Olivia (6/5): Broken washing machine, unhelpful host - The location was excellent, very close to lots of shops and notable sights. The rooms were well suited and as described. The kitchen was a great asset, even if limited in facilities. The host allowed for us to drop off our bags early which was very helpful. The washing machine was broken and there was no attempt to rectify this, and it was still listed as a facility provided on the property listing throughout our stay. The host wouldn’t provide any assistance beyond telling us where laundromats could be accessed, despite the fact that we chose the apartment specifically so that we could make use of this facility. Instead we had to pay upwards of €30 to do our washing. The host also only provided “toilet paper for one day” (we were there for 8) A minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things but having multiple things not actually provided or only semi-provided was frustrating. Also inappropriate contact via WhatsApp from the host as they tried to get us to cancel our booking through booking.com and book directly for a discount. Contact was only continued via WhatsApp for “easier communication” but realised it was to avoid being monitored by booking.com

Victoria (10/5): Perfectly located apartment to explore what Palermo has to offer. Staff were very friendly and kind we all had the best - It’s location was wonderful. Nice size and comfy beds No lift with heavy cases, but manageable
