Muhammad (6/5): Hotel Room did not meet the expectation - The staff was quite active, cooperative, and supportive throughout our stay. Whenever we contacted reception, they responded promptly and tried to assist. The breakfast was good and enjoyable, which was one of the better parts of our experience. This hotel was a disappointment. The room we received was nothing like the pictures shown online. Cleanliness was a serious concern, and many things in the room were either broken or not properly maintained. We had to repeatedly contact reception for basic issues, which should not happen during a family stay. Although the staff responded, the constant follow-ups were tiring. Given the high price, this hotel is not worth it. There are better and more reliable hotels in Murree that provide much better value and peace of mind. I regret choosing this place.

Ali (10/5): - Ambiance and View are oustanding when you open you balcony's door. You will see a full picture of murree hills, That's Amazing. Very friendly and Professional staff, Housekeeping incharge is very professional and always ready to help us. There is secure car parking aswell. So no need to worry about parking. Thank you Team Buland Heights. Will get back you in next trip IA.😊

Its worth it. 1000 times better than mall road hotels. Easy Indrive acces if you don't have a car even. Best hospitality in the vicinity. 100% recommended I like each and everything.

Center carpet require cleaning...just focus required on these things...

Saeed (7/5): Good - The overall experience was good. Staff was really cooperative and humble. Location was also good not much far from Mall Road Murree. breakfast needs to be improved on the basis of quality of food that they providing to their valuable customers.

Farzana (8/5): Good value for money but need more professional staff, better breakfast and change MDF doors - Buland Heights: - excellent location, close to restaurants and Kashmir Point - Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, Nice Ice Cream, a bakery and another restaurant Al Baik - Kashmir Point is walking distance and other points Governor House etc close, too - stunning view - good value for money - the Manager was not there the first day but was available the next day to address concerns , very considerate and kind (sliced bread and clean room) - Because the Manager attended to me, staff was told to be alert on responding to my requests - pretty clean hotel - spacious room Buland Heights: - no tourism information available at the desk , no flyers - I asked for information/advice on hiking in Nathiagali and out of several staff immediately on arriving, no one could give me any solid information or even refer me. - Suggest to include information on hikes, treks, trails, chairlifts, how to get there, best time to go, etc - The person who checked me in had no sense of responsibility or professionalism to guide me about what I was asking . He couldn't even refer me. I asked about a car to go and come back and he did find me a hotel car but no follow up. - I found a car on my own - The room I was shown was dirty and falling apart so I saw two more before deciding on one , there were stains on walls - The doors are falling apart and don't lock normally , it's not solid wood , MDF which is falling apart. Doors need to lock properly! - stink coming out drains - provide air refreshner - Breakfast can be vastly improved (it's limited to Maida paratha omelette and greasy channay and aloo sabzi) . Tea is not very good. - Suggested to include coffee, juice, fruits, sliced bread , cereal, better tea, porridge, etc. - Breakfast room is dark and dingy , not appealing , tables don't have flower vases or table mats or laid out properly, no sense of design, no staff available during breakfast, have to find them - Room service is from the neighbouring restaurants, no in house options, tea available is bad - Ironically only Nice Cream is making real Desi tea - The person at the Front Desk should be mature, confident and professional, not vague or mumbling - The utility room was wide open and very very badly kept and dirty - Please keep the Hotel the same affordable rate but slight improvements in changing doors so they lock properly, better breakfast, improve breakfast room , regular cleaning of rooms , train staff , Front Desk Manager to be more trained, Front Desk shouldn't be empty, provide tourism information

Alam (8/5): it was a peaceful and refreshing stay in Buland Heights. - Breakfast was simple but fine overall and location is amazing and from top floor you can have beautiful view. it was a good experience to stay there specially they have very good space for kids. Bed sheets and blanket was not good as threads stick with cloth and my black trouser became white. we asked it to change but the new bed sheet and blanket had the same issue.

It’s not that I didn’t like, but, the property had some small things like the bedding looked old and worn (it was clean) the food was served directly on a basket (should have had a tissue or something inside the basket etc) - minor things. However, for the price and location it wouldn’t be fair to compare standards to a 5* hotel.

All of the staff was very helping and gentle except this one person who was probably manager or something, who didn’t let kids in play area, strictly forcing to let them play after 11am… had requested him to let 3 y/o in play land as we had to checkout by 11am but damn he was arrogant.

Definitely will have preference for next visit Breakfast buffet is same everyday. Staff is good but little less engaging. Playland shouldn't be charged extra.

Hassan (6/5): It was a disappointment and a traumatic experience when considering the photos they put up here and the price one pays f - Location was the probably the only good thing about this property 1. No privacy: Intrusion was to the extent that cleaning staff would try opening the door with spare key while we as a family were still inside the room. This too despite my telling them already that we didn’t want cleaning or any other service till we left the room as our infant was sleeping. There wasn’t any option of latch or bolt. So one can never feel safe when traveling with family. They tried to make it up to us by sending complimentary tea n biscuits but obviously it wasn’t enough for the trauma we suffered. 2. Food: The so-called ‘buffet’ breakfast had exactly the same things on both days of our stay. No two tea cups or glasses were the same. Quantity and serving speed remained an issue as well. So one can’t expect quality or aesthetics at this place. Mind you that breakfast is the only food which they were offering and they miserably failed at that too. 3. Deceptive Marketing: They advertise as ‘Cafe - Hotel - Playland’. So while booking the place, this obviously was a consideration for us to maybe occasionally take our kid to the play land. Upon reaching and trying to enter the play land area, a staff member rudely told us to pay as it wasn’t complimentary. It turned out that the play land was charged (even though nominally at Rs. 1,000/-) for the day even for in-house guests. It was quite strange for us frankly as it was more about the principles than the amount itself. 4. There seemed to be a shortage of towels and slippers as those weren’t placed in the room. Upon request, only one towel and one pair of slippers was provided which goes against the general presumption of two each especially when a family (a couple and an infant) are staying 5. On the day of check-out, I requested for late check-out by 2 hours which was ‘granted’ not so happily though. But there was no water in the taps initially and later on upon complaining twice and waiting for 25 minutes, water was there but only cold water.

Akhter (7/5): Great Location, Room Service Needs Improvement, Misleading Amenities - The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient and ample parking available. They also serve breakfast, which is a nice touch. Additionally, the playland inside the hotel is great for kids, although it does have an extra charge of 1000 for each child. Room service was disappointing. I had to call the reception repeatedly to get any service. When booking for multiple days, they do not automatically make up the room, and it required multiple calls just to get the tea supplies refilled. Additionally, although it was not required, the booking mentioned that the room was air-conditioned, but in reality, there wasn't even a fan.

I called the reception to change it . They took 2 hours to send a kettle and it was dirty as well. 2. There was only 1 switch in whole room .

Syed (8/5): Great views, Clean rooms, accommodating staff. - Great views from the Balcony rooms. Rooms are clean. Staff is very cooperative. Close to Mall road without the hassle of traffic. Had some issues with the room regarding locking of door but was quickly accommodated to another room. They have removed their air conditioning so if its cold they will give an electric heater a guy from the hotel did say it was paid but i wasn't charged so make sure about that.

Bhatti (10/5): Food, location, playland area, cleanliness, view, all were excellent. - The play land area where children under 10 can play and enjoy. The play area was too big and safe. It costs around 500 per hour per kid and 1000 for the whole day. The food was delicious and too tasty. The rooms were clean. The location was excellent and calm, near to the mall road and McDonald's. The bathrooms were clean, the rooms were specious and newly constructed. Overall it was a good experience and the staff was highly cooperative and decent. Keep up the good work. There should be a heating system in the lobby and breakfast area.
