• Matthew (8/5): Lovely apartment - The property is massive for 2 of us, plenty big enough for 4. Lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfectly clean and functioning (see below for caveat). Fridge, microwave, kettle etc allowed for some level of self catering should you want to do that sort of thing. Location is excellent, moments from Hill st bars and restaurants, 10 mins walk from the main shopping area, 20 mins from large supermarket and 25 mins from the Titanic museum. So, not the owners fault as such but we had no water for one day - the building was having work done but we weren’t aware of it so didn’t fill a kettle or have a shower before it went off. At the least we should have been made aware this was happening so we could prepare. Other than that a dripping kitchen tap was the only downside. Bit of a faff getting in to the apartment first off but that was only once so no biggie.

• Stephan (10/5): As a family of 4 we had an excellent stay and cannot recommend enough this place in Belfast. - Extremely well located in the centre of Belfast with lots of cafés, restaurants and convenience shops nearby. The instructions provided as videos were brilliant and very useful. Small plumbing details need fixing, ie the tap in the kitchen is incessantly dripping and the temperature valve in the shower cannot be set below hot/very hot.

• Michael (10/5): Wonderful City Centre Stay - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Literally right round the corner from cathedral quarter and the iconic bars, but you never hear any commotion during the night; the square you are situated above is lovely, but after 11 is empty and therefore great for a nights sleep. The place itself is clean, tidy and well kept. Everything you need for a weekend stay. A few comments have been made about the key collection, but you're provided easy to follow instructions and I faced no issue with the process.

• Peter (10/5): - It suited us perfectly. Secure parking is included in the price. A minor problem was sorted with minimum fuss. The apartment and fittings were a high standard. It worked perfectly for two couples.
• Kelley (8/5): - Once found, the location was ideal - close to restaurants shopem, sttractions etc. The entire process to retrieve the keys and find the apartment was quite difficult. We were travelling by taxi and had to stop at a gas station some in order to collect the keys. The gas station was not within walking distance to the apartment. Based on the address that was given by the owner, the taxi driver drove us about 4-5 kms from the actual apartment. Be sure to clarify the address with the owner as the initial part of the address is not known to taxis. We ended up being dropped off in the middle of a street close to the apartment and had to ask many people until finally someone knew of the particular apartment complex.

• Emily (10/5): Family weekend stay in Belfast - A wonderful apartment in st Annes Square- very easy access to all areas of Belfast. The key pick up was really straight forward and the host got back to us really quickly about check in and was so accommodating. Really clean and spacious apartment. Bathrooms are ready for a revamp but otherwise an absolute gem within Belfast would highly recommend 👌

Steve messaged us on the day of arrival to check we had all we needed. We particularly loved the videos that he sent pre-arrival to show you how to find and access the apartment. The apartment has all you need, spacious and clean. It was also lovely and quiet considering it's a shared apartment building.

Provided multiple videos for accessing car parking facilities and accessing the apartment itself. Followed up to ensure there were no questions. Key pick-up was very straightforward. Apartment location was excellent with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment itself was very well equipped for a self-catering stay and the dishwasher and washer/dryer were welcome additions. Broadband speed was also very good. Excellent base to explore Belfast and other areas of Northern Ireland. Hard to find fault with anything to be honest.

We travelled with our two small children and could walk everywhere - titanic quarter, restaurants and bars, old Gaol, Train station etc. There were shows in the courtyard below we could watch which was fun. It was very well equipped with everything in kitchen, laundry etc. Beds were very comfy and they were accomodating with providing a cot for our baby. I’d recommend this place. Picking up/dropping off keys 10 min walk away was a pain

The appartment is spacious with two bathrooms and the kitchen is well-equipped. Steve was a great host. He shared very helpful check-in instructions and we found the parking and the appartment instantly.

Everything met our expectations and we were completely satisfied during our time in Belfast. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in an ideal location, with everything provided for our short stay. The host was easy to contact and really helpful, allowing us to check out slightly later and leave our bags at the apartment even after we'd checked out. He couldn't do any more for us and we would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Belfast! There wasn't a single thing we weren't happy with!

• James (10/5): The Perfect stay in Belfast. - First of all the host Steve, Very responsive ,second of all the location, the parking, the view of the Cathedral. The court yard , on the second floor, ease of entry in the parking garage , once you get end it’s more beautiful than the pictures. The amenities in the kitchen. The beds are both very comfortable. It was nice having two large bathrooms, my wife loved it. The many restaurants within 100 ft , all in the St. Anne Square. And if you want night life, a 10 minute walk your are there. Having to leave, I can’t think of one dislike.

• Nicholas (10/5): Cosy, well equipped apartment in the heart of Belfast - Really comfortable cosy apartment, free parking included, lots of natural light looking out into the courtyard, easy access to heart of the city and restaurants. A bit complicated to access the apartment. Especially when coming from the parking garage. Three separate lifts take you to the apartment door which can be difficult especially with a pram or suitcases.

Perfect location for Belfast with parking. - Location was good, easy to get into the city centre. good size bedrooms, nicely decorated. cute little photos of Belfast around the flat. Two bathrooms was handy and nice to see that both bathrooms had showers too. Kitchen had everything we needed, stocked with detergents and washing powders etc. plenty of dishes, cutlery, nice, warm flat no need for heating being on in September. having parking was convenient too. nice modern clean flat, good wifi, plenty of power sockets. nice view down into the square. balcony door was nice too. We found that having to get a lift down to the 2nd floor, cross a courtyard, then get in another lift to the ground floor then back in to the car park and get in an other lift was a bit long winded but we got used to it. We had a couple of noisy nights when we had to close the windows in the bedroom, loud music from somewhere and road noise, alarms etc. but again, it is in the city centre so you have to expect some noise. bedrooms look into large office block windows so you have to make sure the curtains are closed when you are dressing. couldn't find an intercom or buzzer to let anyone in if they popped out, they had to take keys.
• Bill (10/5): Stop looking. This is it. - Everything - great quiet location. It is a very spacious and well-appointed room. It would be hard to find without Steve's copious notes and videos explaining in detail how to proceed. We found one of the videos very amusing because, would you believe... it reminded us of the opening credits of Get Smart, a classic 60's comedy. Look it up. Free parking nearby and an easy walk to town past lots of interesting pubs and restaurants. Nothing, it was perfect for us.

Like that there's a combo washer and dryer in the unit to do laundry. Doors of the two bedrooms wobbled when closed. The hot water faucet in the main bedroom was hard to turn. The bed in the main bedroom seemed worn out and sunken on the right side.

Quiet apartment looking down onto St Anne's Square. Easy 15 minute walk to City Hall. Detailed instructions from host for smooth key collection at anytime after check in. Responsive host. Would definitely stay again in future.
