• reda (8/5): A good apartment but the service could be better - The location was very convenient, just a few steps from the Luceros, the view from the balcony was magnificent, the apartment was clean and had everything what was needed for a short stay, in addition, a small wine bottle was a kind welcoming note from the property. It is a good option for a few days. I was very surprised that the apartment was not serviced sufficiently. I came on Saturday and found a coffee machine not functioning (it needed cleaning) but it was replaced only in a few days. Nobody came to check it, just I received a package with a new coffee machine. During these days, I had to go down to buy coffee. Also, some weird smell appeared in the bathroom in a few days after accommodating. In daytime, there was no hot water supply on some days. The registration and the code were sent very last minutes before 16.00. Very thin walls. Only two out of four elevators were operating.
• Gertrud (7/5): Appartement gut geeignet für Städtetrip, da alles von Bedeutung in Alicante fußläufig zu erreichen ist. - Gute Lage; ausreichend groß; Balkon groß genug, um dort auch zu sitzen; Waschmaschine Toilette war bei Ankunft nicht sauber; die Schiebetüren des Schranks lassen sich nicht gut schließen; einer der drei Stühle ist so wacklig, dass er nicht benutzt werden konnte; die Schließanlage der Wohnungstür ist nur notdürftig repariert, sodass sie während unseres Aufenthaltes einmal ausfiel und wir vor verschlossener Türe standen

• Andrew (9/5): Another great stay. - The apartment is ideally situated in the city, within walking distance from the beach, marina and many places to eat and drink. Perfect size for 2 people and clean & tidy. As other reviews say, the door needs addressing as the wind does tend to howl through on blustery days.

Short walk to marina and beech Great view of the city No information no staff could do with leaving information in the apartment and no storage for luggage

• Marina (10/5): It's amazing, with little info on the side - The property was amazing, the fact that you are on 25th floor in the middle of the city that has max 10-12 floor buildings is just astonishing. It was so good to just sit there on the balcony in the mornings and late nights to just see the mountains and flying birds. The location is superb, it is just next to all shops - food, amenities, supermarkets, bars, restaurants- your pick. Loved the room, it was big enough for the two of us but I think you can easily go there 3. Lots of amenities - hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, teapot, toaster, etc. Also we got a little welcoming gift - small wine bottle - it was a nice touch ❤️ Sound isolation - you will hear people walking down the hallway, but it is very rare. Electrical system - do not, I repeat, do not leave chargers charging phones + teapot even just plugged not working + working toaster = your result will be that all electricity will shut down from the overload. It is easy to get it back on as you have the levers opposite the fridge. Try doing everything separately. Entrance password - the code did not work for the door, we contacted the owner - yes they responded immediately, but the code never started to work during our stay and we used the key the owner gave us. The owner was quick to answer and stayed throughout the process.
• Andrew (10/5): Perfect. - Lovely apartment with views over the downtown and mountains. Clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Location is perfect for the beach and marina and a large array of places to eat and drink. I’ve stayed in this building for several years now, . some rooms on lower floors with the hotel and some private higher floors and never fails. Will be returning again. Nothing to dislike.

• FREDERIC (8/5): Excellent séjour ! - la décoration de l'appartement, la propreté, la grande TV, la climatisation, l'electro-ménager moderne La situation géographique centrale. le manque de rangement, Car le placard est occupé en grande partie par du linge de maison supplémentaire et laisse peu de place pour ranger ses affaires. C'est très bien d'avoir à disposition du linge d'appoint mais il faudrait plus de rangement accessible.
• Mina (10/5): Amazing location, stunning view, and very comfortable stay. - Exactly as shown in the photos, with a breathtaking view. The owner is very polite and approachable, and the location is amazing. I really liked the pillow and the comfortable bed – big plus for that. Also, I appreciate that there was an iron, drying rack (even though the washing machine has a dryer option). We also received cloth, sponge, and dish soap – everything you need. The fridge looks new and even has an ice cube tray. It was a really pleasant stay, and if I come back to Alicante, I will definitely stay here again. There are four elevators, but only two were working during our stay. A neighbor told us it’s temporary and that the others will be replaced with new ones soon. It was a bit inconvenient considering it’s a 30-floor building, but not too bad, especially since it should be fixed soon. Also, make sure to read the fine print – there is no cleaning service or changing of sheets/towels, but since there’s a washing machine and cleaning supplies, it was fine. I would also recommend a new hair dryer; the one provided works, but it takes quite a long time to dry long hair.
