• Dave (4/5): Needs attention - Spacious. The shower curtain was dusgusting- very dirty🤮 to the point that myself and daughter felt unable to use it so therefore missed showering in the evening and morning. The double bed was well passed its best too. There was no blind at the window, a canvas picture was wedged in front of the glass for privacy. The appartment seemed to have been smoked in also which affected my asthma.

• Anais (1/5): Very far from a cozy apartment - Primero, está situado en un callejón lleno de basura donde comen animales salvajes como zorros. La puerta principal no ofrecia ningun tipo de seguridad, ya que estaba permanentemente abierta. Alquilamos el piso para 4 personas, y solo habia 3 camas equipadas (como intento de "cuarta cama" habia un sillón duro con solo una bajera, sin manta ni almohada ni nada), 2 toallas (le pedimos varias veces que nos trajese más y nos contestó que lo haría pero nunca lo hizo). El baño tenia solo un foco funcional, la basura estaba oxidada, la cortina de la ducha estaba roñosa, el cubo de la fregona amarillo. No tenía agua caliente porque la caldera tenia un fallo electrico y se apagaba a veces. La cocina tenia las mesas y las encimeras pegajosas con tropezones de comida, paredes sucias, el hervidor estaba sucísimo con capas y capas de cal. Había solo 3 cubiertos, la lavadora no funcionaba, las sartenes y ollas estaban sucias. Además, había basura de los anteriores huespedes que no se habia recogido. Además, cuando llegamos el primer día la calefacción no estaba encendida y hacia muchisimo frio.

• Eldred Model (1/5): Inhabitable Conditions, Biohazard Risk & Security Risk. - I stayed only one night of a 14-night booking because the property had serious issues on arrival. The front door locks were broken, which raised security concerns. The sofa had visible stains that appeared to be bodily fluids, and several amenities were dirty. The bed was also damaged with holes in the mattress. Because of these hygiene and safety issues I arranged alternative accommodation immediately and reported the problem to Booking.com. This was very different from the listing description.

Te dwa czynniki wpłynęły na nas tak mocno, że spędziłyśmy tam zaledwie godzinę i zdecydowałyśmy się zarezerwować nocleg w innym obiekcie. Po pierwsze - nie mogłybyśmy zasnąć ze świadomością, że drzwi i okna nie są tak stabilne, jak powinny. Po drugie - niedokładne sprzątanie i ogólny brud sprawiły, że nawet nie rozpakowałyśmy swoich rzeczy.

• Alice (8/5): Good! Cosy little place. - Beds were comfy, all that you need for a quick stay. About 15 minute walk from wimbledon centre. Host was responsive and nice. The beds smelled a little strange. I'm not sure if they were washed?

Безпека: перші вхідні двері розбиті, другі вхідні двері мають ненадійний замок; відсутність протипожежної системи; постійне просочування води на стелі в кухні, де проходять електричні проводи, що сприяє частому зникненню світла та електричним ударам при користуванні вимикачів світла. Вентиляція, яка відсутня. Відсутнє природне освітлення в спальнях та на кухні. Відсутня елементарна гігієна, дуже грязно не тільки в санвузлах, а й на диванах, на які застеляли постільну білизну, щоб сісти. Звукоізоляція - чути, що сусіди розмовляють.

The property is in a filthy back alley. There were over flowing wheelie bins, rats and flies about. No parking. Taking all this into consideration the property is Overpriced but convenient

Sketchy entrance, Itchy beds, mould, unclean, broken window, dirty toilet. Felt like a crack den! Currently trying to get our money back which seems to be difficult. We left the place and booked somewhere else it was that bad! This needs removing off your website!

• Amber (7/5): Overall good, some improvements could be made. - Beds and towels were clean, modern kitchen, nice large space with good links to central London. For London, the price is a great deal. For a short time it was absolutely fine, we would likely stay again. We were able to park at a pay and display nearby that operates between Monday-Saturday, which was handy (although note max period is 2 hours). There are two doors to get into the apartment, but the first door has smashed windows and does not close properly. The window in the bathroom also doesn’t shut properly, and the kitchen is missing some items (i.e no saucepan or tea towel). Be cautious when showering, as water will escape and the floor will get wet.

Location is rough looking. Like a crack den. Open windows when we arrived on a hot day, with bins under them. So there were loads of flys in the room. With our children. No TV.

Bathroom was DISGUSTING. The area was just dirty in general. Flies EVERYWHERE. If he’s going to rent out a place at least put a smashed door on the website to prepare people not on the day. It was not cozy at all, I booked this with me and my friends for a birthday night and the apartment ruined the whole vibe due to how disgusted we felt and how unsafe we felt in the apartment I personally believe this place should be listed not as an apartment but a hostel. This place looks absolutely nothing like an apartment and did not represent an inch of cleanliness. The toilet was disgusting and had stains in the toilet and on the walls, and the kitchen was left in a mess from previous tenancies. He’s lucky booking.com only allow a few photos because there were much more disgusting photos of this catfish rundown lowlife of a flat

The owner sent me photos of the property and you could see smashed front door. I felt I was lead to book this property as the photos on booking website looked very nice but the photos the owner sent me were not the same as on the website. It was false advertisement. I am still waiting for booking com to resolve the dispute I raised and for my money to be returned.

There was rubbish on the floor, the beds were old and the mattresses dirty, there were no paintings on the wall, nor were there bedside lights like in the photos on booking.com. The sofa bed didn’t work and we had to look for a fourth set of bedding, as only three beds had been made, despite us announcing a stay of a party of four people. The water from the sink in the kitchen was dark grey-ish and had an unpleasant odour. This “Cosy London Apartment” as it states in the ad is false advertising and everything but cosy! Additionally, we felt very unsafe in the area. The door lock did not look like it would actually lock the door.

Cleanliness, access to apartment, the fact it looked nothing like the photos: no curtains or window coverings, someone else's food in the fridge, the cutlery in the draw was used and not cleaned, there were tea bags in the bottom of the bin when we removed our rubbish in the bin liner, the front window to the entrance was smashed ! You felt unsafe and dirty in the property not to mention the continual sound of the underground trains every 4 minutes and someone shifting industrial equipment or trolleys at around 5 in the morn directly outside apartment !!

Bad bits Noisy neighbours Neighbours cooking smell in the apartment Trains go by most of the night, shakes the building Blood stains on pillow cases Bedding is outdated and comes from the 80s. I went out a bought my own sheets and pillows Shower is horrible The corner shower cubicle only had a curtain so water goes everywhere. Don't worry they have left an old mopp in the bathroom so you can clean up after yourself Heaters in the room are not adequate so it's a cold stay. Rats in the floor and ceiling which you hear all night The communal hallway is very untidy with a loud metal staircase, so you get woken up when the neighbours walk up and down. Booking.com should take listing like this down, I can understand properties needing a bit of maintenance from time to time and a bit of touching up. But this guy has taken all the nice furnishings out and replaced it with rubbish or not replaced it at all.

The kitchen and bathroom were nice and clean. The location. It is too far from London central. The way to the apartment is also a bit shabby. It had rained so the road was all wet and it was difficult to take the luggage to the apartment as we had big suitcases
• Mazur (1/5): Avoid at all cost. - Clean Entrance from the dirty back isle,not as shown on pictures.It felt like a garage conversion rather than apartment.However it has been refurbished to a good standard.Sadly it is rats infesticated,they are not visible inside the property but you do hear them running along floor jojsts between floor boards and the plaster boarded ceiling.When we heard them we rang the owner demanding refund and advised him that we will be leaving next morning although we have booked two nights stay.Owner totally ignored,and start harrasing us that he has all our details,know where we live etc.We ended up having to leave early morning and book another hotel at our loss.Do not recommend at all.
