• Marija (10/5): - Stan je moderno uređen i nalazi se 20 minuta hoda od aerodroma. Sve u svemu zadovoljni smo smještajem. Nedovoljno toaletnog papira ne baš dobre kvalitete. U kupaonici je nedostajalo šampona u posudama za šampon. Buka iza 23 h iz susjednog stana, preglasno radi TV.

• Michael (5/5): Gerade so akzeptabel, wenn man den Fußweg in Kauf nimmt und auf ein Frühstück verzichtet (obwohl mitbezahlt!) - Sauber, modern eingerichtet Die Unterkunft wird MIT Frühstück und MIT Flughafentransfer angeboten: beides gab es nicht! (Zu Fuß mit Koffer zum Flughafen ca. 30min). Eine direkte telefonische Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist nicht möglich, nur per WhatsApp. Das in der Wohnung auf dem Informationsblatt angegebene WLAn gibt es nicht: auf Nachfrage wurden dann funktionierende Verbindung genannt.

• Corinne (7/5): Pratique juste à quelques minutes de l’aéroport - Chambre agréable proche de l’aéroport. Un peu bruyant car juste à côté de la route. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la machine à café inutilisable très sale. Pas de petit déjeuner alors que cela était noté. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver le parking malgré les indications envoyées. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises qu’on nous rappelle pour nous donner plus de précisions. Une fois le parking enfin trouvé, il n’y avait aucun réservation. Après quelques pourparlers, avons quand même pu laisser la voiture.

We believe the booking online is misleading - It was very clean and near to the airport No wifi, no air conditioning, no body wash, no coffee, tea, sugar or milk. Fridge is leaking and making really weird sounds. Shower doesn’t work properly. Hard to communicate with owner. Most of the locks on the doors are broken. Also close to the airport but not walkable with luggage.

• Márton (5/5): Very bad communication - It was very clean and comfortable. The airport was very close, about 20min walk. We could leave our baggage before check in. Accommodation: Comfortable, but Communication Was Terrible While the accommodation itself was clean and perfectly acceptable, communication with the host was extremely difficult, turning our entire stay into a stressful and time-consuming experience. We ran into problems right from the start. We waited two days for a response to our question about dropping off our luggage. We called the host, but they didnt pick up. Finally, they replied in writing, stating that they communicate via WhatsApp. It was baffling to us why we had to download yet another app instead of them using existing platforms or simply answering their phone. When we eventually went to drop off our bags, we waited and waited, but no one showed up. We eventually left, and only about 15 minutes later did we receive a message saying what to do. A few hours later, when we wanted to check in, we again notified them of our arrival. The reply was simply "ok." After that, we waited for over 50 minutes for someone to finally show up or at least send any kind of message. Of course, no one came, and we only received more short messages that didn't clarify how anything worked, or what we should do. This extremely poor communication unfortunately cost us a lot of time and energy, and thoroughly overshadowed what would have otherwise been a pleasant stay. We believe a well-phrased message (in any language) would have been more than sufficient in such a situation.

• Carolina (8/5): Okay apartment but you still need a taxi - The apartament is good and same as in pictures. It is well mantained and comfortable The property is close to the airport (5 min by car) but you still need to get a taxi that cost you 20-30€, it is not walking distance. The cost is similar to a taxi from the center.

The host communicated well and gave detailed instructions and videos on how to get in. The soap and shower dispenser didn’t work. The way the shower head is configured, water sprayed everywhere. The bed is not very comfortable.

• Wen (5/5): Passable - Walking to the airport Feel like sleeping on the street. Motorcycle passing, airplane passing, neighbors passing and elevator going up and down. You can hear all the sound through out the night. If you want to sleep well, that's impossible.

• Filiz (9/5): Superb - The room was stunning. Everything has high quality. The room was secure and comfortable. A bottle of water and milk was a bonus to have in the room.
• Paul (8/5): Great value for money withing walking distance to both the airport and Naples. - Great communication with host and allowed us to leave baggage at the accommodation prior to check in time. The room appeared new and was a very good night's sleep. The fridge, TV & shower were brilliant. The floor of the apartment was not clean with hairs throughout but the host had cleaners return to the room on 2nd day to rectify. Breakfast included was a bit far fetched as it was merely a croissant which we didn't receive on last day. No kettle 😔

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, modern apartment and secure. Comfortable, great shower and very good lighting. Two large flat screen TVs with Netflix. Had an enjoyable stay here and would come back again. Good value for money. A little noisy at times from people upstairs. We appreciated the carton of milk and large bottle of water however the included breakfast consisted of only one croissant per day to share between 2 people. Not a big deal for us as we bought our own food from a nearby minimarket

Everything with best quality- from bed linen to towels. Well equipped kitchen with all you need to make your own food if you want. • Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - I chose the apt because I had an early flight and it is close to the airport so we stayed only for 1 night but the apartment is just perfect for short stays, very clean, spacious and looks new.
• Olga (10/5): Nice appartment, new clean but a bit far from airport around 20 mins walk. - The appartment is recently decorated so comfortable lovely bathroom, kitchen etc. , There is no breakfast, only a little biscuit so don't count on the breakfast at all. Also the flat is not near the airport it took me easily 20 minutes walking, apart from that the rest is perfect, better take a taxi unless you don't have any luggage..
