• Brightwell (10/5): - Mijn vriendin en ik verbleven één nacht in het woestijnkamp en we hebben eerlijk gezegd een geweldige tijd gehad!!! Het hotel waar je wacht is superluxe, met een mooi zwembad om even af te koelen. Ik had ook gevraagd om bier mee te nemen naar de woestijn, en dat werd vriendelijk voor mij geregeld door iemand van de receptie. We maakten de kamelentocht, die ongeveer 2 uur duurde, met een stop bij zonsondergang onderweg en veel mogelijkheden om foto’s te maken. De accommodatie was tegelijk comfortabel en heel mooi ingericht. Het kampvuur ’s avonds en het dansen waren superleuk — ik heb zelfs traditionele drums geprobeerd! We waren ook heel blij dat het personeel, zoals Hamid, Mohamed, Idhir, enz., zo vriendelijk was. We vinden het leuk om locals te leren kennen en hun verhalen te horen. Alles samen kunnen we dit echt alleen maar aanraden. En de sterrenhemel is iets wat je nog nooit hebt gezien!!

The low price and high discount shown on Booking.com are unrealistic and serve only as bait to lure customers. ​Hidden Costs: Immediately after booking, you will receive an email stating that you must purchase a "VIP Package" for 70€. This amount actually reflects the standard price of the accommodation without any real discount. ​Forced Purchase: If you refuse to pay for this package, you are essentially stuck, as it includes the transportation required to reach the location. Without it, the place is practically inaccessible. ​The "VIP" Reality: For the extra 70€, you receive only a modest dinner and breakfast (quite basic by Moroccan standards). Only one bottle of water is included; everything else requires an additional surcharge. ​Summary: If you are willing to play this non-transparent game and pay the full price outside the platform, the experience itself is decent. However, the host's conduct violates Booking.com rules and is, in my opinion, fraudulent.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Mój partner i ja spędziliśmy niezapomniany pobyt w Taghit Sahara Camp — kameralnym obozie z dala od tłumów, gdzie Aziz, - Mój partner i ja spędziliśmy naprawdę wspaniały pobyt w obozie Taghit Sahara i będziemy go długo wspominać. Obóz znajduje się z dala od większych kompleksów namiotowo-hotelowych i dysponuje tylko kilkoma namiotami, dzięki czemu panuje tu bardzo kameralna atmosfera. Aziz, Hami i pozostali bardzo się starali, abyśmy czuli się jak w domu. Polecamy również rezerwację wieczornej przejażdżki na wielbłądach! 😃

Zdecydowanie polecamy! ✨ .
• rhizlene (8/5): Malgré les petites surprises et l’information peu claire au départ cet endroit vaut le détour - L’endroit est magique et le service aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Brahim pour sa gentillesse, son écoute, et son sens du service. Le fait que la nuit soit annoncé à 30€ sur Booking mais en fait elle coûte 200€ car ils proposent une prestation complète incluant nuit , dîner , tambour autour du feu et cela n’est pas inclus dans le tarif Booking , mais vous êtes obligés de payer et de participer! Car le coût de la nuit 30€ pour une chambre de ce standing me paraissait minime, cela m’a surpris d’ailleurs.

• Lina (7/5): Overall it was a good experience. Staff was friendly. Dinner was tasty however breakfast was mostly breads. - The staff was welcoming though the lead person who coordinated our ride from the pick up location to the camp mis-informed us about the sand bath and we spent money on a blanket we did not need and would have missed the opportunity to experience the sand bath had we relied on him. I did not like the fact that they drop you off at the hotel from late morning until 6 and expect you to be in the pool all day or in the lounge. The business could coordinate a service that would include more than a 5 minute camel ride to watch the sunset. I’m thinking you can charge a little more and get more activity in the itinerary. Additionally, complimentary water in the desert would be nice for a Luxury Camp. If not, offering cooling refreshments would show excellence in services. Especially when guests are out of the camp all day, evenings should include cool refreshments of some sort.

The place was cheap and very clean and big. Food was amazing tried the best Tagene there. Staff was excellent and the owner of the place hamid was good with us he was taking care of us dropping us and picking us from anywhere we go. Muhammad was kind and very good.

J ai réservé et payer pour 4 chambres 8 personnes le matin quelques heures plus tard ils m l t envoyé un message soit disant qu ils avaient fait une erreur et qu ils n avaient plus de chambres disponibles ( ce qui était faux puisque sur Booking il y avait des chambres mais ils avaient remonté le prix) et ils ont écrit à Booking.com pour dire que nous ne nous étions pas présenter… j attend toujours mon remboursement. Cet établissement est tenue par des voleurs et des escros Ce sont des menteurs et des voleurs
• Laura Rebecca (10/5): - Die Zelte waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir waren alleine im Camp und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Klare Empfehlung! Leider ging die Heizung im Zelt nicht und es war sehr kalt.

So, once you book, they send you a WhatsApp message to tell you that the location of the camp is very far away and the access is very difficult. So, you have to pay an additional fee for someone to come and pick you up (4*4 car) And they force you to pay 70Euros per person for transport costs and for sunset camel ride.

• Millette (8/5): - Notre séjour au Sultana Merzouga Camp a été une expérience inoubliable. Hamid et son chauffeur ont été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponibles et attentionnés pour rendre notre passage aussi agréable que possible. Le retour en 4x4 à travers le désert était tout simplement génial — une vraie aventure ! Le spectacle du soir était typique et très bien animé, une belle immersion dans la culture locale. Et que dire du souper… absolument délicieux, un vrai régal ! Le seul petit bémol serait l’absence d’air climatisé dans la tente, ce qui peut être difficile avec la chaleur du désert. Cela dit, nous avons remarqué que les installations pour l’eau et l’électricité sont déjà en place, donc on imagine que cela pourrait être ajouté bientôt. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces beaux souvenirs et cette hospitalité remarquable !
• Alexia (8/5): - La taille des chambres ainsi que leur aménagement La taille du camp joliment décoré avec seulement quelques chambres donc à taille humaine Dîner et petit déjeuner Ok Réveil forcé à 7h pour être de retour au parking de l hôtel à 8h30 malgré un Check out annoncé à 11h sur booking Pour 70€: il était prévu 1h de ballade à dos de dromadaires qui n a duré que 30min, gérée en pus par des enfants… ça fait moyen Le matin un tour de 4x4 dans les dunes était prévu d après le message et pas du tout. Le personnel certes pas desagreables mais qui ne sont pas la pour partager une quelconque culture juste pour faire arriver et partir les touristes Le soir obligé de se déplacé au camp d à côté pour avoir droit à la musique autour du feu, pas très intimiste Voilà donc si vous cherchez un truc un peu typique je vous conseille de passer par un hôtel de merzouga directement qui vous organisera sur mesure quelque chose pour le même prix

Secondo gli accordi dovevamo arrivare al campo in cammello invece ci è’ stato detto che saremo andati in jeep e avremmo fatto un giro in cammello al campo. Arrivati al campo c’era vento e abbiamo fatto un giro di 5 minuti . Ho prenotato due stanze e ne avevano preparata 1 da 5 tutti insieme. Ce ne hanno dato un’altra con bagno allegato a causa di una perdita nel lavandino. L’eaperienza di “ sandboarding” consiste in due tavole senza attacchi lasciate in mezzo alla sabbia a disposizione dei clienti. Al ritorno era previsto un “ tour in 4X4 che in realtà consisteva in vi carico e vi riporto dove avete la macchina. Cena discreta. Colazione scarsissima
