- Amba (9/5): Great time! - We liked the location. Liked the fact we had a washing machine! Was clean and tidy and plenty of bedsheets if there were any accidents. We would 100% rent again 🙂 There was a puddle o the floor from the freezer, as it had been turned off, but that didn't actually bother us tbh

No heating, had to put oven on to try and warm up. Smelt damp, ripped curtain, empty fruit shoot bottle under bed, out of date milk in fridge. Wotsit under to tv unit.
Went home with a cold. Location.

- Carol (10/5): Excellent stay - Spacious and very comfortable Hand towels and a tea towel would have been useful. Instructions for washing machine (couldn't make machine work)
- Woodhead (4/5): Disappointing - When arive the property was dirty including dust on tv unit al
And the washing machine didn't work
- Kristian (3/5): Great for a head down for the night - Location is fantastic, not to long of a drive to the town or sea front. The chalet was dirty, dead bugs in the beds. The floor wasn't swept or hoovered. Eats through the electric like crazy! Wasn't even aware we had to top up the electric during our stay either.
- Ken (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The chalet was fantastic – clean, tidy, and exceptionally warm and comfortable. It offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, while being conveniently located close to entertainment venues and local shops. Overall, it provided excellent value for money. I'm struggling to find any negatives. It was all fine.
- G (5/5): Not to bad - The location was great Was good size place but think needs to be updated like wifi

- Janine (10/5): Holiday - Lovely location and lovely large chalet Was very homely
- Lisa (10/5): Good value for money and a perfect base - It had everything that was needed, very comfortable Some cutlery and cups had been put away unwashed and there were cobwebs in the corners of the living room and in the dividing trellis
- Jean (7/5): Good - Location was good the club house staff and entertainment was excellent.food in cafe good quality.price was good would definately stay there again. The flooring was dangerous in Bath room when we arrived as was very wet and slippery.
- Ruth (8/5): Relaxing holiday - Location was very close to friends we were meeting. Chalet had everything that was required. Cafe on site did a great breakfast.
- Louise (5/5): Great place, just couldn't put up with the smell outside from sewage. de - The smell of sewage outside everytime u opened the door.
- Adam (10/5): Lovely Holiday Chalet would book again - Prime location for all our holiday needs, up to date and modern interior, well supplied kitchen area, nice and quiet during daytime, very well presented bedroom and bedding Flooring was slippery (possibly from cleaning product used), could do with a bathroom floor mat
- Jenny (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (3/5): Poor -
- Carroll (7/5): Good -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Kris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brendan (5/5): Cold and single glazed windows and food left in oven - Great location and the local club house and arcade and shop is exactly what you need and want on a cheap holiday. The chalet was fitted with everything we needed but we was reluctant to use due the dirt and inside the oven was burned smiley faces so we didn’t use the oven! And then they was hair all over the draws It was very very cold and the Property was running off elec heaters that you plugged in costing a lot of money extra on the £1 coin pound meter, left over food in the oven, and very very cold
- Katie (7/5): Good - Nice and quiet. Easily accessible. Plenty space for everyone. There is no swimming, or no daytime activities for children. Topping up electric meter, quite expensive to use anything electrical including the shower!
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holly (10/5): Great! - Great location and price, lovely host.
- Michael (8/5): Good area but chalet could of been cleaner - Not bad Shower didn’t work and didn’t know we had to pay for electric
- Shaun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Naaz (1/5): Mrs - Chelet is jig. Really good size bedrooms and lounge. Nice view. Close to shops It as very dirty like no-one never cleaned it from long time. Bed was broken. My dad is 73 years old. He sat on the bed and bed broke and he fell in to it. Luckily he didn't get hurt much. Everything was dirty, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen. There was food left in the microwave. And fridge was disgusting. There were around 20 flies in the chelet when we entered. Kids beds were smelling bad, they don't wanted to sleep on them beds. There were dust everywhere and cob weds. Very cheap mattresses on the single beds and kids beds. I am not very happy about it. I had to do alot of cleaning everyday as it was too much to clean in one day.
- Rosemary (1/5): Very bad, would have - Nothing Cleanliness was atrocious, dirty bedding, shower didn’t work.
Curtains hanging off rail.
Pubic hairs on toilet seat.
To covered in sticky hand marks.
Do not use this property, it should be taken off Booking.Com.
- Graham (8/5): Very good - Chalet was lovely well equipped and surprisingly spacious. Located close to all the local amenities and beaches. And was great value too. will be booking again in the future.
- Zach (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (7/5): We had a good time . - We weren't given the keys by someone on site, as was expected, instead there was a key box but we had to ring customer services in order for them to contact the vendor as we had rang and rang but no answer, but luckily the vendor rang my husband back and was given the code for key box, it should be given once holiday is paid for so that people dont have to go through customer services to find out code. Customer service chap was awesome by the way thankyou.
- Carol (7/5): Good price for our overnight stay - It was fine for our one night stay, reasonably priced and clean & tidy It is looking a little tired and dated, but it was fine for our one night stay
- Lisa-marie (1/5): Horrible - Nothing. Had no electricity for the whole night. Toilet making loud noise’s constantly, bath mats filthy dirty and wet, bad sewage smell when running the taps. Owner not friendly at all.
- Smith (6/5): Hemsby stay. - The location was good...although difficult to find the property!!
Value for money. Whole place was a bit dirty....needed to clean bathroom before
use....NO TOILET ROLL...and didn't know we needed £1.coins for electric ...would have been very useful to know. And no towels...good job l took some just in case.
Very noisy neighbours....playing music until late at night
- Brenda (8/5): One night in Hemsby - Good location shops on site. Walk to beach. One item of bed linen not clean but another available so did not spoil the stay.
- Lina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allan (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (1/5): Cleaniless extremely poor - Electric shower was hot and powerful. Easy to park. Place was filthy on arrival. Floor had been mopped (possibly with dirty mop as there was an odd smell but could be damp) however not swept. Food debris under a very sticky table with a broken flap and also food debris on sofa. Bathroom had quite a bit of hair and other debris on floor especially behind door. There were two damp and matted bathroom mats and two slightly mouldy and damp bath non slip maps on the bath. Beds looked like they may be clean sheets but saw some stains. Mattresses really uncomfortable amd the few springs they had left were making themselves well known throughout the night. Really wish I had bought a sleeping bag to sleep in. Pair of shorts in one of the wardrobes. Tea rings and stains on surfaces.
Really didn't want to stay but visiting for a wedding and didn't have time to seek other accomodation. For £60 for the night cleaniless really needs to be better. Interesringly there were lots of cleaning products in the property but hadn't planned to spend 30 mins cleaning on arrival. Would absolutely not be staying again.
- Paul (3/5): Poor - Nothing about the chalet, hemsby it’s self will always be a good place to get away Chalet
- Bernadette (3/5): Ants! - Great location and ample parking space
Enough space for a family Ants! Place is crawling at night inside with them and I woke up with several bites. Siting on the sofa at night and constantly fending them off.
Broken beds
Bedroom Door didn’t close
Very small double bed
- Sakici (10/5): Great location. Very easy to find and close to amenities - Great location
- Eunice (7/5): Good - Things were fine.
- Jason (5/5): A place to stay - Self check in was nice once I got the code beds were made it was a place to put your head down last minute it met my expectations based on the price Instructions on the location of the property and the code to get in were not readily available. I had to contact the host, and there was an ant infestation upon arrival. I'm not sure if the Bedding was clean either, no hot water apart from the shower, no towels, or toilet roll, and there was a turd lurking in the toilet and it kept noisily filling throughout the night.
- Justin (9/5): Nice spacious retro chill out place - We loved the location.
Our host was friendly and really helped me find the place when my sat nav got me lost lol.
It's very spacious at this property and we loved the 80s retro look!!! Double bed could of been bigger!!
- Jamie (10/5): Facilities was fab chalet was not so good cleanliness needs improving - I didn’t like the fact I had to clean the chalet due to it being dirty dried food on table mouldy food on floor next to sofa
- Rachel (1/5): I wasn’t happy at all I even left a night early to go get my unborn child check from the fall I had. - nothing the place was dirty bedding still on. bits of food in the beds, cups etc were at dirty and smelt heater was broken could use it but all broke on one side, plus one of the beds were broken and I fell through the bed with my unborn child
- King (1/5): Holiday from hell.. - There wasn't anything I liked about the property Smelt badly of damp dog, had fleas, the furniture was sticky, was bitten multiple times from the fleas and had to book somewhere else. The owner of the property was rude. Stated had called twice, but I had no missed calls, and couldn't be bothered to leave a message, that's if he even called in the first place. Extra charges on arrival, had to pay for electricity, no standard heating, had to keep putting money into the meter to keep warm. Would not recommend this place at all.
- Jodi (3/5): Could have been better - The club house was great and the arcades The single beds were broken and would have been obvious to the host who had tried to fix bed slats with duct tape. Ended up needing to sleep on the sofa. Masses of hair in the bath plug and dead flies in the tub.
- Anonymous (7/5): I would stay again - price was good and beds were clean fridge had stuff left in it and sink in kitchen was dirty
- Georgie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liam123456789 (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (3/5): Extremely poor accommodation - N/A Didn't like the fact we wasn't told we had to pay for electric
Not being able to watch a broken TV which the owner new about
Bed was a small double when advertised as a double
Mouldy food left in microwave
Blood on Fridge door handle
So clearly NOT being checked and cleaned, between bookings!
Being told there was heating through out and when arrived it was a fan heater for the whole chalet
Constantly hearing running noises on the roof and always hearing like a old fashioned window is being opened and closed.
Park was dead and nothing was opened except from the shop. club is only opened 3 to 4 days a week doesn't say that on the advertising, wasn't told this when we met the owner in person
Smoke alarm going off every time we used the cooker or oven bad place for it to be.
A gentleman came to the door whilst it was open saying he didn't know someone was in here and if we was asleep or out he said that he would have still come in anyway to empty the electric coin box
Lighting in room wasn't central.
Therefore we cancelled, the second part of our stay, and found alternative accommodation in the area - at the same price, but much better location.
The day we left we bumped into the owner who was constantly asking us about or stay and kept saying to leave good feed back even messaged me and kept asking to leave feed back and make sure it was good ect. ........ - This was whilst my partner, who is a qualified first aider, was attending to a lady who was in the middle of the road, after having fallen from a horse!
- Martin (7/5): Good -
