The host was always prompt in answering calls and responded swiftly to my requirements. I could see them going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. For instance my booking came in late on the day; but they responded smoothly. On check out day, my flight was a later flight, they allowed me to keep my luggage for a bit longer till my travel time to the airport.; all done in good spirits.They understand what service is all about. Mr Rammy was a super host. There was no dining table but it did not matter much

- Charles (9/5): My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. - Firstly, the host was excellent and was patient and welcoming despite the fact that we turned up late for the check in process.The location of the property was good and very close to the DLR train services into London, etc. The place look well maintained and had all the facilities required for our stay as detailed on the booking page. These were all in top condition as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return as and when necessary. Frankly, there wasn't much to dislike about the property. Everything was as anticipated and expected.

- Ivona (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - This is a private apartment owned by a couple. The owner, Rammy, contacted me before our arrival, expecting me to send him copies of our ID's/passports for an "identity check" which I obviously did not do as there is no valid reason for any hotel or apartment to have my personal documents before my arrival. Then shortly after messaging me, he reported to Booking that I was "not answering his messages", and proceeded to be unreachable for the next few hours. When we landed in the UK, he kept calling and messaging me through WhatsApp (I did not agree for him to contact me that way), asking when we will be there. As our flight got delayed, we couldn't make it before 8:00pm which he was not happy about at all and therefore blamed it on us. He said someone "from staff" will be there when we arrive. There is no staff! Only him and another woman. When we got there, they were inside the apartment we booked, watching tv?!?! The apartment itself was not clean (doors, faucets, showerheads, fume hood in the kitchen, all dirty and calcified) had broken hinges on the doors, a broken safety lock on the entrance door, lights that kept flickering and curtains that reeked of smoke..... Upon checking in, we told them that we would need an early check-out (6:00 am, his Booking page says that late check-ins and early check-outs are possible) because we had an early flight. They said that's not a problem, we should just text Rammy the night before, telling him when we plan on leaving so that he could come by and check for any damages + give back the deposit of 300 GBP (which we could not pay by card as his machine wasn't working correctly, for which he, of course, blamed our cards and banks..).
