- Đức (1/5): Disappointed ! Horrible ! - Nothing They did a horrible job as a guest !!!! They put up a phone number but the number does not exist ! They wait after i came up to the door sending them many messages to try to check in, to let me know many hours later on after i had to check in very late at another hotel, that my booking was cancelled without an explanation and an apology even ! Their answer to my messages was very short and blunt with only one word "hủy" in Vietnamese that means "cancel" ! Let put anyone in my situation to see how bad i felt after an 18hrs trip from Danang to Saigon by train ! Nobody deserves to be treated horribly like that ! Do they understand any thing about customer service when they set up that business, i wonder !
