Renate (9/5): Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. - Die Lage war top, die Wohnung ist riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar Kaffeekapseln waren da. Absolut empfehlenswert! Der öffentliche Parkplatz war nur 10 Minuten entfernt und drei Tage für 50 Euro absolut OK. Wir konnten den Fernseher nicht anmachen. Eine Gebrauchsanweisung wäre gut. Für uns war es aber nicht wichtig. Eine Garderobe im Eigangsbereich wäre sinnvoll.

Susan (10/5): We loved Merano and our stay at Franz Haus was perfect. - Amazing location in the centrum. Clean, comfortable, beautiful view from the terrace. The only thing we would suggest is directions or a google map pin to the parking. It’s best to go there first and then it’s a short walk to the apartment.

Csilla (8/5): Fantastische Stadt wunderschön Umgebung vielfältige Orte zu entdecken - Sehr gute Qualität und Ausstattung. Der Unterkunft ist mitten in der Stadt Zentrale und trotzdem ist eine gemütliche und ruhige Atmosphäre in der Wohnung.

The building is amassing: a historic house with vaults. There are new and antic furniture, modern kitchen and bathrooms equipment. The balcony meets the grape hills and mountain. The price is great for the quality. We were extremely happy to live there.
