- Gabriel (9/5): Nice place to stay and spend some family time. - Location was no far from grocery stores, the living space/kitchen was spacious, plenty of beds and a bait shop is just a few blocks away One of the showers was very compact but worked out. The porch facing the bay could use a canopy to provide shade in the middle of the day. A lighted pier for night fishing would be ideal
- Ellis (9/5): Great place needs upgrades - The location and privacy was great . An early check in was possible and greatly appreciated. Loved waking up and having coffee on front porch . And fishing all night on the private pier was a plus . Caught many fish but had to throw back in to small. Great experience. Definitely will return. Place was great but could use a little upgrade on beds and couches . Tvs were a little to small especially having to sit so far from it. Watching a basketball game on a 32 inch sitting to far was not good for us spurs fans . And small 19 inch in bedroom can't see from bottom bunk if you ain't up front . Ice had weird taste from ice machine had to buy bags of ice as well. Kitchen utensils were also old some rusty . Front door needs better locks it was hard for me to lock . My husband had to do it each time it was hard to get locks to go into the hole to lock it. We managed over all and it is a great spot . Just hope next time I go back there's a little upgrade . Thanks for the full size washer and dryer . That was a plus .

- Mathew (10/5): Fabulous! - It was very comfortable and clean. Amazing views and we loved fishing on the pier. Our oldest caught a crab, our middle son caught 3 fish, and our youngest kept getting his “bait stolen” haha! The location is also perfect! It was just what we needed! Spence was also the most responsive and considerate host! Thanks for sharing your place with us!
