• Andrzej (10/5): - Do tej pory.nie mieliśmy stałej, sprawdzonej kwatery w Tbilisi. Obiekt Sanapiro to zmienił, doskonała baza wypadowa na miasto, komfort, wyposażenie i miejsce parkingowe na podwórzu. Kilkadziesiąt metrów od domu Carrefour i polecona przez Gio mała restauracyjka z dobrym jedzeniem i często, muzyka na żywo.To najlepsza kwatera jaka mieliśmy do tej pory w Tbilisi a od teraz miejsce do którego będziemy wracać. Jeden punkt mniej za brak zaslony na wejściu pod prysznic ( z boku jest szyba) i za brak sejfu na klucze który daje większy komfort meldowania i wymeldowania.

• CEYLAN (8/5): Performansı fiyatının çok çok üstünde :) - Dairenin konumu çok çok iyiydi. Otopark olması büyük avantajdı biz iki araba gittik birini dairenin otoparkına diğerini cadde üzerine bıraktık hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi Gia, çok yardımcı oldu bize tekrar gitsek başka yer aramam.

Замечательный хозяин, всегда готовый помочь с любым вопросом и просто хороший человек. Было бы неплохо повесить шторку в душе, возможно она была там раньше.

• Alexandr (10/5): - Просторная квартира с хорошим местоположением. В шаговой доступности почти все достопримечательности. В квартире есть все для проживания. Вид из окна с одной стороны квартиры в стену другого дома. Но для нас не критично т.к. приходили домой только к вечеру.

• VIRGINIE (10/5): Appartement idéalement situé - Très bel accueil avec le propriétaire. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et extrêmement bien situé. Il est à la fois proche des attractions touristiques mais aussi d’un supermarché.
• Fetissov (10/5): - Очень удобное географическое расположение квартиры. Рядом старый город, центральная площадь, магазины. По этому удобно путешествовать по городу из этого места. Для желающих перекусить дома, вся утварь в квартире для этого есть. Плюс рядом находится отличный супермаркет все продукты свежие в изобилии.
• Inna (10/5): Exceptional - I like this apartment. The location was amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. I hope I will come again.
• Ozgealtintug (6/5): Just disappointment... - I sadly write this feedback but the house was very dirty. Presumably the sheets had not been changed nor the towels washed after the person who stayed before us. There were hair strands and crumbs in the bed, we took off the pillowcase and put our t-shirts on the pillow. When we took off the pillowcases, we saw that the pillows were yellow, we were disgusted, but we used them because we had no other choice. There was also a strange smell on the couches. There were hairs in various parts of the house, the owner asked us to enter the house without shoes, but our white socks turned dark when we walked a little in the house. Although the landlord said that the neighborhood was safe, the door of the house did not feel safe enough, the lock system was very inadequate. We were afraid to leave valuables in the house so we always carried them in our bags. When we came home, the heaters were turned on, this was a plus point. However, on our 2nd day we got wet in the rain and we wanted to turn on the air conditioner to warm up. We could not find the air conditioner remote control at home, I guess we were not allowed to use the air conditioner because the heating was on. The system of the shower was very strange, there was no door so the water splashes out a lot. When you get out of the shower, the floor is wet and slippery, so you are very likely to fall and hurt yourself. Our host is very friendly compared to the general Georgian people, but the process of receiving and handing over the key was a bit strange for us. Normally, you take the key without meeting the landlord and hand it over when you leave. In the house where we had to leave at the crack of dawn, the landlord who came to the door at the crack of dawn was a bit interesting. The location of the house, its proximity to the center is very good, this was the part that attracted us. We liked and kept this place by being influenced by the comments. However, this should not be the equivalent of the price given. We were

If I want to travel again to Tbilisi, I definitely choose here. I specifically suggest here for Iranian tourists.
• Rizkallah (9/5): Superb - The location is great, near to almost all the city center attractions. Mr Gia the owner was so friendly and helpful; he equipped the apartment with everything u need, even screwdrivers The elevator is old and somehow creepy, but its totally safe to use. It needs 5 of their coins each time to operate. But Mr. Gia left us some of these coins to use without even asking

• Dr (9/5): Value for money and situated in a very good location - The owner is nice and responsive. He kept for us in the refrigerator a bottle of lemonade and mineral water. The apartment is very spacious and has a large seating area and nice tidy kitchen with all facilities. It is centrally located near to the main attractions in the city and also to grocery stores and restaurants. The ventilation in the bathroom is not very efficient (no windows on the street) and always smells bad. Toilet paper (2 or 3 rolls only) was not enough to cover 5-day stay and a family of 5 members. So, we decided not to ask the host and to buy from nearby stores with few Laries. The mattress of one of the two bedrooms is imprinted down and not convenient. The another bedroom has no window on the street but upper glass window viewing the bathroom!.

He met us in the apartment at night to give a keys and advised all the attractive sites we have to visit during the Tbilisi visit ( We were first time in the City ) . It is comfortable property , has all what necessary. Great location , all main tourist points were approached by walking distance from the property and this is very important for tourists .
