• Utunen (5/5): - Hyvällä paikalla vanhan Pompein sisäänkäynnin (ei pääsisäänkäynti) läheisyydessä. Paikan pitäjä oli avulias ja varasi meille taksikyydin. Tilava asunto. Sängyt olivat todella huonot. Tyynyissä ei ollut vaihtoehtoja. Suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt. Hieman tuhnuiset pinnat varsinkin pääkylpyhuoneessa. Aamupala vaatimaton.

La signora Rosaria è stata gentilissima nell'accompagnare una ragazza del gruppo che si era fatta male durante la vacanza al pronto soccorso. Persona straordinaria che ci ha fatto sentire il vero calore del sud ❤️ grazie ancora!!

• Sanz (8/5): Muy satisfecha con la experiencia - La cercanía con las ruinas de Pompeya es inmejorable. La anfitriona muy atenta y amorosa. Las instalaciones muy cómodas. Subir tres pisos por escalera no fue un placer pero tampoco tan difícil y por el precio, la ubicación y las comodidades bien vale subir los tres pisos. Además de tener la experiencia de vivir en esta casa típica italiana.

• Yuwen (10/5): Happy experience, would recommend to friends who are visiting Pompeii - Nice place to stay for a trip to the Pompeii ruins. Perfect location where is only a 5 min walk to the site. Every room has an individual bathroom, big enough for a family or a group of friends. I love staying on the balcony and watching the cute cats on the rooftop of the building opposite. The washing mechine didn’t work but the owner responded quickly.

Positives: Staff were helpful 4 bathrooms TV’s in each room Spacious kitchen which was well equipped Great location, walking distance to the ruins Lovely breakfast included Uncomfortable beds - they were very, very hard and hard pillows. No lounge room.

• castelan (4/5): Décevant. - La proximité d'une des entrées des ruines. et ce sera tout! Accueil très rapide , petit déjeuner sous blister pour 5 nuitées (voir photos) ustensiles de cuisine plus qu'usagés, plaque à gaz dont les allumeurs piézo-électrique se mettaient à fonctionner tout seul quand le four était chaud. Pas de prise pour la bouilloire électrique: il a fallu débrancher le frigo pour la mettre en route. Mauvaise literie, ancienne et très molle etc... Cerise sur le gâteau 61 marches pour accéder au troisième étage sans ascenseur et j'en oublie...

Śniadanie ok (bułki, Nutella, dżemy). wysokie pokoje. cicho. łózka super. trochę umywalki mogłyby być doczyszczone z zacieków + prysznic zasłonka z folii średnia taka ale działa : ) Bez windy a to 3 czy 4 piętro więc z bagażami gospodarz pomógł : )

• Diana (9/5): Viskas gerai :) - Labai komfortiškai, kai kiekvienas kambarys turi savo tualetą. Lova buvo labai nepatogi tame kambary, kuriame mes miegojome. Jautėmės kaip miegotume fotelyje. Vietoje šeimininkų pakeisčiau tą lovą į dvigulę su čiužiniu, nes dažniausiai svečiai nori gerai išsimiegoti. Kitos mūsų bendražygės išsimiegojo gana gerai.
• Violeta (10/5): Great location, quiet neighborhood - Great location, very close to Pompeii park, spacious apartment, lovely terrace with a view to the sea and mountain. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this propwrty. The property at the 3rd floor, so for elderly people it might be a problem. Our family enjoyed staying at the place. I couldn't find any cutting board in the kitchen.
• Eleanor (8/5): Perfect accomodation for a family visit to Pompei - This apartment is very big. It is in very close proximity to Pompei ruins. The host was excellent, very friendly and accessible. The breakfast provided was adequate. There is a little shop downstairs which was very convenient when needed. There are a lot of stairs to this apartment. Otherwise it was perfect for our stay and I would recommend to others.

• A. Reden (8/5): Gutes Quartier mit perfekter Lage zu den Ruinen von Pompeij - Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Checkin war auch problemlos gegen 20:45 Uhr möglich. zudem wurde uns freundlicherweise ein vergessenes Untensil zum Preis der Frachtkosten nachgeschickt.
• MARTA (10/5): Perfecto para 4 o seis personas. - Recibimiento adaptado a nuestro horario. Todo limpio y en excelentes condiciones, a pesar de que el edificio es viejete. Toallas perfectas y camas cómodas. Cocina con de todo y buen desayuno para los cuatro. Aire acondicionado en excelentes condiciones.

Nos dejo para preparar café. Unas medialunas. La nutella para el pan fue muy rica. Muy agradecidos por la flecibilidad para llegar mas tarde al check in. Las tostadas del desayuno eran envasadas, no fueron muy exitosas en la familia..

Security 8/10. Space 8/10. Poor bed linen 5/10. Broken toilet seat. Lack of euro adapters so had to unplug fridge to work kettle. 8 flights of stairs so not for the elderly!

• Margaret (6/5): Wonderful location, suited us for our overnight stay to Pompeii! - Great location, lots of bars etc close by, opposite one of the entrances to the Pompeii ruins , not the main entrance, so no audio guides available there and we’d pre- booked tickets , however great being so close by. Basic facilities , however great value for money and I’d definitely recommend for short stays .

Very easy to contact and replied to any questions I had. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. The balcony had great views across Pompeii. Would definitely recommend and return.

• Susan (8/5): We had a great time, Rosaria will do all she can to make your stay a success - The location is excellent, just across the road from he entry into the ruins. We were a family of four and I had booked the apartment for my daughter’s birthday as she had always wanted to go to Pompeii as she is archaeologist. We also bought my daughters 2 children. I had one bedroom, my grandson another so my daughter and grand daughter shared the other bedroom. My bed was really comfortable and also the bed in the room my grandson had. My daughter and grand daughter’s bed wasn’t actually a proper bed, it was a sofa bed, which my daughter said was not very comfortable, and by the end of the week she said her back was killing her. The stairs up to the apartment are a challenge, and if you were not fit at the start of your holiday you will be by the end.
• Rowena (9/5): Comfortable, clean apartment very close to the ruins and town square. - Great location right near the entrance to the ruins. Comfortable, clean and good facilities. Owner is responsive and very helpful. There is no lift and apartment is on the fourth floor. This was not a problem as my husband and son travelled with me, however, May be difficult for some. Parking is a little difficult, in front, though around the corner was possible.

• Anita (10/5): Wow 🤩 - Everything was incredible. The location is great, the entrance to the archaeological park is right across the street, there is a large supermarket nearby, not far from the train station. The apartments are large, cozy and feel like home everything is fine
• Anna (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent. Price was good for being 100m outside the main entrance of Pompei ruins. Good transport links. Pompei is a small hive of activity. N.B were were there end of Oct, not in high season! It's a culture difference you have to accept. E.g. We like softer pillows, the pillows were very hard. We enjoy toilets that flush with one pull/ press you had to pump the button to flush. Not easy. 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment could cause problems for some. There is no lift. Cleanliness was not top priority, though manageable. E.g no clean sponge/ cloth for washing up with. Old one had food still stuck in it. Because of high calcium levels, glasses look unwashed, taps and shower heads need to be regularly descaled.

We were let in while the owner was still cleaning. She was lovely to deal with. It’s need a little bit of TLC. I found the bed and pillow to hard for my liking, but everyone is different. Couldn’t find the PowerPoint to boil the kettle in the kitchen. PowerPoint didn’t work in main bedroom.

• Donatella (8/5): Ok - Location and nice apartment. The house was supposed to have 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd one was a sofa bed and the mattresses were uncomfortable and lumpy. The electric door didn’t function to open the door down stairs and was difficult to get someone up and down to open the door because of the 3 floors without elevator.
• Ilze (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Pompei - Very centrally located with all the necessary amenities one can wish for! It is obvious that the owner is taking good care of the property. Each room has its own bathroom attached, with two having showers as well (in total 4!). Balcony is one of the highlights of the apartment- splendid view of the mountains and the inner yard filled with lemon trees.

We were 4 guests, but had 3 rooms, each with own toilet and 2 showers for disposal. Host was very kind and flexible with check in. Bathroom seemed to be not cleaned up. We were missing microwave in the kitchen.

• Christopher (9/5): The location & attentiveness of our host made this the perfect place to base our park explorations! - We loved the simplicity and convenience of this stay. Our host was very responsive and obviously cared a great deal about the condition of the property and our comfort. We also loved the kitchen, which had the perfect table to play cards in the evening, and even a mokka pot to start the days off in correct Italian fashion. The bed could have maybe been a bit firmer for my preference, but everything was clean and appropriately furnished.

• Howard (9/5): A nice and spacious flat in the centre of Pompeii -reached by stairs- - A nice flat with spacious rooms, 3 separate bathrooms with showers and just across the street from the entrance to the ruins of Pompeii in the area near the basilica, with streets to walk, close to a pedestrian area, with interesting shops, restaurants and cafes with very good food, service and price. The hostess was very kind and waited for us arriving at midnight. All very quiet and comfortable. An important detail is for guests who can't climb stairs, it is on the third floor without lift. In our case two members of my family have certain restrictions to climb a lot of stairs, but that was not a big inconvenience to get to the flat. If you stay in Pompeii and want to go to the Amalfi coast from there, this is a very good place to stay for several days. The price and the rooms are quite good. Parking in all this area is more expensive than in Rome. In blue line areas in the main street requires tickets of 2 euros per hour and the machines are not always working. Sanctuary parking is an option, 2 euros during the whole day until max. 20:30, or try to find a white line spot in the streets nearby. The driving style of the locals is ... the stereotype (careless, impatient, no rules and fast), so careful when crossing streets walking or in you car, no matter if you have the right.

• Karen (10/5): Very nice place. - All the bedrooms had their own toilet and sink. 2 bedrooms had a shared shower. It was very clean and well appointed. Very quiet. Water and juices were available. Kitchen could use some upgrades. We could not find a plug in the kitchen to heat water in the electric kettle. No microwave. Seemed to be short on silverware and plates, etc. for 4 people.

Two bathrooms were very helpful. Easy self check in. The washing machine had a foul smell and unfortunately our clothes came out smelling very badly.
