• Leena-Kaisa (8/5): Mukava huoneisto hyvällä paikalla. - Tilava huoneisto, kolme kylpyhuonetta oli hyvä isolle porukalle. Nätti sisäpiha. Oli hiukan kosteaa ja kalseaa, osa lämpöpumpuista ei ollut toiminnassa. Veden paine oli paikoitellen heikko ja saattoi tulla yhtäkkiä kuumaa vettä. Putket pitivät välillä kovaa ääntä. Astianpesukone oli rikki. Jätehuollosta ei ollut ohjeistusta.
• Domenico (8/5): - La grandezza dell'immobile e lo stile degli arredi. La pulizia precaria in molti punti della casa come anche in molti utensili (es forno a microonde). Lavastoviglie non funzionante, cosa per cui non siamo stati avvisati. Condizionatori non ben funzionanti, quindi era sempre difficile riscaldare la casa

• Linda (8/5): Spacious, cosy, comfortable apartment. Good location. - The apartment is very spacious, we stayed there in March and it was lovely and warm with underfloor heating. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Outdoor area with tables and greenery. The dishwasher was broken, there were no instructions about how to recycle your waste or where to put rubbish . The lock on the patio door from the kitchen was broken so we couldn’t use that door. There are 3 bathrooms but we couldn’t use one of them as once you toured on the water it made an awful loud noise. There was no sheet on one of the double beds when we arrived and no extra sheets in the apartment to use . We emailed the owner but got no reply .

• robert (1/5): - Sauberkeit, Bettdecken winzig, Unmögliche nachts auf Toilette zu gehen da alle anderen aufgeweckt werden da die WC Spülung wie ein Düsentriebwerk klingt. Abhilfe wurde versprochen eine Woche nichts passiert und ich habe bisher KEINE Rechnung wahrscheinlich ist das ganze noch Steuerbetrug !

• Doug (6/5): Served our purpose of accommodation. - Enough sleeping for 7 people. Not too far to tram and subways. Dishwasher was leaking when we arrived, and, never got fixed. Showers were different, just curtains to prevent overflowing on bathroom floor…towels were minimum standard. There was no sitting or living area.

• Monica (9/5): - Spatios, curat, relativ aproape de centru. Comunicarea cu proprietarul poate fi imbunatatita, nu ne-a fost lasata parola de wifi, a fost nevoie sa insist cu mesaje, pentru ca nu a raspuns la telefon. Am primit parola abia in seara urmatoare sosirii noastre, dupa insistente... In plus, desi proprietatea are masina de spalat vase, nu ne-au fost lasate capsule de detergent, A trebuit sa ne cumparam. De asemenea la espresorul de cafea, dar parca asta nu m-a deranjat asa tare ca lipsa capsulelor de detergent. Usa de iesire din bucatarie spre terasa era defecta. Daca ar fi fost utilizabila, ar fi fost posibil ca cei cazati in ultima camera sa ajunga in bucatarie fara sa traverseze camera din mijloc. Toaleta din camera din mijloc este extrem de zgomotoasa. La prima utilizare am crezut ca a pornit vreo alarma in bloc.. Nu exista televizor.
• Lazarescu (10/5): Un apartament mare, frumos , confortabil! Dacă șicomunicarea cu proprietarul s-ar imbunatati, ar fi exceptioanal. - Proprietatea a fost foarte frumoasă, confortabilă, bine încălzită datorită căldurii din pardoseală. Confortabilă pentru ca au fost trei dormitoare mari fiecare cu baia ei și acelea foarte spațioase și f bine utilate. Locația în sine a apartamentului este una bună, se ajuge destul de repede la metrou/ tramvai. Nu mi-a plăcut comunicarea cu proprietarul , într-un mod deosebit! În prima fază a fost foarte bună, a venit și a adăugat lenjeriile și prosoapele după care când i-am cerut parola la wi fi și informații despre unde să găsim capsule pentru aparatul de cafea, nu a mai răspuns.
• Maria (9/5): - Que tuviera 3 baños fue fantástico. Echamos en falta edredones o mantas extra, para las personas más frioleras no había más que la ropa de cama standar. Y tampoco había suficientes paños de cocina. Por lo demás, perfecto.

• Claude (8/5): Séjour trés agréable à tout point de vue! - une rallonge electrique pour la 1re chambre serait appréciable et appréciée à proximité du lit plutôt que de chercher une prise au fond du placard pour la lampe de chevet...
• Michelle (7/5): - Very well connected location. Spar supermarket nearby. Lots of space and bathrooms. No reply from the property despite calling, emailing and messaging on Booking.com for the WiFi password. Shower and shower curtains could use a clean, but otherwise, property is very clean.
• Acedo Hidalgo (7/5): - agradecimos que nos permitieran dejar las maletas tras el check-out, lo que nos facilitó El apartamento está algo retirado del centro, pero bien comunicado en transporte público. En general es cómodo, aunque encontramos varias carencias: faltaban utensilios básicos de cocina, la nevera era demasiado pequeña, el microondas estaba sucio y el lavavajillas aún tenía vajilla de los anteriores inquilinos, lo que dio una mala primera impresión.

• Anna (9/5): Super Lage, super Aufteilung - empfehlenswert! - Die Aufteilung der wohnung ist sehr gut. Der Innenhof ist sehr ruhig und nett. Die Lage ist zentral und gut öffentlich angebunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Kaffes und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Das 8. Bett war eine Luftmatratze, die leider nicht ganz dicht war und ihre Luft verloren hat.

• Japleen (6/5): Pleasant - Two bathrooms in the Apartment had a very unpleasant odour throughout the stay . the bathrooms clearly had a drainage problem as the water overflowed everytime one took a bath. we had even intimated the host about the issue but he only gave us a room freshner which was also of no use and could not mask the pungent smell. the bulb in the bathroom was also fused and the remote of the AC were also not functioning. Apart from these maintenance issues, the property on a whole was a good spacious accommodation for a family of 6, very centrally located and with amazing surroundings

• Akhil (9/5): Superb - It's a huge place. Very spacious rooms. It had an attached courtyard. Our toddler loved the extra room he got. All the rooms had an attached bathroom. There was even a vending machine right outside our main gate with essential utilities. Our flight back was late in the evening and the host was kind enough to let us crash in.
• Jenny (10/5): A 3-Bedroom Apartment with a Beautiful Villa Garden - [A Business Trip for 4 People] We were in Vienna to attend Messe. It was a convenient location for commuting, and we could catch the tram to the city center right away. It was close to the supermarkets and a park. All the rooms were connected. It was a unique structure where you had to go through all the rooms to enter the innermost room. As a person who made the reservation, it was a very awkward moment. However, the accommodation is located on the first floor. We can enter each room through the public terrace on the first floor of the villa. I attached a photo (floor plan) for reference. Doors 'a' were not used. Doors 'b' were mainly used. Then, we can use each room separately. (However, since we have to go through the public terrace of the villa, we have to always lock & unlock the door.) Each room had a private bathroom, so it was convenient for group activities. - 3 bedrooms (each room has a bathroom with shower facilities) - Total of 4 people (3 men, 1 woman) The kitchen is spacious and comfortable. The TV in the dining room also serves as a picture. The wifi connection is great. P.S. Before arriving in Vienna, I was worried because I couldn't contact the person in the reservation information. Don't worry! Friendly and caring staff are waiting for you. Plus, there is a lounge area, so even if you arrive early, there is a place to wait.. It was a shame that they didn't change the towels. We stayed for 4 nights, but we had to deal with one big towel and one small towel per person. If you talk to the manager, they will also change the towels for you. There is a space in the basement where you can leave your luggage or do laundry.

• Suzana (10/5): Serenity for you - The apartement, the garden, early check in....everything was OK - huge 3 bedroom space with serenity garden in front...20 minutes from Prater, 30 minutes from the City Center if you go on foot,.... othervise its even closer by tram, car or Uber. If you like to explorer Vienna this is the perfect location to get good sleep, to see all the sights and to have beautiful memories od you and your family. Everything was OK

• Ines (10/5): Exceptional - This property was very nice. The apartament was very big, extremelly clean and perfect for our big family, 4 adults and 4 kids. The garden was very nice as well, which gave us some quite time in the evening, when kids were to bed. The location was perfect, very close to tram and metro. The host was very friendly and he even allowd us doing late checkout due to the bed weather in Vienna on the day we had to depart. For sure i will return in this apartament, on our next trip to Vienna. Thank you again for your hospitality 🙏

• Natasha (9/5): 100% recommend this place - great for anyone needing an adapted apartment with lots of space. - Host was brilliant at providing information and keeping in touch to make sure everything we needed was there. Super lovely! The most amazing facilities for a wheelchair user - not easy to come by! Really clean and stylishly decorated - really nice having some Xmas decorations up. It would have been nice to have had some comfortable seating, e.g sofa to watch tv, for the evening to relax, but aware the layout may make that tricky. Really minor! Not the fault of the property but the lift was broken for the undergoing station so couldn't use it, but the tram line was excellent as an alternative.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was all great but there could have been a few more things in the kitchen such as tea towels and a toaster.
