• John (5/5): - Location , Bathrooms. Elevator stopped running3 time and 4 of us 69+ had to walk up 6 stories of steps. One lady in our party had a hip replacement 3 months ago and has a knee replacement next month. 2 tiny bars of hand soap, paper towel holder, but no paper towels, napkins or nose tissue. No wash cloths.
• Barbara (8/5): Buona struttura un po cara! - La vista è pazzesca e posizionata su tre lati! L’appartamento accogliente e ben distribuito. Accessoriato perfettamente. Non era adeguatamente pulita. I calzini a girare per casa si riempivano di polvere, un cerotto in bagno usato, e polvere ovunque…la posizione è buona, preferisco zone più vicine alla zona pedonale dello shopping.

• Gábor (10/5): Excellent location, a great starting point for sightseeing, I recommend it to everyone. - The location of the apartment is excellent, it is in a central location. Metro and bus stop within 100 m. Restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, shops a few minutes walk. An excellent starting point for reaching all historical sights. The layout of the apartment is excellent, 6th floor, beautiful panorama, large terrace. The left side of the mattress in the back bedroom is very loose and has sunk in. The window in the same place could not be closed on the day of arrival, we reported it, but it was not fixed within a week. Lack of hand towels and tea towels in the kitchen.

• niranjan (10/5): - Almost everything - nice location next to a sub-way, great view as in the picture, cleanliness, spacious family-friendly apartment, comfortable beds and sofa sets, which makes big difference for a peaceful stay from the start. If I go back to Rome, this will be my first option again. This is a great place to stay, and we really enjoyed our time in the apartment. However, I would recommend the hosts to consider two improvements: Check-in experience – On arrival, we had to wait for about 20 minutes outside on the street to collect the keys. Since our airport transport was delayed by about 30 minutes, I kept updating the contact person on our revised arrival time. Unfortunately, he mentioned that he had to attend to other guests and could not wait for us, which left us with no option but to wait outside with no waiting area. It would be much more welcoming if the host could wait for arriving guests, especially when updated on the delay. Toiletries quality – The bathroom toiletries were okay but could be improved with slightly higher-quality products. Other than these points, everything else was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

• Busuttil (9/5): Lovely apartment with a good location - Lovely apartment on the 6th floor. Very spacious & comfortable. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms were ideal. It has a nice view as well. We were a bit wary about the small lift (we didn't go up in it all together) but it was good.
• Shannon (9/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable experience, worthy of a return visit. - Apartment very centrally located for main tourist sights. Next to restaurants, shops and public transport. Very spatial and comfortable. Good WiFi. Perhaps could improve with attention to bathroom items (shower gel, shampoo) and kitchen items (kitchen roll / towel).

The last day and a half the internet stopped working. I’m not sure what happened, we tried troubleshooting by resetting the router but nothing worked.

• Jenni (10/5): Fantastic unit , good location and great views. - Fantastic 2bedroom unit with great panoramic view from the balcony. Close to Colosseum and forum . Close to metro . Restaurant and mini marts at the door and across the road . Near hop on hop off bus location. Comfortable beds . Great wifi and Netflix . Nostalgic old building with charm and retro lift. Putting out the garbage at a different location?? No toaster ?
• Bryan (9/5): Great apartment and enjoyable stay - The apartment was great and matched the pictures. It was clean, bright, spacious, quiet, next to Metro Station, minutes from restaurants, shops, convenient stores and Colosseum. The view and sunsets from the balcony were "incredible." The bedrooms were good sized with plenty of drawer and closet space and comfortable beds. The host, Peter, was great. He met us at the apartment and let us in early, provided some great restaurant recommendations and was responsive to our questions and concerns. The elevator went out on our second day there and never came back on. The power went out for a hour or so too. They were apparently doing some work on the building. Unfortunately, it occurred during our stay. The apartment was on the 6th floor so walking up and down the steps multiple times a day was not fun. We had to walk down the steps with our luggage on the last day and that was the worst part of our stay.
• David (10/5): Perfect spot in every way. - The property was comfortable, spacious and bright throughout. It was very well equipped with all requirements catered for. The location was perfect with lots of services, bars and restaurants available close by. The terrace table could do with being replaced as it is hazardous to use, we just removed it. The electric shower was difficult to achieve the correct temperature but we just used the one over the bath as there were only two of us.
