Joanna (8/5): - Lovely big space and handy location. Great to have a car park too My elderly companion found it quite cold. We wondered whether the heat pump was sufficient for the large space. It was quite tricky to see the key code box at the height it was at and lighting in the garage
Leanne (9/5): wonderful, would stay again - This apartment was lovely and very spacious. Location was great and had beautifully comfy beds. The heat pump meant we stayed warm on winter Dunedin days. There was nothing really although it was not clear where we should park our car as the apartment number was 2 but the carpark we were to use was 6. However I made a quick phone call and this was sorted easily

Nicole (7/5): Good place to stay and would be great with just a couple of little things fixed up. - Location was great, space and facilities provided are great. The apartment was generally clean, when you enter the apartment there was a slightly unusual smell. It's like someone is using a really bad scented candle everyday & when you open the blinds there is a fair bit of dirt all over the inside window frames and windows; just needs a bit more effort from the cleaners and all good, we did have to make a makeshift blind from a throw in one of the bedrooms as it has glass tiles and lets light in all night.
Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. So handy, yet not bothered by inner city noises and traffic. Decore was amazing space and coziness complimented each other.
