• Noel (4/5): Decepción de Instalaciones - Ubicación y vistas Instalaciones deterioradas, polvo, no hay personal en todo el hotel, servicio al cliente básico, extintores deteriorados, piscina sucia, ducha en mal estado, puertas deterioradas, poca seguridad.

• Ana (1/5): Hotel en completo abandono - Solamente la ubicación Este alojamiento es un engaño. Se presenta como un hotel con muchas amenidades. Pero en realidad está completamente abandonado. En 5 días nunca llegaron a hacer limpieza, ni a cambiar paños, ni mucho menos ropa de cama, la única señora que hace limpieza para todo el hotel desapareció. Tuvimos que comprar hasta el papel higiénico, sacar la basura y hasta comprar un destaquedor. La puerta de baño no cerraba bien, la piscina estaba en mal estado y estaba rodeada de desecho de animales que nunca fueron limpiados. La palapa que está junto a la piscina está en completo deterioro, con riesgo de caída del techo. En cuanto al personal solamente hay una persona que se reparte entre una recepcionista que con costos habla y el guarda de turno que aunque muy amable no tiene la capacidad de solucionar ningún tema. Los enceres de cocina son pocos, incompletos y completamente deteriorados. En fin un desastre de lugar que no debería promocionarse en esta plataforma.

Estoy segura - Realmente fue un hotel hermoso en su tiempo, no se que pasó, si está en venta, si se murió el dueño. Esta muyyyyyy descuidado. La ubicación es perfecta eso sí y la vista. Que está muy descuidado. No hay ni para comprar un agua en el hotel, nadie en recepción.

• Lukas (5/5): Preiwertes Hotel für Gäste, die wenig Ansprüche an ihr Zimmer stellen. - Gute Lage mitten in Playa Flamingo mit Pool, Tennisplatz und Zugang zum Strand. Kleine Terrasse.Die Angestellten waren freundlich. Der Preis niedrig. Das Hotel braucht eine Renovation und neues Leben. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit für ein Frühstück. Die Zimmereinrichtung war alt, das Bad schäbig. Es hat viele Zimmer, aber trotz Hochsaison fast keine Gäste. Für ein, zwei Nächte ok.

Por otro lado observamos que las instalaciones del hotel estan abandonadas( a la pileta de uso en común le faltan varias venesitas) tienen un bar, un bar , un restaurante que no está en uso . Cocina bien equipada, con platos y utensilios de cocina. La ubicación y el precio son lo mejor. Ubicación cerca de la marina. Instalaciones deterioradas, camas duras, paños plásticos, duchas sin un desagüe adecuado, ausencia del servicio de limpieza, un solo empleado que se encarga de hacerlo todo. No apto para discapacitados ni ancianos, rampas muy empinadas y demasiadas escaleras. No hay restaurante.

• Brian (2/5): Beautiful Location, But Seriously Lacking in Maintenance - The location of the hotel is fantastic — it’s close to everything we needed, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by poor maintenance. The room and facilities seemed neglected, with several things in need of repair or updating. It has great potential, but definitely needs more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The location and view from the hotel are truly beautiful — definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the experience overall was disappointing due to very poor maintenance. The pool was in terrible condition, with tiles falling off, which made it unsafe. This was especially concerning for my father, who is diabetic and can’t risk injuring his feet — after one dip, he couldn’t use the pool again. There were no visible staff members around during our stay except the receptionist at check-in, who disappeared after that. The rooms were just okay, but the bathroom was unpleasant. The toilet barely flushed and had heavy calcium stains, which made it feel unhygienic. The towels provided were microfiber — not suitable for drying the body, more like what you’d use for cleaning a car. This place has a lot of potential due to its location, but without proper upkeep and better service, it really misses the mark.

• Jessica (1/5): Bad - Location I made a mistake with filtering 8+ when looking at hotels last minute we needed a place and didn't realize how bad this place was prior to booking. So it's on me but wow soooo bad. The rooms have not been cleaned in months it felt like an abandoned hotel. We checked in but had to wait for someone to show up, then enter the room and it was so filthy we had to leave immediately to another hotel. Of course we didn't get any money back.
• Iuliia (2/5): Very poor - It's a very old hotel, when I booked it showed in the photo that there was a kitchen and you could only choose one room option, when we arrived we were told that you have to pay an extra 100 dollars for the kitchen. Terrible hotel. I do not recommend it.

The rooms and facility need a complete renovation. Everything needs to be re-done. Zero ammenities. None! The rooms are very worn down, bathrooms are gross.

• Tippmann (3/5): Total letdown - Kind of a train wreck. Restaurant-closed Pool deck bar-closed Pool should have been closed. It was dirty and had hundreds of tiles missing. Our Room was not clean. Fitted sheets were so worn out that they slid all over. When we got to the room there was one bath towel, & one bath Mat. No hand towels, no wash cloths, no soap, shampoo etc. It seemed like the hotel closed down and a couple guys slipped in there and got a handful of rooms useable and started renting them out. Even the front desk was completely empty. He handled out checkin on his phone.

• Turner (1/5): Don't stay here. It's very run down, gross and the owners are not there, helpful or accessible - Nothing. We booked this online for 2 nights because Booking.com has it rated as a 4 star hotel. It was non refundable, and we thought it would be okay with 4 stars and other places were booked up. Where do I start. First of all we showed up and no one at the front desk spoke english, which is ok, we are in a foreign country, so not their problem. However when we did google translate, they said they didn't have our reservation. Front desk had to call the owner, who spoke english and finally confirmed we had a reservation. This took over an hour and it was late in the day and very hot. They showed us our room and it was very hot with pretty gross. We asked for a refund and the owner said no refunds. From the pics you can see hair in the bed, trash under the bed, back door didn't lock, the bathroom window lock was broke, soap scum in bath and kitchen, bathroom sink was clogged, couch was old and disgusting, the wall A/C didn't really cool the room, etc. We left the next morning and didn't stay the second night. We tried to contract the owner and the number and email on their website and booking.com doesn't work so we couldn't plead our case. We contacted booking.com and pleaded our case and they said they checked with the owner, but no concession were going to be made.

• Julita (1/5): Horrible hotel service and dirty rooms with rat poop on beds - The beach near it was beautiful. The front office staff, called Osvaldo, immediately asked for the debit/credit card when we arrived. I told them that my card was already prepaid. He kept asking for my card or any card. They finally took another card and charged it. It seems like they scam people. Osvaldo treated my brother horrible. The rooms don’t have Wi-Fi and had rat poop on them. The rat poop was inside and outside the sheets. The rooms are dirty. The pool looks old.
