• Meryl (5/5): Very disappointed that our requests were not met and expected better for the price we paid. - Good location, reasonably close to town, good access to parking Very disappointed with unit which was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for facilities provided. The overwhelming smell of deodorizers throughout. Couldn't access the pantry as it had also been sprayed. We did request NO FRAGRANCES because of allergies, which can be a severe health issue. There was only thin bedspreads on bed, which was not appropriate for conditions. NO toaster. NO hot water to wash basin. Water in shower difficult to control. Missing remote control for air conditioner, which hasn't been cleaned since it was installed, full of dust. Dishwashing liquid not the one on the label - just cheapest available

• Louise (8/5): Comfortable - Good parking. Comfortable living space For two bedrooms, it would be better to have a separate toilet from bathroom. Needed a better assortment of cutlery and crockery.

• Mullane (9/5): Had a lovely stay and great location - Great location, clean and tidy and had everything we needed Only downside was the mattress, not very comfortable
• Maxine (9/5): Excellent unit in a prime location with prompt and lovely staff - Just the right fit for our needs in a great location - the mother duck and her babies were an added attraction! Just a couple of maintenance jobs. The hand basin in the bathroom took a while to drain - just needs the drain pipe cleaned and the middle support bracket of the curtain rail in the second bedroom needs reattaching to the wall

Easy to walk into town and we used it as a base to explore the region, down to Denmark. Can easily recommend. Nothing
• Freo Phillips (9/5): Lovely family holiday perfect location and easy accommodation! - The shower pressure and hot water was actually incredible, bathroom felt like a hotel and the outdoors with the pond and running water was gorgeous in the mornings The pillows and bed were quite average but still comfortable the bedding was very comfy and extra blankets were excellent
• Donna (9/5): - Really great place to stay close to everything. Everything was supplied. I was unsure what was going to be there so took a heap of stuff. They even supplied the washing powder (even tho I took my own liquid) that was awesome to see. Our beds one single bed was very hard. Other 2 nice. Close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay an would diffently stay again. Your maintenance man was very lovely an friendly. Only thing is i was on holiday an was trying to enjoy a afternoon rest an a morning sleep in. He was water blasting, I understand he has a job to do but school holidays. I wanted to call to see if we could stay Friday night as well but thought he may have been back to finish off. And maybe a pull up washing basket.

• Ian (7/5): - Great little holiday unit a short walk 10 mins. from middleton beach the walls are a bit thin and we had noisy neighbours who stayed up late
• Freeman (8/5): Happy with the unit except for the hard bed and no hand rail in shower - Easy access. Cleanliness. Location. Ground floor Bed in main bedroom has a very hard mattress, so we couldn't sleep nearly at all. Needs a hand rail in the shower for stability purposes

• Blaise (9/5): Comfortable, affordable homelike unit perfect for a family holiday. - The unit had everything needed for a comfy family weekend. I would only have to have a thought, ‘I wonder if..’ and the item was there. Everything I could think of and more had been thoughtfully provided. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable on cold and wet nights and the extra blankets were appreciated. The pond and grassed area made for a safe place for little people to explore between outings. The location was amazing only 5 mins to everywhere we wanted to go but much quieter than expected. There was very little to not like!

• Susan (9/5): Very homely accommodation with little touches which make it a home from home. Definitely recommend - Lots of small touches which make this accommodation lovely. Throw rugs, portable heater, very well stocked kitchen, coffee pods supplied, small side lights all helped to make it a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic!! I suggest providing a deadlock for the main door. (Back door had a chain and bolt). If I was staying alone, I would have felt very vulnerable. Also, the cottages are old and not sound proofed from neighbour noise.

• Clouds777 (10/5): Peaceful, quiet, very clean and well equipped apartment with ample parking near Albany city centre - The place was immaculate and very well equipped. There was even a fully stocked picnic basket for us to use! The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever encountered in my many years of travelling. We were very impressed. The beds were comfy and the bedding and linen of good quality. It was very quiet there, too. Only the sound of frogs in the nearby pond, but even that was muted and rather soothing. I will happily recommend this place to anyone travelling to Albany. Everything was wonderful there. The only thing that I found a bit confusing was the rubbish bins. We couldn't work out which bin was for general waste. But that maybe something that Nini has no way of controlling, with many people using the bins in different ways.
• Salve (7/5): Good - Great location. Very close to the town centre and close to the beach. The apartment was clean and provided most of what we needed especially for someone who like to cook their food while away from home. Thankyou The toilet/bathroom sink was slow to drain.

• Fiona (8/5): Very good - The setting is so good, right next to the road but like a secret garden. There was enough room inside, and the outside space is so good. The wildlife visitors are totally photographic. Good value.

Very impressed with everything provided in the unit. Pillows - some were far too too hard; the rest need to be replaced. Very old and no support.
