- Violeta (1/5): - nothing hated everything
- Morgan (8/5): -
- Fenil (10/5): The best ever - Best of the best They dont have cooking stove
- Caroline (6/5): Lovely place - would have been very hard to find if travelling at night as not sign posted. - Amazing views! Bed was uncomfortable and sank in the middle. No signs to point out location - easy to miss
- Sarab (10/5): -
- vanEmmenis (8/5): - View Remote batteries flat
- Rennie (8/5): - Rooms were good, great views of town. Great location. Rooms could of been a bit more cleaner.
- jagdeep (8/5): Overall very good and comfortable - Loaction is good and peaceful. Staff was really prompt in actions and provided whatever was needed. Kitchen set up could have been better with provision of a cooktop/hot plate.
- Pawandeep (10/5): - Amazing location
- Siya (8/5): - great great
- Paul (8/5): A unique place to stay and absorb this beautiful area. - This accommodation is all about the beautiful surrounding view. One of 4 very clean, nicely outfitted studio type adjoining rooms with verandahs. All communications were helpful and extended departure time much appreciated. Bathroom set up slightly tricky if you prefer privacy. Would be great to have large street number sign at entrance. Also a little night light for entrance and for loo. For the price I would have expected a little local 'gourmet' touch in mini bar.
- Rena (5/5): NOT A QUIET GETAWAY. - Clean and spacious room. Not well signed from the road - difficult to find, especially at night.
Walls are thin and not sound proof. Unfortunately we had very noisy people in the room next door, talking loudly, music, singing until past midnight. NOT A QUIET GETAWAY.
They left trash and dirty belongings in the common hallway.
No staff on-site to monitor guest activity.
Some of the lights in the rooms did not work.
- Cynthia (3/5): Beautiful location but did not suit for a quite getaway due to other guests having a party. - The views are quite beautiful and there seems to be a nice garden and grounds. The location is very close to Healesville but still secluded. There was a party happening on the night that I was there. It had begun before I arrived at 5pm and was quiet enough but got quite loud later in the evening and went on until after midnight. The site information specified no parties but there must not be any staff on the property to monitor. I had booked the stay in order to have a quiet evening in peaceful surrounds before a long drive early the following morning. However, I was not able to get much sleep and was very tired the next day so the stay did not suit my purposes. I would probably look for somewhere with a single unit next time. A bit sad, because as mentioned, the views are lovely.
- Hardeep singh (9/5): quite place with good views - View Nil
- Shauna (10/5): -
- Emily (6/5): - Beautiful view, when needed to talk to staff, very polite and helpful Old, outdated and damaged furniture. The tv didn’t work, normal tv didn’t work, and Netflix etc was avaliable for wifi didn’t work for it, and that was the only way to use tv
- Michael (9/5): Great getaway. - Fantastic views, lovely large soaking tub, comfortable bed, quiet setting Would have welcomed kitchen hot plate and French press coffee maker at least in common room. Would have welcomed higher slightly larger table to sit at and eat.
- Saho (1/5): The cleanliness was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. - The view from the room was beautiful. The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly, and I had to spend over an hour trying to fix it myself by searching online and cleaning the filter. I eventually managed to get it working, but I found the staff’s attitude during this situation very cold and unhelpful.
Also, when I tried to use the jacuzzi function in the bathtub, a large amount of black debris came out of the jets. It was extremely unpleasant, so I decided not to use it. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the bathtub, so I was very disappointed.
- Indee1 (8/5): - The mountain view was amazing and spectacular. The best in room view we ever had.
Spa bath The room was old and not cleaned properly
No body wash provided
Window shields were worn out and difficult to operate
Can hear the noises from the next room
- Sahil (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): Great stay, worth it for the views, worked great for us. - Magic views, secluded, lovely setup and thoughtful amenities. Minor maintenance needed - bedframe and fridge handle fastened need some tightening, mattress was pretty hard which is not our personal preference. Shower door too hard to open, easy fix to change handle. Visitors would want to be pretty familiar with whomever you’re staying with as the bathroom is very open to the main room. In winter the floor is freezing!
- Casey (9/5): Beautiful View - The view is incredible! It was breathtakingly beautiful, to wake up to the mountains was a wonderful way to start the day! We stayed in the suite with mountain view and unless I missed it I couldn’t see anywhere that it states the bathroom doesn’t have a door nor does the toilet, so it’s an open studio with an ensuite and no toilet or bathroom door, if you’re not too comfortable with who you’re travelling with it’s quite a privacy issue. The bed is also quite uncomfortable.

- Lucille (10/5): -
- Charles (10/5): A pleasant, relaxing, comfortable stay. - The location is spectacularly picturesque and peaceful. The facilities are modern and comfortable. It's the ideal location for a relaxing stay. Neither of these things effected our stay, but the bathroom windows were not locked when we arrived, and there was a stain on the rug from some kind of spilled beverage.
- Maree (9/5): Had a lovely stay - The view Nothing
- Andrew (9/5): -
- Christine (10/5): It was a beautiful serene location and perfect for our family stay - Loved the location and it was perfect for our family
- Donna (9/5): -
- Gordon (7/5): Served a purpose and we slept well. - The view from the room was amazing. The bath room was very clean, possibly new.
Bed was comfortable
Great reverse cycle aircon/heating
Coffee machine (pod) was good.
The set up was a bit quirky. Was expensive for the what is provided
Furniture was a mis mash.
- Macy (10/5): - This stay is gorgeous - quiet, relaxing and super comfortable.
- kimberley (10/5): Fantastic - Beautiful spot and lovely room
- Peter (5/5): - Views were amazing Our TV had no channels
- Tiffany (9/5): Breath taking view. - The view was outstanding!
Directions given by host were clear and easy to get to.
The room was cosy and clean and the hanging rack for our clothes was a lovely little bonus.
Coffee and milk and shower products were great.
- Kiran (7/5): Good for quiet person - Location Restrictions
- Carla (6/5): - Breathtaking fews, beautiful location with lots of wildlife No sink in common area to wash mugs/get water. Didnt feel very hygienic to wash glasses/mugs in bathroom sink. Having to walk through bathroom to get from 2nd bedroom into main area also not ideal
- David (7/5): Chelsea was good and helped resolve the issue of not being able to get in. - The view was amazing. It was great to have the air conditioner and electric blanket. Not being able to get into the facility when we arrived. No instructions on how to get in.
- Kamila (10/5): -
- Tomasello (8/5): - Bath and view
- ivy (10/5): -
- Pallister (5/5): A lovely location but disappointed by the noise and also the king bed being very uncomfortable single beds pushed togeth - Beautiful view, coffee and treats. The noise from the people next door, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.
- Sheila (8/5): A lovely quiet oasis with a fantastic view of Mt Riddell and the valley - Fabulous view from the window. As we are currently nearing the end of a bathroom renovation, it was the best and hottest shower we have had in weeks!
- Darqell (8/5): Very good -
- Kathryn (7/5): Noisy and uncomfortable due to the “noises” next door. - The view is amazing. The walls are so thin that we heard everything the young couple next door were doing. From watching tv to other activities. All hours of the day, night and very early morning.
- Phillip (8/5): Surprising gem of Healesville. - The location , beauty of the surroundings, and our view of the Yarra Ranges from out balcony. The drive out (exit) from the property was unsealed. We had AWDs so it was not bad, however smaller cars with lower bodies would find it dangerous and difficult. It should be a proper driveway like the entrance .
- Walter (3/5): Higher expectations for price - Amazing views and ease of entry to the property. Beds are a little aged and pillows are very poor. Expensive 1 night accommodation and expected better sleeping furniture for the price. TV's difficult to work.
- Rhisy (10/5): An absolute must stay! Beautiful views and perfect location. We'll be back! - We loved the location, the facilities and the view. The place was beautiful, not too far a drive from the main street and had everything we needed. We loved it all!
- Maddie (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable stay with beautiful views overlooking the Yarra Valley. The accommodation is close to wineries and restaurants, and was the perfect choice for a romantic weekend away.
- Lachlan (7/5): Does the job for a couple nights max - Beautiful view, clean and does the job for a 1-2 night stay. People were lovely with late check out. Main room has a bed and blinds block out nothing so it’s very bright. Hard to have a good nights sleep here
- Amelia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Minari (8/5): Very good - The view! Gorgeous view, peaceful and comfortable. Would have loved lounge chairs on the deck, so we could relax and take in the view on the deck.
- Liam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Golnoush (9/5): Superb -
- Dalia (3/5): N/A - I would have loved the owners mentioned the toilet area was open. In our case we travelled with another couple so felt uncomfortable having to close 2 doors and let everybody know you were in the "toilet". Great view, comfortable beds, hot water system a bit slow to get hot water running (approx. 4min). Owner didnt even say hello just send a message and told us to open the common room for other guests. And over priced! So wish them well but we are not coming back.
- Tehara (7/5): Peaceful and beautiful stay. - Easy access to the town. Clean property. Our room didn’t have the best view.
- Lisa (10/5): Break taking views - I found the place absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to come back .
- Joyce (10/5): Beautiful secluded apartment with stunning mountain views. - Beautiful secluded property with stunning views.
Clean and neat apartment with a huge deck and all necessary amenities. Quiet and ideal for a couples getaway. The toilet kept on running after it was flushed, but we figured out the trick to fix it.
- Vishal (10/5): Excellent place with superb view! -
- James (7/5): Good - Location and views are amazing Shower was difficult to use properly
- Gareth (9/5): Superb -
- Gareth (7/5): Lovely stay apart from the above, pleasure to deal with when messaging. - Outstanding view. The place could have been cleaner, also air fresheners would have helped with the smell when we first arrived. There wasn’t any normal coffee. Lights were hanging out of the ceiling. Shower wasn’t the best.
- Karen (4/5): High expectations but sadly disappointed - Main bed was comfortable, free snacks a pleasant treat as it is not convenient to shops or restaurants
View from balcony was lovely. Booked and paid for a room I was to be told afterwards was not available. Issue with multiple booking platforms presumably. Was given an alternative with different spec. Was offered choice to canc however bit too late for use to rearrange.
Delayed contact with staff via msg so could not check in early. But not a big issue as Healesville is lovely. On arrival Suite next door was having a party. Very loud, they went out for few hours but returned just as lively. Excessive noise and banging, and shocking karaoke. At 2am we had had enough so had to complain directly which settled it a little for a further hour when we finally fell asleep. Walls are very thin.TV has Amazon firefly remote. No Samsung remote. No way or controlling sound which was too loud. No contact from staff to fix or resolve so no use of TV during our stay. Left at 730am less than rested. Unfortunate experience to what could potentially have been lovely. Rules on quiet after 10pm should be in place and enforced. But no staff on site to support guests.
- R'n'j (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning views! Also having crockery and cutlery allowed us to have an antipasto style dinner and to do our own breakfasts. Loved the spa too! Just remember to use the bug spray (provided)!
- Rachel (9/5): Love to stay again - Views and spa bath were excellent Bed was uncomfortable
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (7/5): We enjoyed it, the view was amazing - The view was amazing The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. We could easily hear the people in the unit next to us and the shower wasn’t great.
- Brad (10/5): Exceptional - Great view
- Greg (4/5): Bed ruined stay - No breakfast location was ok Two major things no entry lights made getting to the key and door very dangerous and the bed extremely uncomfortable
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning location and beautiful room that is well equipped for the surroundings. Even when in the bath you're overlooking the valley/mountains.
Sunrise in the morning was beautiful.
Little details just made it great such as snacks and drinks that were provided.
- Miller (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warrick (9/5): Great place - Great views very clean. Close to town. Recommend. Driveway
- Renzz (3/5): Poor - The view Bathroom too small
Had shower water goes everywhere
Shower over spa bath
Very slippery and dangerous
Cob webs in Bathroom
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leigh (7/5): Good -
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (10/5): Amazing views - Lovely accommodation, well priced and the views were spectacular The sensor light stayed on through the night and came through glass door which was unfortunate. A blind over that door or the light facing away would have made it even more perfect 👌
- Hnin (10/5): Excellent place, will come again - View can hear noises from other room
- Cox (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view. Great communication from the host. The photos of the property do not do it justice.
- Kristine (8/5): Great get away with a friend - Spectacular views, well laid out and very comfortable.
- Britney (10/5): Definitely will stay again - Absolutely beautiful
- Bell (8/5): Very good -
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning views
- Steph (5/5): It was a nice place and lots of potential just needs more attention to detail with little fixtures and cleaning. - The view was amazing from the balcony even in the cold morning. It was not overally clean, the bathroom toilet wasn’t cleaned properly and had a few bugs on the floor. We had trouble opening to door to the common room to get to our room as the blind had broken and we couldn’t pull it back up so we had to squeeze passed the blind. The wine glasses weren’t very clean either.
- Angela (9/5): Amazing views and was very cosy after had heater on - The view was superb, the spa bath was amazing, went to make a cuppa but no milk left. No milk left when told there would be some so had to go back out to buy some
Bath had a few small dead bugs in it but easily removed
- Janine (5/5): Passable - The bed was comfortable, and it was peaceful and remote setting. Unfortunately, we shared the small room with 3 cocroaches and a large spider. There was one waste paper basket as the only bin with no liner to contain food scraps etc. And the power went out during the night, so we had no hot water or heating through to departure at 11am.
When we tried to contact the owner directly following the stay there was no response. The overall facilities felt underwhelming for the high price.
- Yuki (6/5): Pleasant - Views from room and spa bath are amazing.
Size of room is adequate.
Facilities and amenities are ok. No door for toilet. One blind is broken so no sleep in in the morning.
Tv doesn't show all channels and no Netflix or anything.
Bed, couch and towels are very cheap selection with the price we paid to stay.
- Skye (10/5): Loved the beautiful scenery and decor - Beautiful decor and scenery
- Ianni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hemangi (8/5): Very good - The view from this room was spectacular.
- Robert (5/5): It was like a good looking bloke in a cheap ill fitting suit - The view was to die for No signage on road or at premises which caused confusion
Very cold and drafty
Aircon did not work and tradie was there trying unsuccessfully to fix
Renovations being done all afternoon
Fixtures and fittings were cheap and appeared to be poorly installed
Facilities were adequate but crammed onto small space
- Jarrod (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful setting, clean and tidy. Nothing
