• Pavlos (10/5): Warm cozy appartment makes you feel safety and comfy - Warm, cozy appartment with immediate warm water for shower, very good microwave for coffee, teas.. antiseptic soaps, shower gells were provided, clean bed, many nice and clean carpets, very strong ac to keep you warm.. safe place there is no possibillity of burglary .. location exactly in the centre and the most important affordable price! The owner is so welcoming, friendly and makes sure you are safe and ok in his property.

• Giouli (3/5): - Εκτός του ο,τι ήταν αργά έτσι κι αλλιώς το check in αντί για 3 που ήταν η ώρα εισόδου, ήρθαν και μου παρέδωσαν τα κλειδιά στις 4 παρά 10 ενώ μου είχαν δώσει ραντεβού ήδη μισή ώρα αργότερα δηλ. 3:30. Επίσης δεν είχε ζεστό νερό και παρόλο που ενημέρωσα τον ιδιοκτήτη δεν είδα κατάλληλη ανταπόκριση να λυθεί το θέμα και η ατμόσφαιρα λόγω του κλειστού υπόγειου και του αρωματικού του χώρου ήταν αποπνικτική.
• Lyuben (1/5): - Το κρεβάτι ήταν χάλια είχε τρύπα στην μέση δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε το όλο το βράδι το δωμάτιο μοίραζε μούχλα το δωμάτιο δεν είχε οξυγόνο έπρεπε να έχουμε συνεχώς το παράθυρο ανοιχτό δεν είχε κουτάλι να φτιάξουμε ένα καφέ δεν έχει καθόλου ησυχία η περιοχή και δεν σου λέει πουθενά ότι αυτό το χάλια είναι ένα υπόγειο όλο μούχλα αν μέναμε ακόμα μια μέρα θα είμασταν σίγουρα στο νοσοκομείο με πρόβλημα στα αναπνευστικά

• Hayatullah Manzoor (7/5): - All was so good The locationis very near to main city and overall it was so clean. Everything was good and okay for me but a little bit for receiving of the key some of the other people helping to open the secure lock also there missing the number of doors This is very important and for a few minutes I have tried to find the bisment door. If they put the number any one can easily find it.
• Stefán (8/5): Nice apartment, close city center. - In center, totally nice flat, im afraid about the flat, because i read at the day of arriving much very very negative feedback, but the flat was clean, bed was good, it has hangers, wardrobe, microvawe, fridge, kitchen equipments etc. Its in basement, but smell is minimal, my clothes stays totally fresh after days too. You can heat (or cool) with AC. Its dark enough, so if you want sunshine, its not your place. Maybe you could put a normal curtain on the street window next to the blackout. The water pressure in bathroom was weak, i think its the biggest problem with flat, but you can live with it.

• Dragomir Dumitru (1/5): Nu recomand - Locația Proprietarul mi a cerut să vorbesc cu el în greacă, instrucțiunile au fost total neclare, ușa de la intrare nu se deschidea normal era nevoie sa trag de ea, lenjeria de pat murdară și urat mirositoare, chiuveta prinsa cu silicon cât pe ce sa cada, apa de la dus nu are presiune, iar pe general camera miroase a urât, nu va recomand, este bătaie de joc, 50 de euro pe noapte, am mai fost in Tesalonic și la alte cazari in aceeași categorie de preț, dar condițiile erau mult mai bune.

• Yang (2/5): In the basement and a difficult stay. - Location. Responsive staff. 1 it's in the basement which is not mentioned when I booked. It's very cold and damp. 2 contactless check in was so difficult because though the correct code was put in the box just wouldn't open. 3 two flights of stairs to the room and it was a very dark place. However, no mentioning of the lights was in the instructions. So, I had a very bad fall. 4 it is very hard to open the door to the room as the nob also plays a role for locking and unlocking. When I asked the staff, they didn't seem to know how the lock works at all. 5 the towers are dirty and too worn out. 6 there is no sheet for the duvet and it doesn't look clean.

• Marco (4/5): Disappointing - The location is convenient. It's located underground level and when we checked in the room was cold and there was a lot of humidity. We booked for three people but the room was equipped only with a double bed. We had to open the sofa to make space for the third person but there was no sheets. Very uncomfortable situation.

• Natasa (1/5): The worst apartment ever! - I only liked location. The host is very irresposible, leaving you without a response for hours, if not days. I got info how to enter the place 2 hours prior to check in and due to my persistance. There is unpleasent smell in the apartment, because it is between basement and semi-basement place, there is no light, and the towels were constantly wet due to excessive humidity. Entering the apartment through side door and stairs is terrifying, especilly during the night. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. It was overall a horrible experience, this is the worst apartment I've ever booked through booking.com

• Michael (8/5): Very good - There was no communication to meet me or to inform me how to get in. I emailed the owner that I had arrived, no response. I only got in because a workman called and speaking the language, got me in.
• Mike (8/5): Very good - Great location, walking distance to everywhere. The apartment is cool to return to in the summer heat and one can get a good night's rest. Good cafes and shopping handy. I enjoyed my stay in Thessaloniki and I think having this very central and good value for money apartment to have as my base contributed to that. Whilst the apartment shows it's wear and tear..I don't like the idea that it's not mine! I'd like to return.
• Monika (8/5): Very good - Stefanos, who was waiting for me at the entrance with the key was very nice; he even showed me the closest supermarket. The location of the apartment is very central, in a quiet street, not in a main street. I felt secure in the apartment because it was in the basement with an access through a private, lockable staircase. I found its double bed alrite. The seating places of the room were comfortable, as well. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was okay, as well. The WiFi worked very well. The shower hose was leaking water quite substantially, that should be fixed. The shower curtain is not long enough, as such, especially due to the leaking hose, it was not easy to keep the bathroom's floor dry. There was an unusally high number of tiny flying bugs in the unit.

• Andrei (9/5): It was a very nice experience. - The host/the person that gave me the key was very kind and I also liked that the place was fully equipped with all I needed: lots of towels (I didn't need more than two, but I could have serve myself if needed). The sink is kind of too small. In that space I believe there could fit a proper sink.
• Nigar (8/5): Very good - The hosts were incredibly kind about accomodating and explaining everything. It is a great choice for solo traveller, everything is super close within walking distance. The flat is comfortable, there is everything that could be needed for a short stay if you want to prepare quick breakfast for example, or there are facilities to cook as well Maybe it was not the best weather by chance, but it was cloudy so the flat also didn't get much light, but that is noted in the description and visible in the photos as well. I didn't encounter any issues so far

• Eszter (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfectly clean and practical in the flat. It's every cosy. This small space is extremely well equipped with everything a traveler might need. The flat is in the centre but in a quieter street. It is very close to the Church of Agios Dimitrios and there are a lot of small restaurants and bakeries nearby. There wasn't anything negative I could mention.
