- Joanna (6/5): Convenient as a short stop-off but not particularly well organised for a late-night arrival. - Convenient location for a stop off from the M4. Off-road parking was good. The bed was comfortable, but it wasn’t a king-size bed (just a normal double). Easy to access (although the key was very stiff in the door and it took us awhile to both lock up behind us on the way in and also the way out). Good communication on the whole although we had to request the code for the key safe when it didn’t arrive when we were told it would. Only one towel provided and we arrived late tonight and weren’t sure what was behind each closed door (kitchen and bathroom not labelled so we were worried about going into someone’s bedroom). The room we were allocated was clearly someone’s bedroom with lots of stuff left around. It didn’t bother us but might bother others.
