• Cristian (1/5): Very bad - The property owner did not send me the instructions how to get the keys before my arrival. He did not communicate with me by phone at all, even I called him after an hour of waiting. Have stayed in front of the building for two hours and I had to book another room to another hotel. Only after two hours he sent a message through booking with indication of finding the keys. I mentioned clear the check in time. I have given through booking my e-mail and my telephone number and I called him after one hour but no answer. I consider this a very bad experience that I never made me to come back. I can not pronounce about cleanses of the property or any other facility because I booked the room in another hotel and I did not stay to this property in such circumstances.

• Bosco (10/5): highly recommended place to stay - one of the best places we have stayed. shopping mall nearby with supermarkets and a lot of restaurants. public transport is 2 mins away and it takes 15 mins to reach the centre. the home itself was very comfortable with all the amenities needed. highly recommended

• Pavel (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent as I travelled for work, and Tampere University was in a walking distance. The accommodation was clean, well equipped with everything I needed, and there was a sauna. Just perfect! There was nothing I may complain about.

• Arun (10/5): Clean apartment and great location - The host was warm and welcoming, waited uo late to give us the keys for checkin the location is just the most central in Hervanta, directly opposite the Duo Supermarket and the tram station, The apartment is clean, spacious and has all the needed facilities
