• Laura.lco (6/5): - La ubicación y que tiene electrodomésticos como la nevera y lavadora. Los colchones son incómodos, no tiene parking privado y es complicado de localizar.
• CHIEKO (5/5): wi-fiが全く繋がらないのは駄目だと思う - 坂の上なので荷物の持ち運びは大変だったが、ロケーションは良かったと思う。温泉も近くて良かった。 不在の間、荷物を預かってくれたので有難かった。 wi-fiが全く通じず（※wi-fiの表示はされるが未接続になり、実質使えない）、ホストに伝えたがメッセージは無視された。 ホストは近くに住んでいたが、その他のことも含めて何もしてくれなかった。
• Eva (10/5): Right in the center of the old town - It is a large apartment right in the center of the old town. It has everything you need, including a washing machine. In front, there is a pleasant terrace for breakfast or an evening with a glass of wine.

• Anton (4/5): - Из плюсов - расположение шикарно. Мебель и белье старые, ужасный запах сырости, душ и душевая требуют ремонта.

• Maciej Dzierżak (7/5): Brud - Apartament był nie posprzątany po poprzednich gościach- w łazience były brudne ręczniki i zużyty szampon, w pokojach włosy i kurz na podłodze. Po poinformowaniu o tym gospodyni wzięła ręczniki ale nie przejęła się tym wcale. Kuchenka w kuchni kopie prądem i wymaga naprawy. Kubki w szafce były brudne. Cena jak na Tbilisi nie jest niska, a standard tragiczny.
• NATALIA (6/5): Si no fuera por la buena ubicación, le podría una nota máxima un 3 - El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, en el caso viejo de Tbilisi, cerca de los terminales. Puede que algunos de apartamento de la casa tenga la vista al rio, no lo se pero seria una vista estupenda. Nuestro apartamento no lo tenia. Las habitaciones no tenían ventanas, pero yo esto lo sabía y no me molestó. Lo que si me molestó es que no tenga la pica en el baño. Teníamos que limpiar la cara en la pica de la cocina improvisada. Se agradece que tenga una terraza delante con 2 mesas. Las instituciones son muy descuidadas, se necesita una pintura urgente. También una limpieza al fondo. Los colchones y las almohadas son muy incómodos . El baño pequeño y incomodo.

• Siarhei (7/5): - Крутое расположение в самом сердце Тбилиси. Всё рядом, всё близко. Терраса с видом на Серные Бани и водопад. Парковка со шлагбаумом. В этом плане всё отлично. Стиралка, кондиционер, горячая вода. На одну ночь сойдёт. Сама квартира требует косметического ремонта. Вроде бы есть всё необходимое, но всё равно, как-то всё убито, тесно и неудобно.

• Elena (8/5): Overall it was a wonderful experience for a couple of days, I'd recommend it. - The location is just like from movies! Really charming and beautiful. Especially the view from the terrace. The apartment itself is very clean. The hosts are also really hospitable. And visiting Sulfur Baths is a must! Judging from the photos, I couldn't imagine that the apartment is so small, there is no sink in the bathroom and there are no windows in both of the rooms. Internet connection was also quite disappointing. You also need stable mobile Internet connection to get into the apartment in order to ask for the gate to open and get the keys (the address of the apartment is different).

• Haonan (10/5): Worth a stay - The location is very good, it is very convenient to go to various attractions, and the price is very affordable. The apartment is clean and tidy, equipped with a refrigerator, and the landlord is also very friendly
