• Jesús (8/5): Buena - El piso es tal como se describe, estaba limpio y la ubicación es excelente Aunque el piso estaba limpio las toallas del baño estaban tiradas Enel suelo y sucias (tuvimos que lavarlas) y el sofá cama del salón podría ser más cómodo para dormir.
• Odysseas (3/5): - Μόνο η τοποθεσία Στην ντουλάπα δεν τοποθετείται ρούχα γιατί είναι χάλια. Στο μπαλκόνι έχεις παρέα τα περιστέρια. Και η επικοινωνία με κάποιο υπεύθυνο είναι αδύνατη.

• Janka (9/5): definitely would recommend, you get great value for the price!! - we had a lovely time in Koukaki Urban Retreat. the apartment’s location was really great, with lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores close by. everything was clean and comfortable. would recommend!! the restaurants/bars were open until quite late at night and they were always full of guests, so it was relatively noisy. although we didn’t mind, I think this is an important piece of information

• Teresa (8/5): In giro per Atene - L'appartamento è comodo per il centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 min oppure in metro o in bus. Facile il self check in con le indicazioni ricevute, non c'è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out ma in zona ci sono depositi bagagli a pagamento. La zona è tranquilla, con molti locati e ristoranti ma per dormire senza rumori bisogna chiudere le finestre e accendere l'aria condizionata/ventilatore. L'appartamento è pulito e abbastanza spazioso per le mie esigenze. In bagno sostituirei la tenda con un box rigido e aggiungerei gli appendini per gli asciugamani. La lavatrice è comoda ma lascerei qualche pastiglia di detersivo a disposizione degli ospiti.

• Vita (10/5): Exceptional - great, spacious apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Some practical things were missing, for example, there was no dishwashing liquid, no cooking oil

• Kseniia (8/5): A good, spacious, and clean apartment in a nice area — but it does get noisy on the weekends. - - Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and within walking distance of the Acropolis. - Great communication with the host — everything was clear, detailed, and friendly. - Self check-in was easy and smooth. - A balcony - The apartment is spacious and clean. - Air conditioning in every room. - For me personally, a huge plus: there was a hairdryer! :) Unfortunately, it was very noisy on Saturday. The apartment is located right on a street with bars and restaurants. While the building has good sound insulation overall, it doesn't help much on weekends — even with the windows closed, it was extremely loud. Sunday was noticeably quieter. I guess, the weekdays are fine. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly.

• Lauren (9/5): Excellent value in a local neighbourhood with good facilities - Great spacious apartment with all the facilities you need for a home away from home. I loved the local neighbourhood restaurants and bars, which were right downstairs. Despite the nightlife downstairs, the apartment was quiet. It was well equipped with washing machine, clothes line and full kitchen facilities. The balcony is a great place to sit and have a morning coffee. Located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area (approx 15 min walk) but i liked it for this reason, i felt like a local rather than a tourist and that the restaurants/bars/cafes nearby weren’t gimmicky tourist traps
