- Msawenkosi B.P. (8/5): Comfortable - Located next to shops and taxi rank Add transport to surrounding areas
- Shiella (10/5): - The quietness, the inside, the rooms, the neatness and the staff (the calm young lady at the front takes the cup 🥰) Nothing to be honest
- Oyena (8/5): -
- Cupido (4/5): - Shower smelled awful
- Audrey (8/5): - The 🪳 cockroach
- Anon (10/5): - Honestly, it is my favorite go-to place when I am in Cape Town. The staff are amazing. The owners are also very attentive to their guests. One of the few establishments that strive for excellence and that ethos is ingrained in their staff. Are there a few niggles here and there, yes BUT it's their response time to remedy that always impresses me. Also because they are more "boutique" in that there are few rooms, noise and rowdiness is never an issue. There are 2 malls within a 3 to 5 minute walk from the establishment so it's very centrally located.

- Anon (10/5): - I was very impressed with the quick and efficient service I received from the handyman Steve when I reported an issue. Within 10 minutes it was resolved. They really have amazing customer service, from the hostess Tatyenda to the owner. I would definetly recommend this place. The aircon is a big plus.
Very comfy beds.
- Anon (10/5): - Excellent

- Amy Amelia (10/5): - I love the fact that the rooms are so private and there is an AC in the room which is so convenient...everyone is so kind and the facility is so clean Everything just feels right at home

- Tebello (6/5): -
- Sibongile (10/5): -
- Ngcongotshane (7/5): - Shower Wifi network network poor
- Stembele (1/5): - I hated everything about that place it was the worst place ever, extremely filthy, thugs hanging around and criminal activities is what I noticed and witnessed happening in that surrounding, no security or access control public members walk pass by and I noticed stranded individual hovering around, at the foreign international shop they have citizens that don't understand languages English so communication is extremely a problem, the staff members at complex seem like they are overwhelmed with other duties, I'm not sure if they are captured but they never did room service and whenever I expressed my unhappiness they intended not to understand me so I end up doing all of that, there's something off about that place I never felt safe in there and those officials were extremely intimidating I can express my self better telephonic if that is possible I feel like reporting those people I don't think what I payed for was worth that service, my friend is drafting a formal complaint that I will submit with a police case number soon👍
- rafeeq (6/5): -
- Nolundi (8/5): Best for rhe money - Improve cleanliness in the kitchen and better packing of chef dishes. Kitchen emvironment needs improvement not that I did not like.
- Sam (10/5): - I love the room nice everything was amazing Nothing

- Nande (8/5): -
- Jaghan (10/5): -
- Tyhaliti (10/5): Please have a proper kitchen equipment and accommodate your guests with coffee making essentials. - The staff is doing nothing but the BEST, more especially the lady at the reception, who work beyond her job's scope, she knows how to handle guests. The private bathroom always have hot water, you can bath anytime you feel like. The place is near business center of Bellville that makes it easier for you to get essentials.Rooms have the air-conditioner so you have any climate you want at your room. I didn't like the fact that the kitchen doesn't have enough kitchen equipment, there is a 2 plate stove that is not in good condition.Rooms are not serviced as expected by the guests. There is no proper guesthouse signage, there is a lot of chaos, people get in and out as they please. We were disturbed by outside light at our room ,it turns on and off everytime and it caused much disturbance,we reported that and we were ignored.People also smoke though it is said to be a non-smoking environment/area.
- Billings (1/5): Bad place - Nothing The people ignored me so I couldn't even stay over so I lost my money, the people is rude, I will never even consider hire that place, bad, bad, bad, I'm disappointed

- Kechia (7/5): - Place was really clean, so quiet and the lady was very friendly. Our car parked outside, was worried, kept checking on it but thankfully it was safe tho.
- Thabisile (5/5): The entire bed and pillows smelled of cigarettes. - The shower had hot water. Limited kitchen cutlery. The room smelled of cigarettes.
- kuhle (1/5): please get a parking lot - Clean no parking lot
- Saihaan (10/5): -
- Menzi (8/5): - The lady in front is a nice person. The plays ensures we are safe I found our room not 100% clean. Nothing was bad. That is very exceptional for the budget we had
- mxotwa (9/5): -
- Giuliana (3/5): Decent but not recommend - It was beautifully tiled and the staff was helpful. Got to try Ethiopian bread and it was tasty. We were given the wrong room. We booked a room with a double bed and was given a room with two single beds. We only got the room we booked the next day. Not all the rooms have Netflix either.
- kasala (10/5): - Quieter None

- Nonhlanhla (6/5): Pleasant -

- Nkosi (6/5): It was good. - It’s was self catering and the location was okay. The limited fridge space I would like it more if our room had their own fridge.
- Patricia (5/5): Dirty kitchen and showers horrible - Clean sheets Old shower
- Malehlohonolo (2/5): All I know is that I was not happy about the electricity - The room was perfect The fridge was small, the electricity was bad, to such an extend that we left there without ironing our clothes...for two days the electricity was on and off, the wifi was bad and we could not charge our phones
- Zukisani (7/5): Good -
- Winlight (6/5): Not so bad - The room had a private bathroom and aircon
The place is 5min away from the park station and is close to the shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful The plugs would stop working and would only get fixed hours later and no valid explanation was given to us.
The room was far from clean and had bed bugs
The kitchen was also dirty
People would go in and out as they pleased
- Thembelihle (8/5): Very good - Everything was good but i wish they could fix the shower, maintain the shower tiles but overall experience i enjoyed my stay
- Sijaji (5/5): Fair - The place was nice and clean inside. Nice spacious bathroom had a nice shower and the pressure was good. Bed very comfortable mattress. Friendly lady who was taking care us if we needed something. I didn't like the fact that there is a storeroom warehouse with in the property. A lot of people coming in and out there. Trucks starting in the morning making noise. People making noise outside while we were still sleeping. No racks to towels in the bathroom. No TV you must add your own dstv account. So I didn't watch tv at all. Dodgy wifi. No signage for the business outside.
- Thato (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
- Lubabalo (5/5): Passable -
- Kelly (7/5): Good -
- Kelly (7/5): Clean place with safe parking and nice host. Aircon as an added bonus, the place is quiet. -
- Lorenzo (10/5): It was excellent - Everything the service was great and the facilities were perfect and is very much safe
- Nonku (5/5): Passable - There is no dining room, shower has no mat and very slippery, TV was playing you tube chanells only. No table and chairs to sit while eating. Room was not cleaned there whole weekend and no dust bin in rooms.
- Rachel (5/5): Bad experience always wondering if you will get mugged when going out - The rooms are clean ,,receptionist lady is very friendly. The room doesn’t have a window,,it is soo suffocating,,the place is not easy to find, there is signage to indicate which place u going to ,,u have to call the owner who will just drop the phone on you and the location is not good
- Lucky (9/5): Superb -
- Valiko (3/5): Poor - No breakfast it's self catering There were no towels we had to ask, no bathroom essentials e.g a shower gel. I also didn't like the fact that they were not clear in the website that the apartment is in Bellville
- Bulelwa (8/5): Very good -
- Oswald (7/5): Good -
- Mthandazo (8/5): Very good -
- Alitha (8/5): Very good -
- Jabu (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gadala (7/5): Good -
- Aphiwe (2/5): Very poor - Shower the drain was not functioning
There was no one at reception
- Muzilikazi (5/5): Passable -
- Hopewell (1/5): Bad -
- Madalane (7/5): Good -
- Joy (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and I appreciate them for staying awake when I arrived from my staff function.thank you so much ...Bed was clean and comfortable.
- Qwabe (7/5): Good -
- Moshesh (6/5): Pleasant - The closeness to shops and public transport. It's central to the bellville CBD. The fact that there's no bar fridge in the room to keep your food, water and drinks. Ther's also no glass door in the shower and no soap. There is also some blockage in the shower, the water drains very slowly.
- Malise (7/5): Good -
- Sihlangene (5/5): Just small touch ups and the place will be top. - The place is descent, nice and peaceful. The fridge is not big enough, it's too small.
They only gave us one Towel which was not enough, at least two or three would be better.
- Gretal (8/5): Very good -
- Vincent (5/5): They must fix their shower and toilet and they must put tissue in the toilet - Safety Their shower is very bad and water run all over
- Buyeka (9/5): Superb - The staff was amazing and the location was easy to locate. Sharing the kitchen.
- Mthokozisi (5/5): Passable - The lady was accommodation and the room was clean The wifi network is very bad we couldn't watch anything, and there's no rugs for you fit after the shower or before you get to bed in the room but everything else was quiet good❤️
- Mara (8/5): Very good - Yes I did The slove small
- Levember (8/5): Very good - I liked the fact that the room was nice and big and it has a private bathroom and that was very nice and also the aircon in the room was a plus and the sliding door so we had our own entrance into the back area. I didn't like that the room didn't have a bar fridge to keep out bavarages and food cold
