loin des gros resort et des plages touristiques, vous avez devant votre bungalow avec une magnifique vue sur la plage vierge (pour le bungalow vue plage). Ce côté de l'ile est vraiment magnifique et préservé, nous vous conseillons pour sa tranquillité et son authenticité +++ N'hésitez pas à louer un scooter pour être autonome car Naroth reste assez excentré (les tuktuk sont très cher sur l'ile et c'est assez sécure de conduire en scooter car route pavées et peu de circulation). Tout était parfait. Attention si vous réservez, le bungalow "vue mer" n'était pas en front de mer, c'est le "coté plage" qui l'est et qui vaut vraiment le coup a mon sens.
• Sam (10/5): Lovely experience we enjoyed it so much and was an amazing stay. - This property was absolutely lovely, right on the beach and there was cute animals around if you like them too. The staff were very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. If you want party party then you are around 30 mins from the main beach where all the hostels are, this wasn’t an issue for us as we can ride bikes so were able to get there easily and you could get a tuk tuk if you needed which arnt expensive

• Jack998 (9/5): A serene quiet stay in the north part of the island with stunning views of the ocean - I loved the location of the bungalows - it was located on the northern side of the island, and it was very quiet and peaceful, a slice of paradise! The rooms were big and clean, plus the AC was working really well. Highly recommend booking the beachfront bungalow as you'll have a great view of the sea. Lovely to walk around on the beach! Also, they offered a free pick-up from the ferry point, which made the journey to the stay seamless! The only thing I could think of is location - yes, location is perfect if you want to have a quiet space with not many people around, but you are limited to stay and eat there. We loved our stay as we were able to rent a motorbike from them, and we were able to explore the island and go to different restaurants, but at the same time we also loved staying at the property as it was just so quiet and relaxing - really felt like the life has slowed down for a few days. There were also a few minor improvements that could make our stay even better: such as free water bottle refill to cut down the plastic (there is so much plastic on the island), and a few improvements in the room. But this are just small not so important things!

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - I had a truly wonderful stay at Nartoh Bungalow on Koh Rong. The location is a bit remote, which makes it perfect for anyone looking to relax and disconnect. Since the ride to the busier part of the island costs around $10–18 one way, I decided to spend my whole stay here and it was absolutely the right choice. The food was very tasty (especially the mango smoothie!), and they offer scooter rentals for $10 or even free kayak use. The owners, a local family, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I felt comfortable and cared for from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot with warm hospitality, this is the place to stay.

We wanted to be away from the main beach, rented a scooter and couldn't be happier. Beach was exceptionally clean and it was slice of paradise. Get the room. On the beach! Far from food options but we were okay with that. Scooter gives you many options.
• Sar (10/5): Beach front paradise. - Everything! I escaped to a tropical island! Do yourself a favour and book the beachfront bungalow front bungalows.. it was like a dream come true. Very basic and rustic but that is island bungalow experience. The owner is on hand all day and night to organise food and drinks, which are delicious. It’s a short walk to the next set of bungalows where you can get a boat trip for snorkelling. Nothing!

Keep in mind that if you are not a scooter driver you’ll have to call tuktuk for every moves as the location is in the middle of a main road with nothing around except another guesthouse. We totally recommend this place for chilling and resting but food is not the best and you should head to the guesthouse next to it for good food and night activities! (Accessible 5min walking through the beach)

• Dana (8/5): Hidden resort, very peaceful - I truly enjoyed the sunrise views from my room, which was conveniently located near the sea. The beach was cleaned every morning, making swimming both easy and safe. Unfortunately once you leave the beach you will see lot of rubbish there. I also loved taking a swim while admiring the sunset. The entire resort is incredibly peaceful; the only sounds are the birds and geckos. However, you might also experience strong winds if the weather turns unfavorable, as the resort is built on a slope, allowing the wind to hit the rooms quite forcefully. Scooter rentals are available, and mine was nearly new, making it one of the best rides I've ever experienced. It provided me with a great sense of confidence and safety while traveling to Lonely Beach and back. Just a heads-up: the road can be quite wild! The access to the resort can be a bit challenging to eldery people or people with limited fitness level. Don´t bring suitcases. Just backpacks. Unfortunately the food at the resort restaurant was below average. It's disappointing, especially considering the potential it has. I had a bit of trouble finding a decent dining spot in the nearby area.

The restaurant here is amazing, we didn’t need to leave the property for 4 days we had everything we needed :) the sweet and sour chicken and the beef lok lak are must tries !! • Lady (9/5): A great beach getaway from the city - The beach felt private and the bungalow was very comfortable. I loved it's proximity to the water as well. There were plenty of beach loungers and coconut trees to provide shade. The restaurant was great and offered a lot of wonderful dishes. If you get an opportunity to visit San Sok Beach that was the highlight of my visit. The customer service provided at the Bungalow was wonderful. She helped me book my 6:30am departure ferry as well as a tuktuk ride at 5:40am. It was a very relaxing beach getaway. Do yourself a favor, get off the ferry at Long Set Beach, not Koh Toch. I also loved that each bungalow and the stairs leading from the beach all have hoses so you can spray the sand off your feet. I had an ocean view room but the view was blocked by the bungalow in front of me. So you couldn't see the ocean from inside the bungalow. I booked a tour of the island for $45 and I didn't feel like it was worth the price I paid. I was taken to a lot of resorts when I really just wanted to see more beaches.

The bathroom is a little bit small, but i guess it is normal for the islands. The restaurant food was great, and the restaurant area in front of the beach was amazing. All the employees were very friendly. They can help with anything you need. Bonus: you can watch the bioluminiscent plankton from the hotel! Just go to the beach and search for a dark area. • Valentine (9/5): A wonderful experience! - Very lovely and friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful beach, secluded so it depends what you’re looking for, it’s absolutely perfect if you want to relax and feel like you’re in your little haven. Lots of games, books to relax, you can use the kayaks and snorkelling material. Felt completely stress free for the 3 days we were here and enjoyed our stay very much! Tip: wake up early to see the magnificent sunrise (around 6:15-6:30)! There’s no refill system for water so you will need to buy your own bottles either in advance at a shop or at the restaurant at the property.
• Alyssa (7/5): A good private budget option on a more remoted part of the island. - The staff working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The beach is not the nicest from Koh Rong island, but it is quiet and peaceful. There are cushions on the day beds on the beach which was good. You can get food and drinks at the accomodation. The AC worked well. The toilet and shower are one small room (it’s normal in Asia but here it’s as if you are showering on top of the toilet). There is no picture of the bathroom on booking so it’s kind of difficult to imagine. Also we booked a sea view room, however our room had zero sea view. If they would call it partial sea view that would already be a bit exegerated. The accommodations on Koh Rong are all not the best value for money, but it’s a good more budget friendly option. The food at the accomodation could be improved (however could recommend the sweet and sour). Drinks are cheap though. The road to the accomodation from the main road isn’t great and a bit dangerous in the evening.

• Alex (10/5): Highly recommend - We have just had the best 4 days at this hotel. The location is about 30 mins from any of the main ports but this provided a quiet and private experience. The rooms were nice and had a working air con. We loved that the private beach. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. We would recommend to anyone coming to visit Koh Rong. WiFi was only at the bar area.
• Federico (10/5): Great place and great staff, peaceful vibe - We LOVE the place. Everything is made with great detail. Staff are very friendly. In this place you are literally in front of the Beach. Food in the restaurant is good as well. For New Years Eve, Ratana brought us balloons with candles to release and fireworks. Location is great if you want to relax. A/C, Hot water, towels, you can rent scooter ($10 per day).. We stayed almost a week there and we recommend It. We would stay here again. We LOVE everything but you might need a scooter to move around the island. For us was GREAT and FUN to ride scooter around the island because we see It as part of the trip. If you cannot ride a scooter then you can hire a tuktuk (around $10 each way) It Will be nice, as a suggestion, to have a recycling trash can.
• Zoi (10/5): A hidden gem - amazing place by the beach. calm, clean, beautiful. the owners are kind, smiley and super helpful. we spent the NYE together with fly-lanterns and fireworks. the breakfast is fresh and tasty. compared to the noisy and dirty village, Naroth is a hidden gem! as for the distance, they rent scooters so everything is accessible. swimming is also a pleasure because the beach is almost private.
• Federica (10/5): Exceptional - The staff at Naroth beach bungalow are extremely kind, well organised, and are going to support with any kind of need. From breakfast to dinner, the food is always delicious. Thank you!
• Elena (8/5): Quiet & relaxing location with sea view. - Nice Room & Comfy bed. Sea View. Kind staff. Very relaxing and quiet environment. Isolated location (good or bad?). No beach in the morning (the small beach is covered by water in the morning). Drink menu (more tea, fresh juices) could be updated. Asked for Laundry but they ruined & damaged my clothes.
• Dmitrijs (10/5): Chill and lovely place. - The host is super helpful and makes the best shakes on the island! The location is superb and has a dream-like swing experience.

• Georgina (10/5): Excellent! - Lovely little quite spot to escape the busy life. Very clean and friendly staff. The beds are soft and comfortable. We were able to rent a scooter from bungalow to get into town. The wifi does reach garden view bungalows however it wasn’t a big deal.
• Jérémy (9/5): Superb - The staff was amazing very friendly Can rent motorbike to get around the island Beach was nice and quiet The only point was that the wifi is available in the restaurant area and not in the rooms
