В одной из спален кровать по длине не стандартная, для человека ростом выше среднего, не комфорт. Также в одной из спален расположен котел нагрева воды, при чутком сне, может мешать.
• Jarosław (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz wyposażenie. Gry i zabawy dla dzieci. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Kuchnia ok dla rodziny z dwojgiem dzieci dobrze wyposażona. Były ręczniki i czysta pościel. Łatwe do znalezienia mieszkanie i to co bardzo ważne - bezpłatny parking. Gospodarz zapomniał poinformować o braku ciepłej wody.

• Marion (9/5): Great apartment in a fab city - Great location, close to Old Town centre, bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean and comfortable. Great value. Entrance was at back of building, could maybe have more lighting for night time but only a minor point.

• Dainius (9/5): - Viešnagės metu, butas buvo mums per šaltas (lauke buvo -15). Mažajam kambaryje esantis dujų katilas dirba garsiai ir tai trukdo miego kokybei (šis kambarys buvo šilčiausias). Daugiau viskas buvo gerai.

• Sergei (10/5): Good two bedroom apartment right next to the Kaunas' old main square - Great two bedroom apartment right next to the main old square of Kaunas. The building outside looks old and also the building's lobby is not renovated but the apartment itself is quite fresh with a modern look. Fully functional kitchen with dishwashing machine. Good toilet / shower room design. Keys are in the safe box and the info about how to retrieve the keys are provided before your arrival. No apartment's own parking but you can park for free in a hotel parking lot right next to the apartment's building. Apartment has all for a stay from 1 night to a longer period if time. No TV, if someone is expecting it. Windows face inner backyard and a sidestreet. Would have wished a direct view on the old square but it is not apartment's fault.

• Alex (9/5): In the middle of Kaunas with everything you need - Nicefull apartment with all the comforts. There were even toys for our little daughetr. It's also located right in the downtown of Kaunas. Good communication with the host and easy car parking nearby. The entrance needs improvement. There was some men at work so we don't know if that was the reason for the mud just in front of the ground-floor entrance. It's no cofortable with a lot of luggages.

• Audronė (9/5): Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis, puiki vieta mieste - Labai gera vieta mieste, yra vieta automobiliui, butas erdvus, yra visi būtiniausi daiktai, indai. Savininkas atsiuntė aiškius patekimo į butą nurodymus ir nuotraukas, tad lengvai viską radome. Bute yra knygų, žaidimų, reguliuojamas šildymas. Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis. Dujinio šildytuvo garsas labai trukdė, lovų čiužiniai labai prašosi atnaujinimo, spintelėje likę įvairių buvusių svečių daiktų, tad savus taip ir palikau lagamine. Bet vienai nakčiai viskas tiko, o ir kaina atitiko kokybę.
• Julita (10/5): - Lokacija labai gera. Patogios lovos. Labai daug knygų. Ir žaidimų buvo. Šeimininkai greitai atsako į klausimus. Trūko tik televizoriaus. Mes buvom apsistoję vienai nakčiai, bet jei būtume kokią savaitę, tikrai norėtųsi vakarais šiek tiek pažiūrėti televizorių.

• Audrius (9/5): - Spacious, clean double bedroom flat, perfect location! More or less got everything what you need. Owner is helpful and quick responding. Tv would be nice, and mattresses could be more firm, but i guess that's everyone's different taste, overall comfortable.

• Colin (9/5): Kaunas - I really hope I one day get the chance to return! - We had a five centre holiday - Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga, Tallinn and Helsinki. Kaunas was, by a long way, the best and most comfortable stay we had. We loved the place. It was busy and vibrant without being too loud or offensive, offered loads of bars and eateries, shops and general things to do. The apartment was the only one we stayed in which adequately housed the three of us - and the comfort level was spot on. It was exactly what we wanted and enjoy. A property which is not too plush, but offers a decent level of comfort in the right location - and the location was faultless. So - would we stay there again? HELL YES!!! We had to leave, and not only did we have to leave, we had to do so far too early. Two or three days more there would have been so very, very relaxing!

• Maria (8/5): Apartamento amplio cerca del centro de Kaunas - La ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento. El apartamento está un poco antiguo. El portal está fatal, sin reformar, en decadencia, da muy mala impresión al entrar. Dentro de un dormitorio está la caldera. Dormimos con esa puerta abierta por miedo a una fuga. Eso debe de ir en el baño o en la cocina, nunca donde duermes.

• Žymantė (9/5): - Location, facilities, parking - everything was great there was some trouble getting out from the parking space as nobody was working (it was an early Saturday morning) and there was no remote to open up the parking space. Luckily, my husband is an excellent driver and he managed to drive out of the parking space, but a less skilled driver would be stuck.

• David (8/5): Perfekte Lage in Altstadt von Kaunas - Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Kaunas. Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Parkplatz wird mit einem Hotel geteilt. Es kam vor, dass wir in der kostenpflichtigen Parkzone, einen halben Kilometer vom Appartement entfernt, parken mussten, weil die Hotelgäste bereits alle Plätze genutzt hatten. Außerdem entfallen 2€ (pro Tag oder Einfahrt?) für die "Low Emission Zone" für Kaunas, die man nicht zu bezahlen vergessen darf. Das ist nicht die Schuld des Appartements, aber das muss man bei Anreise mit dem Auto bedenken.

• Stephen (8/5): - A lovely big apartment. Well equipped. Massive main bedroom and the smaller one was a good size as well. An easy place to cook and relax. Just around the corner was the town centre We had hot water at night but the next morning the gas water heater didn't switch on - cold showers and I mean COLD !! I don't know why it didn't start and the host did not answer me about that until after we had gone. But otherwise a very good stay.

The beds are very comfortable, we slept well, quiet. The hostess is very responsive. Free parking right next to the apartment. Great location!

В одной из спален размещена газовая колонка и очень шумит, когда кто-то в душе. Это не критично, но немного напрягает.

• kevin (10/5): - Great spot tucked out of the way, but it was also very close to the old town with cafes bars and restaurants. Everything is easily accessible. The host was very accommodating and even helped when my case was lost at the airport! Both bedrooms are a good size, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom is a lovely touch. Great base for exploring Kaunas.
