• Daniela (9/5): No reserven tour con ellos - Que las instalaciones estaban limpias, muy cómoda, amplia la habitación y el baño, todo estaba muy bien en el sentido de las instalaciones y la atención del personal. Primero fue un problema llegar, nos perdimos porque la ubicación que daba Google maps nos llevaba a otro lugar, segundo el desayuno no era mucho, yo quedaba con hambre jajaj, y tercero que nos sentimos estafados con el tour que pagamos, fueron 75 dólares por los dos por llevarnos a los templos y almuerzo, pero el primer tour nos recogieron en moto y fue muy incómodo subirnos 2 personas en una moto. Luego nos llevaron a almorzar en un bufet pero la comida no se veía agradable. Luego nos vendieron un paseo por el Nilo pero contrataron el peor velero, feo, incómodo. No valió la pena pagarles por esto

• GUO (10/5): Séjour très agréable et bon rapport qualité-prix. - Chambre propre et confortable, eau chaude avec bonne pression, piscine agréable. Le personne était très gentil et préparait aussi de très bons petits-déjeuners et déjeuners. Emplacement pratique près du ferry de la rive ouest. L’emplacement est un peu caché la première fois.
• Rocio (4/5): Don’t book tours with them - The room and the place itself were good, but don’t book tours when they offer them at the reception because it’s a scam. We fell for it and found out later. We even wanted to make a small change to the itinerary, and they wanted to charge us more than double what we ended up paying after canceling the tour and continuing on our own (even though we had already paid for the service and hadn’t even finished it yet) Everything they offer is very close by and you can do it on your own. Luxor is only 10 minutes away for less than 100 Egyptian pounds for 2 people by boat. To visit the other temples, download inDrive or Uber, or if you prefer a driver for the whole day, negotiate with someone on the street and you’ll have much more flexibility. But don’t book through the hotel no matter how well they present it ,they take a huge commission and are not helpful.
• Czarny1973 (10/5): Polecam za te pieniądze super do tego basen - Wszystko nam się podobało – fajny basen, świetni ludzie i bardzo miła właścicielka; o śniadaniach trudno coś powiedzieć, bo wcześnie wyjeżdżaliśmy na zwiedzanie, ale w Asuan właściciel mimo wczesnej godziny przygotowywał nam śniadania na wynos, co było bardzo miłe. Hotel polecam każdemu, niezgodne współrzędne dojazdu – podaję poprawny link. 25°42'06.4"N 32°37'50.6"E Mały plac budowy jeszcze ale nam to nie przeszkadzało

• Noa (10/5): Excellent séjour, avec un accueil chaleureux et un bel hôtel. - Nous avons été très bien reçues, du début à la fin. Les personnes de l’hôtel sont vraiment aux petits soins. La piscine est tres agréable et les chambres sont confortables et récentes. Je recommande à 100% on s’y sent comme à la maison.
• Aurelie (8/5): Très bonne adresse, propre, jolie et confortable - Guest House toute neuve, très propre, jolie piscine, petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Tout est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Possibilité de faire laver son linge pour pas trop cher. On vous proposera des excursions pour un prix raisonnable (plus cher que si vous prenez par vous-même mais moins cher qu'en passant par des plateformes). Des taxis vous attendront au bout de la rue ainsi que des bateaux pour traverser le Nil (2 minutes de bateau). Le tout à négocier bien évidemment. Il y a également le ferry public pas très loin apparemment mais nous ne l'avons pas trouvé. Vous trouverez également des resto tout le long du Nil à quelques pas de la guest house. Ce côté du Nil est très calme, loin de l'agitation de l'autre côte. C'est un quartier récent en construction donc peut-être difficile à trouver la 1er fois. Wifi et eau chaude parfois capricieux mais c'est vraiment histoire de dire.

• Myrto (10/5): - Ολο το προσωπικό ήταν πολυ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ο χώρος ήταν πολυ ωραίος και καθαρός και μας άρεσε πολύ που βρισκόταν από την άλλη πλευρά του ποταμού καθώς ήταν πολυ πιο ήρεμα και μακριά από τη φασαρία της πόλης.

• Chang-Mei (9/5): - The room was spacious and very clean, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and generous. The biggest surprise was that the hotel even offered Sichuan-style Chinese noodle soup for breakfast on the West Bank of Luxor – something I definitely didn’t expect, but really enjoyed. Overall, a great experience.

• Nicole (7/5): Let's finish the work first… - friendliness and you can see that they are still working on it so probably after some time is nice. The night guy was sleeping on the couch and was impossible to wake him up he snored soooo loudly. The smell of paint and chemicals was overwhelming and there was a lot of dust. I understand that the building is new and they're still working on it, but the chemical smell was very strong. The location is inappropriate, impossible to find and there was no sign or signage outside.

• Laila (8/5): - The property is a bit hard to find at first, but it is close to restaurants on the West side of Luxor. The room is very big. Personeel was very kind and supported us with some tours and the balloon flight. They were rebuilding the place, so at 8am there was noise

Yaya et Saïd sont très sympathiques, prévenants et toujours prêts à nous aider. Je recommande cette guest house sans aucun problème Le matelas un peu trop ferme à notre goût. Sinon, rien d’autre.

• Laure (7/5): Des points à améliorer - Difficile à trouver car la route n’existe pas sur Google maps. Pas de panneau non plus avec le nom de la guest house. Bp de personnel ou hommes de la famille qui restent à ne rien faire de la journée. Pas de Wifi qui fonctionne. Premier jour: une famille de 7 personnes a débarqué d’un autre hôtel du même propriétaire car leur piscine ne fonctionnait pas. Le lendemain des invités sont rentrés tard et sont allés à la piscine à 23:30 ! Étrange atmosphère. Ce n’est pas très happy…

• Jonathan (10/5): Gemütlicher Aufenthalt mit nettem Personal. - Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben dafür gesorgt, dass unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich wird. Sie haben das Hotel sauber gehalten und frisches Frühstück zubereitet. Der Pool war sauber und sehr angenehm in der Hitze. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt! Das WLAN hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Die Adresse des Hotels auf Google Maps ist veraltet, es befindet sich eine Strasse neben der angezeigten Location.

Avec des prix pour les excursions abordable ! Said est sur place et au petit soins pour que tout se passe bien. A deux pas du nil, mais avec le calme.

Sie haben einige Ausflüge für uns organisiert, zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing Tag konnten wir uns in dem schönen Innenhof und dem tollen Pool erholen. All the Staff were very nice, we arranged transport around the temples through them, and we got a great driver (Zair). The location on the west bank is really nice, close to the Kings' Valley and only a short ferry ride to Luxor. Breakfast was tasty, but not too varied (we stayed for three nights).

The guest house is only a short walk away from the Nile, near restaurants and shops. I booked all the activities through the guest house, the attention was incredible and all the tours were tailored to my needs. I would recommend it 100 % and I will definitely go back when I visit Luxor again.

We really enjoyed our stay to the maximum (9 days), location is on the west bank 1m walk from the Nile on very beautiful and quiet spot full of Egyptian nature. The terrace is really nice and the people there make you feel like home. Every morning enjoy your breakfast at the terrace, ask Nasser (owner) any questions you might have and start your day with all the activities Luxor can provide or even better follow Karim (REAL guide) on an ancient Egypt tour. Thank you guys :)

• Janina (8/5): Nice place but felt scammed - The place is clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Ali was super helpful and nice unlike the manager. Once we got to the place, we had to pay extra money for taxes and the manager didn’t even convert dollars to pounds correctly. When we complained about the wrong conversion he refused to recognise the correct one. Like that we had to pay the accommodation, taxes and his scam.
• Pelekh (9/5): Great place with helpful staff - Nice house with good rooms and bathroom, modern, clean. There is area around the house with terrace and swimming pool. We also had a breakfast (omelet, vegetables, yogurt, bread and jam , fruit) Place is quite, next to the Nile , there is also many cafes and markets. I want to say special thanks for Ali , who helped us with transportation. A place not easy to find, this is private house without any marks or sign . This location a little bit far from main place of interest. You need to cross the river by boat or car to be in centre of city.

• Yeşildemir (10/5): Sweet and calm hotel. - We liked that it was close to the nile. We loved having trees around it. I had a problem with hot water, but I think it is related to the fact that we are in the winter months.

• Wise (9/5): Nice guest house - The motorcycle ride Not very helpful with information like many Egyptians because they are trying to sell you their stuff at inflated prices. This is the biggest turn off and it's a huge problem that is turning away visitors to the country. I would like to be able to trust my host to give me the best value information rather than make an extra quick buck.

• Zolixplorer (8/5): We had such a relaxing time here. - This place was so relaxing, it was such a contrast to Luxor's east side. The pool was always clean. It was such a good service that Sajid made us breakfast at different times, depending on our plans for the day. Thank you! We had a room with double bed and private bathroom, which were clean. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The property is tucked away at the end of a small street, which makes it very quiet, but also a bit hard to find. However, if you ask anyone nearby, they can help you locate it (look for white walls and gate and unfinished top floor) We couldn't pay by card even though we had to provide our card details at the time of booking. Also, we were asked to pay in Dollars or Euros in Cash. which we didn't have. This should be more clearly communicated (instead of asking for card details).
• Olga (10/5): Great rest after raiding the tombs)) - Spacious house with a wonderful pool. The owner is very responsive. He helped us to arrange transfers and trip along the left bank of the Nile. There are many excellent restaurants nearby on the bank.
• Swarnim (10/5): Exceptional - There was nothing to not like - Guest house at a peaceful place, not too far from main road, yet not too close. Very peaceful. - 5 mins walk to main road, ferry that take you to other side of the road. - Rooms are big, cozy and clean. - There's a helper who's available for all your needs. - The owner Mohammad will assist you for everything, getting you picked up from airport to arranging tour for you to everything at a very reasonable cost. Trust me when I say at a very reasonable cost. - For vegetarian less breakfast options but you can inform in advance for anything. Our stay in luxor was smooth and nice.
• Jose (9/5): Really nice place - The place is really nice and the personal treated me really good. Definitely cost effective. Swimming pool and the terrace are definitely lovely to have a rest! There were no Wifi. Additionally I get to the hotel and there was no one working there. I called to the contact number and they delayed around 45 minutes answering me. Fortunately another guests came and open me the door to wait the answer inside the building, into the swimming pool, because I was on the street.

• Emiel (9/5): Pretty much Idyllic - I had the whole house to myself, and I was made felt right at home. Mohamed was always close-by to help or provide any services I needed. He helped me arrange a fantastic guide for the temples and the valley, and also got me on a hot air balloon for a very respectable price. I spent some wonderful time in Luxor, and would recommend anyone to consider this guesthouse as a place to stay. The wifi was not always up to speed, but that is mostly the case all over Egypt, not the fault of the guest house.
• Lisa (9/5): Superb - We've had a amazing time at the guest house. Mohamed was the best host, he helped us a lot with our arrival and organised a lot of nice things for us that we did in Luxor. Thanks to him we had a really great time in Luxor. The rest of the staff is also really nice and happy to help. The room itself was really nice, big and clean and the beds comfy. The AC saved our life during the temperatures and of course the pool is great. The bathroom could be checked more often. There were no soap or towels for the hands and the garbage could be be changed more often. But still, also the bathroom was clean.

One of the bathroom shower has no containment so it floods every time take a shower. Needs to be mopped after shower. Shower no heater. The owner has attitude problem. Staff needs to learn more about keeping kitchen clean all the time, washing hands before handling foods and preparing breakfast.
