• zahraa (7/5): - Nice villa (better than cottage obviously) and the owner is nice and responsive, she cared about our comfort and when we asked her about a place to buy fresh milk and cheese, she helped us and asked the housekeeper to buy it for us next morning. Bathrooms are not very clean (you can see the spiders nests in the corners which means its not cleaned from long time) The view is partially blocked by other houses but its nice Expensive No bidet (for those who care about it)

• Valeriia (9/5): Everything was great, thanks - We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The view of the mountains is beautiful, and the interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is very well-equipped - everything you need for cooking is there, which was super convenient. We also appreciated the cozy blankets, the hanging swing, and how clean and well-kept the house is overall. A special thanks to the host for excellent communication, quick responses, and helpful tips - it made our stay even better! And an extra thank you for allowing us to stay with our furry family member - that meant a lot to us! 🐾 The only minor downside was a few spiders on the high ceilings that were impossible to reach 😄 But other than that, everything was great and we felt very comfortable

It is not located in the Stepantsminda itself, but we like this place even more. We definitely want to come back and spend more time in this house There were a lot of flies, we need to add some kind of trap for them. We tried to find one in the store, but we couldn't

• Sami767 (9/5): Modern and very comfortable stay, great value! - Fantastic property - full apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, each with their private bathroom and shower. The property is recently built, very nicely and modern decorated, has a BBQ and fireplace (we didn't use as visited in summer) and fully equipped kitchen - all utensils supplied. It's a 6 mins drive to Stepaminda with Supermarkets and restaurants... We had a great stay and found it great value! Host was helpful with anything we needed. Nothing really important.. everything was great.

The owner is kind and polite and always ready to help! Recommend! If you are wondering: Kazbek peak is not visible from house, but view is great anyway!

View from terrace is amazing. The place could use some blackout curtains for light & privacy and beds could get a bit more sturdy.
• Daria (10/5): Perfect house for mountain getaway - This house is a diamond in the mountains. It is new, beautifully renovated, big and cozy. The house is well equipped with furniture, tableware, kitchenware and other small appliances. It has everything for short and long stay. I really liked separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the wc/laundry area in the living room. The beds are comfortable, the bed sheets are fresh, the blankets are extremely warm and fluffy, I slept like a baby:) The kitchen is very comfortable to cook at, a lot of space with a separate island. A huge table in the dining area is big enough to fit a group of friends or a family. And of course the views from the house are breathtaking. Special thanks to the hosts. They are super polite, responsible and helpful. We had issues with wifi and shower in the beginning and they helped to solve them immediately, so even some problems didn’t spoil our stay here. It would be good to have private parking space to not leave the car in front of the house. Also it would be nice to add curtains in the main room to allow for more privacy and darkness in the room in the morning. But these are just small things that are optional and doesn’t make big difference.

• Nikita (9/5): Enjoyed spending our new year's celebration - Extremely nice and modern house, newly renovated, located in a tranquil place, though is not far from the main road. Mountain views right from the sofa, though huge panoramic windows of the main hall. The fireplace makes the main hall very cosy in the evening, we enjoyed spending evenings watching new year movies on the projector. Great for any kind of celebration: the kitchen is well-equipped, and the table is big enough to accommodate 6+ people easily. 7 minute drive to Stepantsminda with all it's sights, right on the road crossing to Juta village. The BBQ place was frozen in ice, and it was hard to get wood for the fireplace

I was with my family only for one night, it is a complete comfort for a vacation with a child. We should be able to arrive by Christmas. I think there will be a miracle in the snow.

You find at the place evetyghing you might need for such trip. Beds are comfortable, water preesure was greate too. The terrace was our favorite spot for enjoying the serene surroundings and the fireplace was a really wonderfull addition that made evenings some kind of magical.
