• Helene (10/5): Fräscht boende med nära till både stad och natur - Fräsch lägenhet med det mesta man behöver av faciliteter. Underbar utsikt. Härlig poolterrass! Bekvämt med restaurang och ett litet gym i komplexet. Nära till spårvagnen mot city. Även nära till ett köpcentrum med matbutik, Ikea, foodcourt, klädbutiker, post m.m. Trevlig gång-/jogging/cykelväg längs floden och över bron på stig genom naturområde. Handfatet i badrummet var högt och jag är kort!
• Mette (6/5): It was clean and ok but would not stay again - The property was nice and good location The bed was a double bed way too small for a 6 ft adult i looked at the description and didnt see anything about the bed size - I have never encounter this small a bed at a stay before so i was very surprised. i would not have booked this property had i known the bed was small as we both did not fit in it. The apartment was VERY cluttered there were things everywhere i had to pack things up in order to find space to put my things. Every shelf and surface had things on it except the kitchen, the cupboards had half finished products shampoo, ear buds, toothpaste etc everything you could imagine and then some. Some people would love this i found it uncomfortable as i am not wanting to use another person's belongings - this made it feel like someone's home rather than an apartment stay which is not the feel im personally after.

• Andrew (8/5): Would do again - Neat little apartment which was exactly as described. After some initial check-in hiccups everything was great. The check-in process was not smooth for us and provided for some momentary stress. Detailed and necessary directions were provided by the host about 2 hrs before check-in, via Booking.com messaging. This was either system delayed or simply not seen by me when I checked for such a message. The contact number was initially not answered but was responded after about 10 minutes. Keys are collected from an office which was closed for some 20 or 30 minutes, the contact number for that office was also initially not answered but was responded after some minutes. Probably normally none of those little issues would occur. The car parking is separate paid parking - the machine at the barrier would neither issue a ticket or accept payment but there was an intercom and the issue was resolved, although I'm sure the resident queued up behind us at the gate would have rathered we hadn't had to go through that. Of course, the parking issue is not the fault of the host and the parking was not expensive. Ultimately what might have been a five minute process was a 30 or 40 minute process. And of course, we had a wedding to get to and were in a rush. After that - smooth sailing and a nice stay at a great little apartment, although I would recommend the host get the check-in instructions out earlier if possible, ideally on multiple channels ie SMS & email.
• Ochoa (10/5): perfect accommodation for a week long vacay with the bestie! - was very clean and aesthetically pleasing— it felt like home away from home! it was the perfect amount of space for two people. there was a loud squeaking noise whenever you would turn the shower and bathroom tap on, especially when you had it on warm/hot.

• Dominique (9/5): We had and amazing time and loved the accommodation - We loved the property. Super close to the supermarket and tram stops. Beautiful, clean and tidy. Loved the pool and spa and the 11th floor roof top spas were amazing. All self contained, including washer and dryer, which made it super easy. My husband used the gym lots also. Maria, the host, was very responsive and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend this property! The only thing that could have been better, was the bed was a bit small for my husband and I, as we are over 6ft, but we were fine!

• Grant (8/5): Very good - The apartment as part of a modern complex has very good security. Great for short to medium term stays. Very good cooking facilities. Great location - Yarra River parks, trams and shopping centre are very close The room lounge/ couch, a comfortable chair would be good. A bigger bed for taller people would also be good.

• Sallyann (8/5): Quick and easy great little bolt hole for Melbourne away from the craziness of the cbd - My only comment is that the pictures reflecting the view from the apartment balcony be more open. Ie., overlooking the roof of another building below was not exactly what we had envisaged from the photo's. I know we are in Melbourne but the photo's you have up appear that you will be looking into the city and possibly out over the river. Either way a when sitting on the little veranda you are looking out to metal roofs. Only a small defect but otherwise yes a lovely sunset view if you look past the ugly bit.

• Robyn (8/5): Great city views in modern apartment TV - The location is brilliant, close enough to a mall & tram lines with a great view over the city but not noisy. You are able to walk along the river & get into the leafy suburbs quickly to have a look around or jump on a tram & be in the city in 20 minutes. We both found the bed a bit too firm but that's just personal preference. You do have to fiddle with shower as the temperature did seem to change will you're in there

Loved the welcome snacks, such a nice touch. Property was right beside a tram stop and across from a large shopping centre if you forgot anything. Nothing! Well looked after property and an easy stay.

• Emma (10/5): Everything you need in the city for a great price - Our stay was wonderful! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and the apartment was furnished like a real home. I could have stayed for longer it was so clean and comfortable. The location is great and I highly recommend staying here. Everything was great!
