• elena (9/5): Fantasioso, col tocco della giovinezza mischiato a oggetti antichi - Il bel palazzo anni ‘30 in cui si trova, con una scala fra le più belle mai viste e pavimenti dei pianerottoli molto eleganti. Lo stile della casa, non impersonale né asettico come sono spesso gli appartamenti privati in affitto.
• Anna (10/5): Wspaniale spędzony czas w Genova. - Świetna lokalizacja apartamentu. Bardzo blisko dworca i centrum miasta. W pobliżu supermarket, wiele restauracji, kawiarni, a nawet rynek z lokalnymi produktami. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, bez problemu można samemu coś ugotować. Apartament przepiękny, mieliśmy wrażenie jakbyśmy trafili do galerii sztuki. Polecamy🙂

• Éva (6/5): Great location and comfy bed, but lots of compromises - OK for a short stay - Excellent location: 5–6 minutes walk to the historic center and Brignole train/bus station which is convenient from/to the Airport with Volabus and if you want to visit ie. Positano, Cinque Terre. Shops, market and restaurants right downstairs. Clear communication with the host and easy self check-in. Clean, office-style building with a lift. 1st floor one bedroom apartment with comfy double bed. The “artsy” décor hurts functionality (surfaces are cluttered; open lattice-front cupboards made dishes dusty). No A/C, fans didn’t help with humidity, windows open = street noise, closed = stuffy. The bathroom is an added corner unit with no ventilation, causing a persistent damp/sewer odor. Loud boiler and weak water pressure - I didn’t risk washing my hair. The macerator toilet is noisy. Wi-Fi didn’t work; we had to use data roaming - Patricya tried to fix it and, as a goodwill gesture, she covered the city tax, so kudos for the customer care.

E i vostri soldi non verranno restituiti. Con l'apparenza di essere una minaccia per il suo appartamento! La proprietaria mi ha derubato. Ho pagato 700€ per 5 giorni, non mi hanno fatto entrare nell'appartamento. Mi hanno insultato con una prostituta. Mi hanno minacciato di andare alla polizia se avessi protestato contro la prenotazione. Mi avrebbe mandato le autorità. Ma non ho paura di niente. Chiedo indietro i miei soldi. Non importa quanto le abbia chiesto di dare soldi come caparra per l'immobile o semplicemente di pagare un po' di più. Non mi hanno fatto entrare nell'appartamento. Non le ho fatto niente di male. Ero pronto a firmare qualsiasi documento alle sue condizioni. In modo che fosse tranquilla e che tutto andasse bene con l'appartamento. Non mi hanno parlato. Mi hanno sbuffato contro in modo unilaterale, parlando in modo scortese. E non hanno ascoltato le mie richieste. La vacanza è stata rovinata. A Genova, c'erano alloggi di pessima qualità per il fine settimana. Ho dovuto lasciare la città senza registrarmi. The owner robbed me. I paid 700€ for 5 days, they did not let me into the apartment. Insulting me with a prostitute. Threatened with the police if I complain to booking. She will set the authorities on me. But I am not afraid of anything. I demand my money back. No matter how I asked her to give money as a deposit for the property or just pay a little more. They did not let me into the apartment. I did not do anything bad to her. I was ready to sign any documents on her terms. So that she would be calm that everything would be fine with the apartment. • Michal (1/5): Koszmar, który chcę zapomnieć. - Nic i to że byłam na jedną noc i szybko wyjechałam Totalna katastrofa!!!!!!!! Brudno i plaga komarów! Przyjechaliśmy z rocznym dzieckiem, które po jednej nocy ma około 50 ukąszeń. My mamy to samo. Poranek zaczęliśmy od lekarza. Brak klimatyzacji, strasznie głośno, w nocy nie da się spać ze względu na hałas na zewnątrz i temperaturę. Osobiście zabiłam 23 komary, a dwa razy więcej było jeszcze na suficie. Koszmar! Właściciele obiektu musieli o tym wiedzieć bo w kontaktach był raid na komary, który nie działał. W łazience zepsuta kabina, niesprawna deska toaletowa. Brak pościeli dla jednej osoby. A co śmieszniejsze, kazano nam na koniec pobytu wyrzucić śmieci. To za co my płacimy??? Dramat. Omijajcie to miejsce. Dzięki Bogu spaliśmy tak tylko jedną noc.

• Ratih (10/5): Amazing short break in Genoa - It was great location near to the train/bus station of Brignole which is convenient if you want to visit different places too. The bed is so comfy. Patrcya was super helpful and gave us some good advice on where to visit. Communication is fast. Nothing really.
• David (6/5): Pleasant - The location was close to the train station. The apartment was very spacious. It could have been cleaner, it was quite cold in the room and the heating was not working (the building is to blame), the blankets were not clean at all, but the main issue was the water heater. For the first 4 days the water was freezing. Patricya was helpful, but unfortunately we had to waste time from our holiday to wait for the technician. The reason we were given was that they will not take any responsibility if something was missing.

• Arczarcz (10/5): Great location, great host - I loved the place! Amazing location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and right at the main street in the city centre, but with windows overlooking a quiet street. Comfy, clean apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Contact with the host was amazing - we arrived before check in time but got access and could leave our luggage in the apartment as well as leave it past check out time on the last day of our stay. Strongly recommend!

• Erica (7/5): Very walkable basic apartment - Easy to walk to prominent locations Floors and table were sticky and dirty. No microwave only a toaster oven. Kitchen only has miscellaneous items and missing key cooking utensils.
• David (10/5): Great apartment in a fun, bustling part of Genoa - Great apartment in a great location near Brignole railway station. Loads of places to eat in the side streets in a bustling fun area of Genoa. Great fruit market across the road behind the chemist and supermarkets on the side streets. Being a main road it can be noisy with traffic, but quiet in the evening/night and at weekends. Closing the windows did eliminate the traffic noise, but it didn't really bother us. From the apartment it was easy to reach all the main touristy sites with the local buses. For meals when came back to the local eateries, there's so much choice and excellent value for money. Overall a great place with a friendly helpful host. Struggled a bit to find it, although Patricya was very helpful and patient guiding us. It's 5 minutes from Brignole station, with the entrance just past the Pull & Bear clothing shop. I'm just saying this just in case in can help someone else like me, a bit hopeless with directions.

• Mohamed (9/5): Home in Genoa - Space is excellent, I liked the interior decor and furniture. No noise from outside , clean and has all what you need . Very nice building. The Host was very nice ,received me with a smile , showed me everything in the apartment, advised on supermarket and restaurants. She also allowed me to extend check out time . Very kind . Nothing
• Vivì (9/5): Value for money! - The location was perfect and the apartment had everything I needed. Also, it definitely offers the best value for money compared to others in the centre!
• Christopher (9/5): Superb - Very good location - central but still quiet once shops have closed. The space has a good vibe, is comfortable and has lots of character. Communicating with the hosts was quick and easy, as was collecting the keys. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
• Pierina (10/5): It is the best place to stay in Genova if you are thinking about a nice and comfortable stay - The person that welcome us was really gentile. She was on time to give us the keys of the apartment and also everything was in order and clean. Everything was perfect.
• Patricia (10/5): Best host ever !!! - Incredible place to stay!! You can walk easily from Brignole train station. The building is great, and the elevator has plenty room for luggage. The host incredibly nice and friendly actually let us check in earlier, what it was super helpful. The apartment has an amazing decoration, and you got everything you need for a great staying. Location is perfect for going everywhere either if you want to walk or take a train. Located in Via XX Settembre There are Shops, like ZARA H&M and many others, Focaccerias, Coffee shops, Restaurants and supermarkets just 1-2 minute walk. Highly recommended place if you want to stay in Genova!! N/A
