Lora1972 (10/5): Waterfront dream vacation! - This property exceeding our expectations. We were a family of 5, with elderly parents. The pictures do it no justice, it is a perfect clean and newly renovated gem on Spiaggia di Torre Chianca. The views are incredible, just like the perfect sandy beach. You walk out unto a terrace that has a dinner table set for 6, and steps right unto a beach. Just a minute walk over to Scala di Furno. It has a couple of restaurants right on the beach, which we didn't have to use because the apartment had a full kitchen with washer and most cities are within an hour by car, so venturing out for dinner was exciting. There is also a watch tower you can visit right on the beach with interesting history to explore of this area and boat rentals as well. If your a strong swimmer you can also swim to the ruins in the water directly out into the bay. We only stayed 9 days, but this dream home and location is perfect for a longer stay. It is located a few minutes by car to Porto Cesareo, where we picked up groceries and other necessities, and with a car we toured most of Puglia daily. It is also located to some amazing farms like Masseria Donata to pick up fresh cheese, meat and wines from their winery. My parents enjoyed being able to just walk through the gate right onto the beach every morning. Thank you to the host Guglielmo and family that were always available for all our needs and very friendly. It is truly a dream home, and we will definitely be going back. That we didn't stay longer :(
Lara (9/5): Superb - We were two families and it was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views and direct access to a public beach. Parking was available which was great! Easy, short drive to the town centre and other beaches. Did not have wifi, but we still managed.
