До Seoul Mun и Magic City пешком примерно 20-25 минут. Рядом есть магазины и кафе. До аэропорта на такси минут 10-15 езды.

• Tord Nylund (9/5): Efter långa dagar i ett pulserande city var det alltid skönt att komma hem till hotellet - Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Man kände sig som en del av deras familj. Alltid välstädat och rent överallt, frukost klart godkänd och varierad. Fanns även tillgång till spa med bassäng och sauna, även ett litet gym som jag använde någon gång. Läget var något långt från Metro, men alternativet var billig och bra taxi.

So let me express my feelings in following words: my expectations were met by 100%. The spirit, style, design of the hotel and rooms fully correspond to the name of the hotel. Very classical style in combination with paintings with views of the Mediterranean, castles, the D'Orsay Museum on the walls, French balconies in each room, a cozy atmosphere - all this is the painstaking work of designers. And this is fully supported by everyday work of very freindly team on reception, bar , security. The team memebrs very well know and fulfill their job. Never have seen anybody wasting working time on the phone. In addition, everybody on his place is trying to follow every request of the guests, help in all possible way. So, I'm very thankful to all people who provided very pleasent and comfortable stay and wish all of you all the best. Next time when I will be in Tashkent I will be happy to stay in your hotel again. It was also very quiet and peaceful (just as we asked) which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Fatih, who assisted us with great care and took plenty of time to help us. I would definitely stay here again. I truly can’t think of a single negative thing to mention. • Jens (8/5): Splendid hotel, but no alcohol. - Everything was perfect except…… If I had known that it was a “no alcohol” hotel I would have chosen another hotel for the last day/night in Uzbekistan. BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW IN YOUR BOOKING APP. CHANGE IT!!!!!!!!!’ In the restaurant on 2.nd floor there is a small step which is impossible to see because of wrong lighting. I saw 2 people overseeing it, one fell to the ground a hit herself badly (my wife). I strongsly surgest that you change the light on that step; don’t use that lightcabel you have at the moment. It makes it worse rather than gives a warning.

Really good breakfast. Have stayed in this hotel twice during last 3 years - consistently good. Good restaurants within longish walking distance. Location is conveniently close to the airport (short taxi ride) but too far from the city center for convenient walking access. Fortunately, taxis are readily available and not too expensive. Room size was just OK for 2 people.

I had a minor issue during check-in, but what impressed me most was how efficiently and graciously the team resolved it. They handled it with such professionalism and care, I actually felt more reassured than inconvenienced. That level of attentiveness isn’t something you find everywhere. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained — clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is great for both business and leisure, and the staff go out of their way to assist with local tips and arrangements. If you’re looking for a hotel in Tashkent that combines comfort, hospitality, and genuine care for its guests, Tashkent Europe Hotel is a fantastic choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. It’s lovely.

Only one thing: the timing of room clean-up could be improved. I had two days during a six day stay when I asked for clean-up, but it wasn't managed until late afternoon.

• Justyna (8/5): Wrapping Up Tashkent with comfort - The hotel is ideally located - just 7 minutes from the airport and about the same distance from Tashkent’s main sightseeing attractions. The building itself is stunning, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. While some earlier reviews mentioned the pillows being hard and block-like, I personally found them wonderfully cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The swimming pool and saunas are a great bonus and are kept in excellent condition. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, doing their best to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast is excellent. The coffee machine may be a bit slow, but that's a minor detail in an otherwise positive experience. I would gladly give this hotel a 10, as many aspects of the stay were excellent - but there were two major issues that, considering the price and the expectations for a hotel of this standard, were quite disappointing. First, the restaurant/bar was a real letdown. The Russian-speaking staff, while polite, were noticeably untrained and slow. For example, responding with “what?” when they didn’t understand an order is simply not acceptable in this setting. We waited around 25 minutes for a simple slice of cake and nearly an hour for a pizza, which turned out to be oddly sweet and definitely not to our taste. Second, the cleaning service left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, we found hair in the bathroom sink, which was off-putting. The room was only cleaned on the second day after I explicitly requested it, and even then, the shower gel and shampoo I had clearly asked for were not refilled. The dirty plates from the complimentary fruit were still on the desk by the second day - I eventually had to bring them down to the restaurant myself.

• Richard (9/5): Overall very good - thank you. - Excellently located close to the amazing Chorsu Bazaar which is a must for travellers to Tashkent, the hotel has obviously had a big investment recently and that is reflected in the price, which is quite high. The feeling is modern but enough of the older building is preserved to still feel you are in an older building. The hotel staff are amazingly friendly and look after you well especially all the front of house staff and of course, the back of house cleaners do an awesome job as well as the rooms I stayed in were immaculately presented. Needs a better coffee machine in the breakfast bar and the pillows were hard blocks of foam which, for a hotel of this price, are false economies. Attention to detail is everything.

What really made our stay memorable was the incredible hospitality - especially from Fatih. He was super kind, professional, and always ready to help. He was very flexible with our requests, even allowing us a early check-in without any hassle, just making sure we had everything we needed, Fatih went above and beyond. T I appreciated the early check in from staff. Breakfast was great. he location is out of the way and requires Yandex to get most places or I guess one could walk to the Metro. I was most bothered by the courtyard, which all rooms face, where the lights are on BRIGHT all night long. Even with the curtains it was disorienting and affected my sleep. The Hotel is overall clean, but I felt the carpeted floors were not vaccummed deeply enough, I saw many hairs from past guests.

The breakfast spread was amazing with many different options. About a 1 km walk to the nearest metro station with shops around the hotel. The hotel staff are excellent too. The bathroom had a little smell.

• Vivien (10/5): Very special service - We had a very pleasant stay at Europe Hotel! Great breakfast, huge beds, very attentive staff (especially Fatix), they even exchanged my pillow after noticing I couldn’t sleep on it. On top of that, we had the sauna and pool just for ourselves.

• Luule (10/5): If I come to Tashkent again, I will stay in the same hotel if possible. - Breakfest -- good selection, many different things. Something new every morning. The chef prepares the eggs as requested. A surprising number of cakes and sweet pastries. Fresh fruits. Staff -- All you have to do is ask, and various tours and excursions will be organized for you both in the city and outside the city. The breakfast room was a little too warm (but I'm from the Nordics). I think it was normal for the locals :)

• Ajmal (10/5): Exceptional - While the hotel is some way from centre, this is more than made up by the aesthetics and staff of the hotel. The rooms were plush, spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms and hotel were a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We ate in the hotel twice and both meals were spot on and the service we received was faultless. The breakfast was also fantastic with an enormous selection of food, as well as cooked to order. All the staff were friendly, warm and engaging with special shout out to I Fatih who on the morning of our departure to the airport not only arranged for our taxi to be paid for by the hotel, but also provided us with lunch bags. • Evgenia (5/5): Not recommended! - It seems to be a new hotel with nice interior. The staff was smiley but not helpful. It has extremely weak internet connection and it was not possible to work or to see Netflix on TV screen. The shower was broken and was not fixed during the whole stay (6 days). The breakfast was mediocre, some products were not fresh.
• Weicheng (10/5): Helpful Workers - The Security Guard help us a lot, strong recommendation for him. The Spa massage service is not that good, can be improve.

• Noni (10/5): A great little boutique hotel - Everything! A new hotel with attentive staff. All facilities were working well. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable big beds. Plenty of extras like bathrobes, small safe, tea making facilities etc. The hotel offers a very copious buffet breakfast with varied choices. It is located nearish to the airport but it was also very easy to get a taxi to the city centre.vAlthough the hotel does have a small restaurant with a limited menu, there are various restaurants also in the vicinity. No comment
