• Jody (10/5): Wonderful stay! Recommend! - Modern and clean apartment. Clear instructions to enter the building and apartment. Very responsive host. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Washing machine detergent was also provided which was very helpful and appreciated. 20 min walk from old town. Would absolutely stay again. :)

• Luksa Miovic (10/5): Luksuzan i udoban apartman - Boravak u ovom apartmanu zaista je bio iznad svih očekivanja. Od trenutka dolaska osjeti se posebna pažnja posvećena svakom detalju. Interijer je besprijekorno uređen, moderan, prostran i odiše vrhunskim stilom. Sve je izuzetno čisto, mirisno i održavano na najvišoj razini. Krevet su nevjerojatno udobani, posteljina vrhunske kvalitete. Kuhinja je luksuzno opremljena doslovno s baš svime što može zatrebati tijekom boravka. Domaćin je izvanredan, susretljiv, brz u komunikaciji i uvijek spreman pomoći. Osjećali smo se dobrodošlo i potpuno opušteno. Lokacija je izvrsna, mirna neposrednoj blizini svega što treba. Idealno za savršen odmor. Garažno mjesto za automobil je ogromna prednost što ovaj smještaj nudi. Toplo preporučujem svima koji žele kombinaciju luksuza i udobnosti. Rado se opet vraćamo. .

• Lejla (10/5): One night stay, a group of 4 friends - The host was clear witht the instructions, available before and during our stay, responsive and helpful. The apartment was squeaky clean, very modern, spacious, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were equipped with shampoos, conditioners, lotions basically anything you find in a hotel. The only difference between the apartment from the photos and the real one is the natural light. The apartment was a little too dark, I would prefer more sunlight and natural light. Only 2 rooms have windows, others don't. I would also appreciate a cup of coffee or tea supply from the owner :)

Was complicated to go to the apartment/take 15-20 min from the underground parking, after you spent 10 more min to find the lock box, that is located behind the building on the shady, dark corner/. Was not clean at all, the apartment is on the very main street/was extremely loud/, it's across the hospital. The apartment was not like on the pictures. There is only one bedroom, the second one is a room with glass wall, shearing the hallway of the building.

Bit of a walk into old town and main tourist areas but doable. Beautiful flat, lots of info from owner, very clear instructions for check in and a parking space in basement garage which was brilliant, parking is at a premium! Few issues with 5 people and the quantity of hot water for showering, seems to be an issue in flats/ regulations.

• Gail (9/5): Great stay; would recommend - Elegantly furnished. Well stocked kitchen. Good sized beds. Great bathrooms. Well located to a nearby supermarket and a cafe right downstairs. Hostess very nice and helpful and spoke perfect English. located on a very busy street so was noisy all night long.... not a problem if you close the windows but if you prefer fresh air it could be a concern. LR lamp hangs too low for tall people; several bumps on the head. Boiler limited so hot showers for a short time, then must wait 20 minutes for the next one.

• Kannan (8/5): Overall, a convenient 2 bedroom apartment not far from old town with a carpark - A nice modern 2 bedroom apartment with all facilities like washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine and includes a carpark. As in most 2 bedroom apartments, one bathroom is ensuite and one is outside. Apartment could be a bit cleaner. Probably previous guests stored some fish in the refrigerator and it took a while to clear the smell from the fridge and the apartment

Its proximity to both city centre and beaches (10min walk to beach Ovcice and Bacvice) makes it an excellent location to stay at. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious with an incredible interior exuding luxury and providing soothing atmosphere during the stay. I had a very enjoyable time here and would deffinetely recommend to anybody looking for a place to relax and enjoy Split for a short-term or long-term stay! I will be back here for sure! Thank you!!

The building offers a plenty of nearby facilities,such as coffee shop,DM store,grocery shop,variety of restaurants and fast foods,shortly everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The highlight is the location,both the beach and city center are within a walking distance. Apartment itself is stunning-honestly,I’ve never entered more beautiful apartment. Everything was brand new and very well-equipped,from modern kitchen to luxurious bathroom fixtures. It has very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a convenient,comfortable and truly exceptional stay.
• Ivan (10/5): Amazing! - The apartment is completely new and looks amazing. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some fruit. The building is near the city center and about 10 minutes by walk to the beach. A local hospital is also near by. There are sandwich bars and restaurants literally in the building which is cool. We are definitely coming back to this place!
