- Raymond (1/5): Bad - I couldn't gain access to the accommodation because I was given the wrong code for the key safe, and contact number you gave me was going straight to answer phone. No one would reply to my phone calls or emails. Absolute disgrace. This is the second time it's happened to me. I'll never use booking.com again.
